- I've been trying to delay writing this because it is
bad news that I just didn't want to be true. When I began a series of
articles titled "Spraying of Cities is Real" last April, I reported
that the spraying campaign as we've observed it in the U.S. and Canada
necessarily pointed to a future crisis of some kind. It is so obviously
a chemical/biological warfare program, involving staggering costs, and
a list of criminal violations that certainly includes mass murder, and
yet there seemed no worthwhile result to match the effort. I pointed out
that there had to be a conclusion, some kind of event looming in the future
that we could not yet puzzle out. Not only that, but the event must necessarily
be so large that the perpetrators of this broad daylight crime fully expect
that they will not be brought to justice after the deed is finally done.

- At that time, and still today, there are a number of
forces that threaten the stability and safety of our country, some held
at bay only by heroic efforts. The monetary system is a nightmare; war
seems closer than many want to think about; solar activity is very unusual;
and a century-old plan to create a feudal world empire based on "social"
slavery appears near completion. There's something very strange going
on with the space program and Mars, documented UFO activity is reaching
startling proportions, and the country's preparations for martial law remain
in place. Even without the now common chemtrails, it is difficult to avoid
the feeling that something big, and perhaps disastrous, is coming. My
friend Uncle Nathan, who remembers steam locomotives, says he can almost
hear it in the distance: an unstoppable "down-hill freight from Hell."
Spooky stuff, indeed!

- I still find it difficult to accept that the massive
spraying of cities has gone on as long as it has. As they say today, it
is so "in your face"! That so many remain unaware is a testament,
I suppose, to the value of rigidly controlled news reporting - and a human
nature that rarely looks up and finds it difficult or impossible to deal
with things outside the norm. Some day, major psychological studies will
be written about this.

- From the military nature of the chemtrail campaign I
felt that the future crisis would probably come in the Fall of last year,
or the Spring of 2000, since no military planner likes winter operations.
This would be true if the crisis was planned. Old time politicians will
tell you that nothing that happens in the national arena is ever unplanned.
Still, I was really quite happy to accept that the chemtrail program might
be a panic reaction to the potential chaos of Y2K. While we haven't seen
all the consequences of Y2K, we seem to have avoided a very real and genuine
disaster. And I found myself waiting, very impatiently, to see if the
spraying program would stop.

- I am sorry to report it has not. If anything, it remains
at the massive levels experienced by many areas during the Christmas -
New Years blitz. More aircraft are coming on line and the technology,
as I reported in my Chemtrail Christmas article, is changing.

- A Houston net-friend, Dona, has created a web page on
Yahoo where you can post chemtrail reports on the spot. There is a calendar
feature, I'm told, that will let us see all the reports from a given day.
Please don't assume that someone else has reported spraying in your area.
Log on to the Chemtrail Tracking Site and tell us what you observed. Once
this gets rolling, we will have a much better view of how broad the activity

- After Y2K, the Houston area experienced many days of
low overcast making it impossible to confirm higher altitude spraying activity.
On the 2nd, Asheville, N.C., was hit again (pictures coming in now) and
on the 7th I received a good report of spraying in California. Although
I could taste EDB here, on several occasions, I never report a spraying
incident without visual confirmation. Finally, on Day 11 the weather changed
to the beautiful blue skies and shirt-sleeves temperatures that bring many
winter visitors down from the colder north. That was Tuesday. In Montgomery
County, north of the city, I was driving on a rural road about 3pm and
relaxing after a lot of busy activity. As soon as my mind had cleared,
I heard my mental voice say, "You forgot to look for chemtrails."

- I looked around and didn't see a thing. But within about
90 seconds I was tasting the salty taste that my subconscious has assigned
to ethylene dibromide. This brought me to full alert and again I scanned
in all directions, with the same lack of results. My taste/warning system
is almost never wrong. Seriously irritated, I pulled over to the side
of the road and got out of the car. Almost directly overhead, where I
couldn't see him before, was the same aircraft I described in the Christmas
article, apparently spraying thousands of gallons of EDB without the jetfuel
carrier that creates the usual chemtrails.

- You should all be watching for this. It will be the
same type of aircraft you are used to. In our case this is an airliner
sized jet aircraft with one large engine visible on each wing (if he was
much higher than 10,000 ft you wouldn't be able to count engines). He
probably has a third engine, not visible from below, on the tail. Ours
pumps two streams of bright white liquid which appear near the tail although
I think their source is further forward. They do not match the location
of the engines. There is a "bowlegged" effect as the streams
edge outward for one or two aircraft lengths before they join together
again. The volume and size of the spray is virtually the same as that
seen from an aircraft pumping out a normal chemtrail, but within about
20-30 aircraft lengths it has virtually all vaporized. No trail!

- Several interesting points about this guy: When operating
alone he often flies slower than usual, and he wanders all over the sky
instead of making straight lines. It's very obvious that he's not on the
way from point A to point B. The slower speed may be to make him appear
higher, or it may have something to do with the new methodology. After
all, he can't see where he's been! For Houston area readers, this one
was coming northeast after spraying much of Spring and the Woodlands.

- The people who run this program read every scrap of info
that appears on the web. That includes my previous report that described
this pure chemical technique as extremely visible and compared it to a
roman candle when lit from the side. Now I'm sorry I mentioned it. In
Tuesdays sighting, and all since then, they have cut back on the pumping
rate. Unlike the glorious clouds we saw before, the visible spray trail
is now thinner. If you didn't have the size of the airplane to key on,
it would be much easier to think this was a real contrail, three or four
miles higher up where contrails might form naturally. If they can find
a way to get enough EDB trucked in to the airfields, and the program runs
long enough, I believe this is the future of chemtrails. In other words,
they will disappear. That's when I leave the country.

- I spent Tuesday night in west Houston and awakened Wednesday
morning to a massive spraying operation, covering the sky with chemtrails
in all directions. This was virtually identical to the Christmas Day attack
I described previously but this time it ran from dawn to dark. Running
errands around 6pm I noticed how many people were sneezing or showing allergy-type
reactions after a day of spraying and it was quite amazing. I believe
more and more people are reaching their limits on chemical exposure, so
more are having these "allergy" attacks. They should go outside
and look up when they start sneezing.

- I returned to the ranch on Thursday, and saw no chemtrails.
Instead, Montgomery County got another visit from the spray plane described
above. This time I was able to put on my protective mask and avoided breathing
most of it. Which reminds me, my taste/warning for this guy is right on
the money, so I'm now saying for sure that he is spraying the same chemical
that falls to the ground from the usual chemtrails. On Friday there was
no sign of activity until late in the day when a few old, used-up chemtrails
drifted up from the south. So they were busy, but below my horizon. Then
on Saturday, the 15th, all hell broke loose.

- I was outside at 8 am to replace some running lights
on our motor home, a task I had been putting off for a while. The sky
was covered with chemtrails and the ethylene dibromide was getting pretty
thick. By 9:30, Jeanette arrived from west Houston and reported that she
had just driven 80 miles without encountering a single place that was not
being plastered. By 10:00 am the jet fuel at 9-10,000 feet was so thick
we were getting sundogs, the glowing patches of rainbow light that refract
through the oily mass like there's a second light source up there somewhere.
At 11:00 am, in Conroe, I talked to a group of Scouts and their leaders
for a moment outside a grocery store where they were doing a voter registration
drive for some reason. (Voting just encourages them.) They had been watching
the spraying all morning. Twenty percent knew they were "chemtrails".
Two months ago, none of them would have had a clue.

- By noon my email was filling up and the phone was ringing.
People all over Houston were expressing outrage at the largest fuel aerosol
attack they'd ever seen. Oddly enough, few were aware of the massive operation
that had occurred on Wednesday. Nonetheless, this was the day everyone
noticed, and they were calling friends and nonbelievers, and telling them
to get their butts outside and watch it happen. Another radio personality
had his eyes opened, and you can expect a lot of talk next week.

- This could bring some relief. The last time people started
talking about chemtrails on the radio, our local group flew away and were
gone for a month! That was October, a whole month of blue skies. Coupled
with the fact that chemtrail spraying had killed all the mosquitos and
other small flying insects here at the ranch, it was really nice. Come
to think of it, I haven't seen a mosquito up here since August. Nor any
small birds until recently. Powerful stuff, that EDB.

- Saturday's attack on Houston continued well after dark
with chemtrails virtually glowing in a combination of moonlight and strong
city light projected from the ground. This morning, several aerosol plumes
were laid over our heads at the ranch, but activity never rose above the
one every 40 minutes or so that is common for our area on normal spray
days. I also received my first report from Austin, indicating they also
were attacked yesterday. That observer reports that local conditions brought
enough of the fuel-based carrier to ground level that even smokers could
smell the oily kerosene scent all over the city.

- When you read these reports of individual attacks, it's
important to remember that we are not talking about a local phenomena.
This is happening all over the country, over and around virtually all
large cities, and a huge number of smaller ones. It's also taking place
in most other English-speaking countries, with the most foreign reports
coming from Canada. After 13 months or more of nationwide spraying, the
odds that you have not received multiple doses of this stuff are pretty
slim. The reason that EDB was banned from commercial use was that, in
small repeated doses it was known to cause lung damage. It also effects
the liver, and in sufficient quantities is lethal. In areas hardest hit,
many people have received over a hundred "small doses", and the
actual number in many cases could easily be twice that.

- More and more people are reporting shortness of breath.
For most of us this is not noticeable unless we need to climb several
flights of stairs, or jog somewhere. You might test yourself this way
unless, of course, you'd rather not know. The important thing to remember
is that chemtrails are not a test. They are the real thing. No one tests
on several hundred million people. And the purpose MUST be tied to the
known effect: lung damage. As a number of us predicted, flu and the typical
new lab-created bugs were able to rip through sprayed populations this
year with frightening speed. Until the censorship lid was put on last
week, news stories have been amazing. Of particular interest was the near
unanimity of medical and scientific people who stubbornly insisted that
most of the cases they were seeing were not true influenza. This last
week, only influenza type A is being mentioned on the news wires, a very
dramatic shift.

- And this brings us back to the real problem. What is
the purpose of creating a lung damaged population? Obviously, it is to
enhance the effectiveness of airborne pathogens. But to what end? Without
Y2K, the choices are much darker. The most optimistic interpretation I
could find, and the one I stuck with all year, was that local commanders,
faced with some kind of societal breakdown, would have more effective options
for biological "crowd control"if needed on a case-by-case basis.
I am beginning to lose my optimism. I reported once that I was surprised
at the number of people who, seeing and understanding chemtrails for the
first time, asked with a perfectly straight face, "Are they just going
to kill us all?"

- It is certainly true that forced "population reduction"
is a favorite theme among the strange-bedfellow mixture left and right
that dominate the world's political scene in what is now called the "Third
Way". Even so, while biological campaigns are killing millions in
Africa and Asia, it seems unlikely that Americans who have cheerfully financed
the cause of world socialism for almost a century should suddenly be deemed
expendable. Perhaps there is some other group ready to move in and keep
the money machine running?

- I still think a great crisis of some kind is the more
likely focus of the chemtrail operation. Obviously, it is something that
carries a high risk of revolt or insurrection that must be controlled at
all costs. Remember that while Chemtrail activity seems confined to countries
in the US-UK sphere, spraying is least in those countries that have disarmed
their citizens. Apparently we are going to be fighting mad.

- On the political front, the folks in Washington seem
very close to a U.N. move to end national sovereignty. Some of them have
been working to create a new world empire all their lives, and they are
not about to give up now. If they don't actually cause the crisis, you
can certainly bet they will be using it every way they can.

- You can review the brief list of destabilizing factors
mentioned in the second paragraph of this article and pick your favorite.
Also, please add your own and let me know. I would not be at all surprised
if the "main event" turned out to be something we never thought
of.

- While I have always maintained that the chemtrail program
is too "big" to even think of stopping it, I firmly believe that
it is important that we document it as well as possible. We have to be
able to come back later and say, "We know what you did." To
this end, Will Thomas needs grants to finance aerial sampling. He needs
to raise at least $6,000. If nobody cares, then it won't happen. If you

- At this moment, the ethylene dibromide is rolling through
here about every 45 minutes. This is a much more relaxed operation than
yesterday's amazing spectacle, although it is showing signs of picking
up. The same thing is happening, right now, in towns and cities all across
America. It would have made much more sense if it had been Y2K.
