- Attached are five jpeg photos taken this date (2/16/00)
fifty miles east of Tulsa, Oklahoma at 0745 hrs. Sky, other than contrails,
was clear. Wind was out of the west at 5-7 knots ground level.

- Note that one of the photos shows an actual U-Turn wherein
the spray plane made a 180 degree turn (from south to north), and kept
spraying during the turn. The chemtrail immediately began to wisp and
spread, as seen in the photo.
