- On September 16, 1989 in the sky above
the port of Zaostrovka, on fringe of Perm, occured something strange. Many
inhabitants, with open mouths,
 watched an unprecedented battle. Six strange silvery devices,
reminding one of combined together plates, coursed around a seventh, more
dark.

- Even on a background of evening clouds
it was possible to distinguish that the six "plates" were of
dark grey colour, and the seventh, which turned as mad, leaving under fire
of the persecutors, had a bright - golden shade. The picture reminded one
of the series of Lukas' "Star Wars ". The plates carrying out
figures of maximum pilotage of inconceivable evolutions, above the port
city, that were reduced before shaving flight that sharply rose up to height
of approximately one kilometer. Sometimes from the six plates there were
beams aimed at the seventh party.

- Is detailed this history was described
by some of the top men of the port. In time of the "battle",
all electricity was "switched off" and the workers did not remain
anything as with horror in heart to watch this fantastic show. Later records
of conversations were reported by Sichenko (author of the article about
"A Combat Of Plates Above Zaostrovka"), appeared after some time
in the Semipalatinsk local newspaper. The author Sichenko - former helicopter
man, who commanded a squadron of our AF in Afghanistan - and later was
one of the founders of fund "Nevada-Semipalatinsk", now lives
in Stockholm.

- Under the stories of eyewitnesses, the
plates had a rather complex configuration: the wider like as a disc part
hung above the narrower basis like in the form of a mushroom. If we compare
the descriptions from different points of observation, is possible to make
conclusions about the approximate sizes - the UFOs about 20 meters in a
diameter.

- At the end, the golden plate was knocked
down and has gone on decrease (to the ground). The six of plates left,
after looking at the seventh fall.

 Is completely casual on one of the members
of Perm ufology club "Anomalu" (Ury Nekrasov) saw eyewitnesses
observing battle on the part of city (approximately in 10 kms from the
port). They even have managed to show him an azimuth (location) and house
for which beginnings to fall the seventh plate.

- The place managed to be found the location
of the fall. The UFO has crashed on territory of a military range in a
bog. On this place we managed to visit only in autumn of 1990. Nobody have
permitted to come nearer to the place of crash, knowing of the experience,
than come to a location similar of "approach" ("approximation")
near enough to recollect the tragic ending of excavation of the UFO under
a management of the Deev.

- Nevertheless, on the place of crash the
group of the militarians who have arrived there through a pair of months
worked. The area of accident entirely consists of fens, on which it is
possible to pass only in a period a very cold, therefore, the first expedition
(dispatch) had to be postponed till November. But first they have beaten
there by three employees led by the chief of the range. The information
of what they have found there, and acted further to receive it, was not
possible to know. Authentically, is known only that as a result of this
"campaign" two from them were treated in hospital with the unintelligible
diagnoses (Emil Bachurin personally saw these medical cards). One of the
diagnoses - burns on a body, and they were already in winter regimentals
clothing. After that incident the territory of the fall (crash) was announced
as a danger for people. Nowadays the military base does not work but is
protected. Unfortunately it was not possible to receive any information
about the removal of the object.

- Later near the place of crash the UFO
tried to fly by the pilot of civil aircraft on An-2 therefore began to
refuse devices (even unmagnetic). It was necessary to stop the attempt.
The ending of this flight - a chaste reprimand.

- In this history alert us to one fact.
About what humanity on the part of newcomers there can be a speech, if
the military actions in the manned worlds are admitted (how can we talk
to newcomers if they are fighting)? And these cases are not individual.
The plates are literally strewn on us from the sky, they something is constant
repair and repair in the devices, and there is an impression, that their
engineering is rather unreliable. But it is possible to assume, in near-Earth
space, there are constant skirmishes between various civilizations, and
as result - there are often accidents and breakages to the UFOs. Even the
NASA was possible to photograph from on board of one of the space vehicles
a battle of UFO during an orbit of the Earth (STS-48?). Perhaps, in the
near future we, unaided, shall see real "STAR WARS", which will
be occur in our Solar system.
