-
- After a highly successful recruitment
drive and rally hosted by the Militia of East Tennessee (M.E.T.) on June
11th and 12th, agents of the FBI requested a meeting. The meeting was held
on Thursday,June 17th at the local Hardees restaurant in Madisonville
Tennessee. Attending were several members of the M.E.T. 3rd brigade command
and support staff, including myself. Representing the FBI were three agents
composed of a psychologist from Knoxville, a field agent from Chattanooga
and an HRT sniper from Cleveland, Tennessee.
-
- After a brief initial meeting inside,
the agents were invited to the parking lot for open dialogue. I was proud
to present all three agents with document packages and a past issue of
Free American magazine that publisher Clay Douglas had left with us, in
a private meeting the week prior. Additionally I gave them my calling card.
-
- Our Commander had them introduce themselves
and the psychologist opened the conversation with a statement that they
were there because of concerns they had, that the wrong elements could
become involved with our movement. We in turn made assurances we did not
intend to allow that to happen. We clearly stated our objectives were to
lawfully defend our Nation from all enemies, both foreign and domestic.
It is my contention these agents were here more for threat analysis than
for our concern or benefit, though that remains to be seen at present.
I base my conclusion after careful study and documentation some of which
I will attach at the end of this article. I also think, that analysis is
accurate based on the makeup of this three man team.
-
- After the psychologist spoke, I made
the following statement: Gentlemen I have recently returned from Waco,
Texas where I attended memorial services for the Branch Davidians who were
brutally massacred in their church/home. I also fellowshipped with several
of the survivors, whom I found to be good Christian people. Having said
that, I note that Senate hearings were indeed held to prevent this type
of tragedy from ever occurring again. Yet indeed most recently we have
had incidents in Andrews, North Carolina where the FBI and MJTF members
used military choppers to harass some of the Citizens of that community
in clear violation of Posse Comitatus, under the direction of Terry Terchie.
Indeed also your agents have been stopped by State Troopers with open containers
of alcohol in their vehicles, while serving under Terchies replacement
Woody Enderson. It seems to me this agency has learned nothing from it's
past mistakes. You people work for us and lately your job performance has
been less than acceptable!
-
- The psychologist responded if indeed
these events did occur and I'm not doubting your words, it is unfortunate.
We are here again over concerns that bad elements could infiltrate your
organization and we understand there are concerns regarding y2k, though
we feel it will not be a major event.
-
- I asserted those events had happened
and I told him I had several military documents that show quite clearly,
the military expects y2k to be a major event, with plans to predeploy troops
under the auspices of the United Nations. He seemed quite startled by that
comment. Further I stated for them to check Army field manual 41-10, second
chapter, paragraph two, where it is verified the military is serving the
New World Order, said document being printed in 1993.
-
- I told them I also resented their director,
Louis Freeh using his position as a bully pulpit to attack members of any
religion. The Christian Identity religion was recently singled out by him
in public statements. I told them, whether we agree with this religion
or not, none of us were going to stand by and let what happened to the
Davidians happen ever again to any denomination. That line has already
been clearly drawn I stated. I also told them that when mans law conflicted
with Gods law, I had no other choice but to follow Gods laws every time.
-
- I pressed the field agent as to what
his region was. He stated he didn't know what I was talking about. I said,
you are living in denial, surely you know about the loss of state sovereignty
through the formation of the 10 federal regions. No, he said, we hardly
ever go to Atlanta. His face turned red as he realized what he had said.
-
- I said gentlemen you are fully aware
the FBI has become a global organization with global surveillance. As investigators,
you are off to a flying start in that you have documentation in your hands
as to the truth of what is happening in our Nation. I hope you will take
the time to review and corroborate this evidence for both yours and your
families sake as well as our Nations. Our nation is in dire distress!
-
- I was very proud of each of our members
who also spoke openly, with conviction regarding some of the following
topics: gun control,UN,NWO,loss of Constitution and Bill of Rights, martial
law,tyranny,land grabs,Chinese espionage,unlawful executive orders,emergency
war powers, lack of representation and redress, military training to take
over cities, etc.
-
- After our Commander concluded the meeting
with a statement that indeed we were law abiding Citizens ready to defend
our Nation, we spoke with the agents somewhat individually. I flipped partially
through the document pack with the HRT sniper and reiterated the present
danger this country faces and with that I left.
-
- What I now dearly pray, is that these
agents will review the evidence and decide this countries and our childrens
future is worth much more than a tyrants paycheck! In God we do trust !!

- Under Presidential Decision Directive
39 (June 1995) federal efforts to combat terrorism are organized along
a lead agency concept. The Department of Justice, through the FBI, is the
lead federal agency for crisis management of domestic terrorist incidents
and for pursuing, arresting, and prosecuting the terrorists. For managing
the consequences of domestic terrorist incidents, state and local authorities
are primarily responsible. If federal assistance is requested, the Federal
Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is the lead federal agency for consequence
management. FEMA coordinates this federal support through the Federal Response
Plan, which outlines the roles, responsibilities, and emergency support
functions of various federal agencies for consequence management. The National
Coordinator for Security, Infrastructure Protection, and Counterterrorism
at the National Security Council is charged with coordinating the broad
variety of relevant policies and programs, including such areas as counterterrorism,
preparedness, and consequence management for CBRN terrorist incidents.

- The Foreign- and Domestic-Origin Terrorism
Threat in the United States
-
- 1. Terrorist bombings of the World Trade
Center in New York City in 1993 and the federal building in Oklahoma City
in 1995 have elevated concerns about terrorism in the United States. Previously,
the focus of U.S. policy and legislation had been on international terrorism
abroad and airline hijacking. Intelligence agencies continuously assess
the foreign and domestic terrorist threats to the United States. The U.S.
foreign intelligence community, which includes the Central Intelligence
Agency and others, monitors the foreign-origin terrorist threat to the
United States.2 In addition, the FBI gathers intelligence and assesses
the threat posed by domestic sources of terrorism. ___________________
-
- 2. The intelligence community includes
the Office of the Director of Central Intelligence, the Central Intelligence
Agency, the National Security Agency, the National Imagery and Mapping
Agency, the National Reconnaissance Office, the Defense Intelligence Agency
and other offices within the Department of Defense and the military services,
the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of theTreasury, the
Department of Energy, the Bureau of Intelligence and Research of the Department
of State, and such other elements of any department or agency as may be
designated by the President or jointly by the Director of Central Intelligence
and the head of the department or agency concerned.
-
- What is important about these assessments
is the very critical distinction between what is conceivable or possible
and what is likely in terms of the threat of terrorist attack. While concerns
about terrorist use of CBRN weapons were heightened by an apocalyptic sect's
use of a nerve agent in the Tokyo subway in 1995, terrorists are still
reportedly more likely to use conventional weapons. According to the U.S.
intelligence community, conventional explosives and firearms continue to
be the weapons of choice for terrorists, at least partly because chemical
and biological agents are more difficult to weaponize and the results are
unpredictable.
-
- On average, from 1992 through 1998, there
were fewer than four terrorist incidents in the United States each year
, according to FBI statistics. Figure 1 provides FBI data on the number
of terrorist incidents in the United States during the 1992-98 period,
none of which were CBRN attacks.3 _________________
-
- 3. FBI defines a terrorist incident
as a violent act or an act dangerous to human life, in violation of the
criminal laws of the United States, or of any state, to intimidate or coerce
a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof.
