If
its a crime to intentionally promote poison that disabled and claims the
lives of millions of fellow humans then EFSA may be the greatest
criminal conspiracy in history. They were charged to evaluate scientific
research on aspartame/NutraSweet/Canderel, E951, etc. EFSA concluded
that 133 studies exonerated aspartame - safe as rain Further
an additional 82 studies which showed aspartame is deadly were labeled
unreliable by EFSA! Read the attached

What do you do when study after study after study shows aspartame is a
killer? Faced with the evidence aspartame is not safe EFSA simply threw
out the evidence. Now they were left with their phony baloney and
that is what they used. Yes, they simply threw out the window the
studies they want to hide from the world and labeled them "unreliable".
The recent studies like studies before them for 30 years showed cancer,
heart attacks, strokes, obesity, diabetes, etc. It is said where
there is smoke there is fire, and the aspartame studies that continually
show aspartame as a killer are a blazing conflagration that EFSA doesn't
know how to deal with. They simply can't understand that trying
to hide the truth is simply trying to put out the fire with gasoline.
The studies are not going to go away and neither are the disabilities
and deaths as long as this poison is on the market.
How did they prove safety? They used industry studies! Can
industry studies show safety? Of course, not, and they didn't show
safety in original studies either. Aspartame is made up of two neurotoxins,
and an excitotoxin and breaks down to a brain tumor agent, diketopiperazine.
How can you take a chemical poison and get it to show safety? You
can't without fraud. That's exactly what happened in original studies.
G. D. Searle would do things like excise the brain tumors from the rats,
put them back in the study and when they died resurrect them on paper.
They also would filter out things like cancer or whatever they didn't
want the FDA to see but the problem was they got caught. The FDA
attempted to indict G. D. Searle until Title 18, Section 1001 of
the criminal code for fraud. Power they had and both U.S. Prosecutors
hired on with the defense team and the statute of limitations expired.
The FDA did not want this poison on the market that they had seen had
caused everything from cancer and neural tube defects (autism, spina bifida
and cleft palate) to seizures. So a Board of Inquiry of the
FDA was set up and revoked the petition for approval. FDA Commissioner
Jere Goyan would have signed it into law in 30 days, the time available
for any disagreement.
G. D. Searle did not care how many people it would kill and wanted it
on the market. Aspartame was actually listed with the pentagon in
an inventory of prospective biochemical warfare weapons submitted to Congress.

They hired Don Rumsfeld to get it on the market and Searle filed suit
to prevent the revoked petition being signed into law. Rumsfeld
said he would "call in his markers" to get it approved.
President Reagan owed him a favor and he paid it. The day after
he took office he had someone from the transition team fire the FDA Commissioner
that would have signed the revoked petition into law, at 3:00 AM, according

Then he wrote an executive order making the FDA powerless to do anything
on aspartame until he could get a new commissioner to the FDA to over-rule
the Board of Inquiry. He figured it would take 30 days. Arthur
Hull Hayes, a friend of Rumsfeld was appointed and he did just that, over-rule
the Board of Inquiry. According to Alex Constantine, " He was
no disinterested bureaucrat. True to the biochemical theme of the aspartame
story, Dr. Hayes served in the Army Medical Corps in the 1960s. According
to the _Washington Post_, Hayes was assigned to Edgewood Arsenal at Fort
Detrick, Maryland, the Army's chemical warfare base of operations, "one
of a number of doctors who conducted drug tests for the Army on volunteers
. . . to determine the effect of a mind-disorienting drug called CAR 301,060."
According to a declassified 1976 report prepared by the Army Inspector
General, Hayes had planned a research study to develop the mind-altering
CAR 301,060 as a *crowd control agent.* In 1972, Hayes left Edgewood Arsenal,
and a new plan for the experiments was drawn up by Edgewood physicians.
The 1976 report notes that similar tests had been conducted before Hayes
took charge."
What was Hayes' reward? When he left the FDA he went to work for the PR
agency of the manufacturer, Burson Marsteller for $1000.00 a day on a
ten year contract. According to one article he was never there more
than 15 days. When you put a poison on the market people get sick
and people were getting sick from the problems aspartame triggers or precipitates.
G. D. Searle was sold to Monsanto in l985 when Rumsfeld got 12 million.
There were three congressional hearings and Senator Metzenbaum wrote a
bill to put a moratorium on aspartame and have NIH do independent studies
based on some of the problems being seen in the population such as seizures,
what it does to the fetus, behavioral problems, especially in children
and interaction of drugs (damages the mitochondria). The congressional

Read how scientists, physicians and victims spoke out. Who was there
for NutraSweet? The trade organizations like the ADA's who take
money from the manufacturer to push their poison. For instance,
aspartame can precipitate diabetes and recently was even proven to raise
fasting blood sugar. It simulates and aggravates diabetic retinopathy
and neuropathy, destroys the optic nerve, causes diabetics to go into
convulsions and even interacts with insulin. The free methyl alcohol
causes diabetics to lose their limbs. The late H. J. Roberts, M.D.,
diabetic specialist, discusses this in more detail in the 1000 page medical

Dr. Roberts was a member of the American Diabetes Assn for 35 years.
He asked them to publish an abstract of diabetic aspartame reactors but
they refused because they had given their loyalty to the manufacturer.
It was published in Clinical Research. A suit was filed against
them in 2004 for racketeering but they got out of it. The American
Dietetics Assn has been known as Monsanto's media flacks.
As expected with all the powerful influence the bill never got out of
committee. FDA scientist and toxicologist Dr. Adrian Gross who continued
to speak out was transferred to the EPA. He couldn't be kept quiet
because he investigated aspartame and knew it was against the law to approve
it and that it would kill people. He told Congress at least
one of Searles studies has established beyond any reasonable doubt
that aspartame is capable of inducing brain tumors in experimental animals
and that this predisposition of it is of extremely high significance....
In view of these indications that the cancer causing potential of aspartame
is a matter that had been established way beyond any reasonable
doubt, one can ask: What is the reason for the apparent refusal
by the FDA to invoke for this food additive the so-called Delaney Amendment
to the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act?"
The Delaney Amendment makes it illegal to allow any residue of cancer-causing
chemicals in foods. Dr Gross concluded by asking, Given the cancer-causing
potential of aspartame, how would the FDA justify its position that it
views a certain amount of aspartame as constituting an allowable daily
intake or safe level of it? Is that position in effect not equivalent
to setting a tolerance for this food additive and thus a violation of
that law? And if the FDA itself elects to violate the law, who is left

Likewise Dr. Jacqueline Verrett, FDA toxicologist, also testified before
Congress that even then when she was testifying in 1987 (approved in 1981)

I always wondered
what Dr. Gross did at the EPA. He was also a pathologist.
Then in 2010 my husband and I met Reginall Bundrage who worked for EPA
having to do with aspartame and he also is a pathologist. I kept
giving him flyers and information and he kept saying, "I know more
than you do on aspartame." I began to ask him if he knew things
about aspartame not a lot of people knew such as triggering male sexual
dysfunction. He said, "Yes I do, I'm telling you I know much
more than you." Finally I said, "Okay, I've been doing
this a couple of decades and I've been trained by the experts. Please
tell me what I don't know. I'm very interested." He said,
"My job had to do with aspartame and I was there in the early 1990's.
I know all about the formaldehyde from the free methyl alcohol.
I also know that people are constantly dying from aspartame and too many
for aspartame to be on the market. I said to my superiors, 'how
can this stay on the market killing these many people?' I was told
that surely the FDA would remove it because its such a killer. That
was in the early 1990's and its now 2010 and its still on the market."
Was he working on the dead from aspartame or on the tissues? Was
the department that we know nothing about started by Dr. Gross?
He kept telling me it must be removed from the market, because it's
killing so many people, and gave me permission to tell his story.
How many people is aspartame killing? I flew to Barcelona to see
Dr. M. Alemany who did the famous Trocho study that showed that the formaldehyde
converted from the free methyl alcohol embalmed living tissue and damaged

The first thing that Dr. Alemany said to me was "Betty, aspartame
will murder 200 million people". No wonder Reginall Bundrage
said it was constantly killing so many people. You could tell
how upset he was. Dr. Alemany wrote about his study when there was
an effort to ban aspartame in Hawaii which was not successful. Here

Please note that he mentions that the European Union Committee on Food
when they were doing a review ignored this damning study just as EFSA
has. You will also note how Dr. Alemany was treated because his
study exposed aspartame. They can't debate the studies. What
they did was try to assassinate Dr. Alemany's character.
How well I remember that review . I had flown to Belgium to talk
to the European Union along with Felicity Mawson, Mission Possible UK.
I first flew into England where I was locked up by Immigration for 3 1/2
hours with questions like "If we let you in England how many people
will find out about the dangers of aspartame?" Not exactly
the questions normally asked by immigration. In fact, I told the
man asking the questions: "I've flown to your country to help
your people at my expense. How do you get off asking me these type
of questions?" Obviously no answer. The first thing they
had done was confiscate all the aspartame material. I was carrying
Dr. Roberts huge 1000 page medical text. They took me to a physician
saying since I had been on a plane for 12 hours they wanted to make sure
what condition I was in when they interrogated me. They laid the
medical text on his desk. He look at the title "Aspartame Disease:
An Ignored Epidemic" and said, "I use this!" I said,
"Well, you're going to die." He responded, "But I'm
diabetic!" I answered, "Well then you're going to die first."
He look at the chapter on aspartame and diabetes and said, "What
do I do?" I answered, "I would give you some material
but immigration confiscated it." In the meantime, another immigration
lady said, "My daughter uses Lite Coke and she has thyroid disease."
I explained that aspartame can trigger hypo and hyperthyroidism and it
was discussed in the middle text, and just not to do anything but get
her off of it. She said, "But they removed her thyroid."
I shook my head and said, "Oops, I knew I should have come back earlier."
I had also lectured in England and Scotland in 2000.
That was about all the doctor could take and he called in the man
who brought me and said, "Give her back everything you confiscated
and let her go." The aspartame industry did nothing but hurt
themselves as it was a great lead-off in every lecture - "They didn't
want me to be here to give you this information."
Felicity and I spent two hours with the EU - Miguel Angel Granero Rosell
and Peter Wagstaffe. I was wired by Canal Plus, a documentarian
in France. I brought the EU all the damning information including
congressional hearings and information they might not have. It was
obvious they were not interested. I showed them the medical text
on the global plague of Aspartame Disease. Mr. Rosell did not even
turn the first page. Their decision had already been made.
It was later found out that there was no committee to make the decision.
It was made by one person, obviously a flack, and there was no more European
Commission on Food and EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) was
set up, no doubt with the hope of eliminating conflicts of interest.
Fat chance. Over half the committee of EFSA has links substantiating
conflict of interest. Like EFSA the European Commission on Food
ignored damning research including all of Dr. Roberts research.

Because of the cancer
in original studies that violated the Delaney Amendment and made it illegal
to approve the public continued to get cancer from it and more studies
over the years continually proved aspartame to be a carcinogen.
Dr. Morando Soffritti of the Ramazzini Institute performed three aspartame
studies all show aspartame is a multipotential carcinogen. When the first
one was released in 2005, neurosurgeon Russell Blaylock, M.D. reviewed
it and declared:
The new study released in the European Journal of Oncology by Morando
Soffritti and co-workers should terrify mothers and all those consuming
aspartame sweetened products. This was a carefully done study, which clearly
demonstrated a statistically significant increase in several types of
lymphomas and leukemias in rats. Both of these malignancies have increased
significantly in this country since the widespread use of aspartame.
This study confirmed the previous study by Dr. Trocho and co-workers,
which also found the formaldehyde breakdown product of aspartame to be
damaging to cellular DNA and that this damage was accumulative. The type
of damage was a duplicate of that associated with cancers. Along with
this most recent study, this means that drinking a single diet cola sweetened
with aspartame every day could increase one's risk of developing a lymphoma
or leukemia.
Even Harvard recently did an aspartame cancer study saying it was the
longest and strongest. I wrote an article about it saying Harvard says
they are sorry they told you aspartame is bad.

It must have taken minutes for the aspartame industry to get to them because
as soon as they published the study claiming it was the longest and strongest
on cancer they apologized for promoting it saying it was "weak science".
Now that's power and power the aspartame industry should not have.
How disgusting and arrogant. One more for EFSA to toss out the window.
There is a saying: "Evil is of such ugly miens, that
to be hated is but to be seen. But seen too oft its homely face,
first we pity, then endure and then embrace" There was a time
when Big Pharma and Big Chem were the adversary of FDA. It was called
the "old FDA". Since Arthur Hull Hayes, now deceased,
its called the "new FDA" and their "customer" Big
Pharma supplies half the FDA's funding. Now this long standing association
has caused FDA to embrace such evil they constantly lie. I
once met someone from FDA at a health expo. I tore into him about
telling the public aspartame is safe when they know its not. He
said, "Betty, your argument is with Don Rumsfeld. We did everything
we could to prevent this poison from being marketed for human consumption.
It was taken out of our hands. What do we do now, say aspartame
is not safe, its a poison, but we approved it?"
The FDA became more and more cozy with Big Pharma and the aspartame industry
and the "new" FDA became in the end the enemy of the people.
Jerome Bressler who authored the famous Bressler Report on www.mpwhi.com,
front page banner, told me of a serious problem when I called to thank
him for telling the truth in his report when he retired from the FDA.
He said the FDA had removed two studies that the public had not been warned
about from his report and he pleaded with me to find them. It took
me 8 years and only with the help of Dr. Madelon Price, the biochemist
who worked with Dr. John Olney for 38 years did I ever find them.
Dr. Olney along with Attorney James Turner tried to prevent approval.
He had done studies on aspartic acid, 40% of aspartame and found it caused
holes in the brains of mice. He knew what it would do to the fetus
and children and you can read his 49 page report to the Board of Inquiry
of the FDA on www.mpwhi.com

What were these studies that were stricken from the records and from the
public and why were they so important? They were teratology studies
(birth defects) and they showed neural tube defects. Translation:
Autism, spina bifida, cleft palate, etc! FDA Memo's say "aspartame
causes birth defects". There is no pregnancy warning on aspartame
products. No wonder Jerome Bressler was so upset, and until he died,
as long as he could walk around in the cafeteria of the nursing type of
facility he was in he would tell people "don't use aspartame, it
poison!" Just before he died we added these FDA memo's back
to the Bressler Report and Lane Shore, Mission Possible Chicago, delivered
it to Jerome Bressler at his bedside. Bressler had also spoken to
Doctors H. J. Roberts and neurosurgeon Russell Blaylock. Lane has
lost 8 members of his family from aspartame and is a victim himself.
One member was pregnant with twins drinking diet pop and he kept alerting
her but she wouldn't listen. She was obviously too addicted.
So at birth one baby died and one baby hung on by a thread. Dr.
Blaylock says in his book, "Excitotoxins: The Taste That Kills"
that even if a baby survives you can sometimes see the problem at
puberty, many times as behavioral problems or dyslexia. Dr. Morando
Soffritti in one of his studies said if the woman is pregnant, and if
the baby survives, he can grow up to get cancer.
After the FDA found out I had returned the information to the Bressler
Report and they could no longer hide the facts they released to
Dr. Woodrow Monte four more of these studies showing these neural tube
defects. An NTD is an opening in the spinal cord or brain that occurs
very early in human development. The early spinal cord of the embryo
begins as a flat region, which rolls into a tube (the neural tube) 28
days after the baby is conceived. When the neural tube does not close
completely, an NTD develops. NTDs develop before mot women know
they are even pregnant. So think of the most heinous and inhuman crime
the FDA could commit. How about making a deal with the manufacturer
never to allow the public to know that aspartame has been proven to cause
neural tube defects, and not listing a birth defect warning on the products?
Dr. Monte went on to write the book, "While Science Sleeps: A Sweetener

and read the last chapter free about autism and aspartame and the deal
the FDA made. He also tells how his house was blown up with him
in it, although he survived. Do get the book, you won't be able
to put it down. Anyone who reads it will never say they believe
the FDA because they approved a product. EFSA knows about this now
and that aspartame will cause birth defects. Yet in their report
they say aspartame is safe for pregnant women with full knowledge it can
cause autism and other horrors. EFSA's doors should be now closed
forever. What a hideous act to ignore the birth defects and try
to convince pregnant women its safe.

My all time favorite
is the Rowen Study. This is a good example how far an aspartame
manufacturer will go. There were 18 subjects and Monsanto gave 16
of them anti-seizure medication without anyone knowing about it, they
were so afraid they would have a seizure on aspartame. How much
aspartame were they afraid of giving a seizure? They gave them one
(1) capsule, that's all, for a one day study. Sort of tantamount
to sniffing the bottle!
You cannot, you cannot - do studies on a poison and have it show safety.
As Dr. Blaylock said at a lecture, "understand the reactions to aspartame
are not allergic but toxic like arsenic and cyanide". Aspartame
is an addictive, excitoneurotoxic, carcinogenic, genetically engineered,
seizure triggering drug, adjuvant and teratogen that damages the mitochondria
and interacts with drugs and vaccines. Among the horrors it causes

Dr. H. J. Roberts said aspartame causes an irregular heart rhythm,
interacts with "all" cardiac medication, damages the cardiac
conduction system and causes sudden death. MS and lupus are rampant
because of aspartame and blindness, of course.
Once Dr. John Olney got so upset with G. D. Searle's shenanigans and fraud
with original studies that he insisted they do studies in his laboratory
so he could oversee them. Sure enough the studies showed brain damage
and Dr. Olney then thought aspartame would never get approved. However,
he didn't know that G. D. Searle never told the FDA the result of the
studies. This is discussed in the movie, "Sweet Misery: A Poisoned
World".
An informant, Jana Marie, who was hired to shred Searle's studies after
sending one copy of the original to France wrote and said, "aspartame
killed everything it touched"!
James McDonald of the UK Aspartame Awareness Campaign says the methanol
is 35 times too high in the UK, and 50 times too high in the US.
This too was ignored by EFSA.
When 60 Minutes some years ago did an expo on aspartame Dr. Ralph Walton
(psychiatrist) did the research on aspartame scientific peer reviewed
studies and funding. Only industry studies showed safety and you
know how these are done from Mark Gold's information. Dr. Walton
showed that 92% of independent studies showed the problems and if you
removed 6 studies because of the controversy of the "new" FDA
and one pro-industry summary, 100% of independent studies show aspartame
is deadly. So there you have it. Also, Dr. Walton did his
own study because he knew some people are depressed and have psychiatric
problems. He wondered what would happen if they used aspartame which
depletes serotonin triggering psychiatric and behavioral problems, bipolar,
schizophrenia, anxiety, panic attacks, paranoia and even suicidal tendencies.
The Administrator took part in the study and got a retinal detachment
losing his vision in one eye, and someone else had conjunctival
bleeding. Subjects in the compromised group said they were being
poisoned. Dr. Walton did not even use the maximum ADI. The
institution stopped the study. Proof positive you cannot do a study
on a poison and have it show safety.
Dr. Walton is now doing another study on birth defects. If you have

Dr. Ken Stoller has charts showing autism skyrocketing since aspartame
was approved. When they tried to ban aspartame in New Mexico I personally
spoke with the Attorney General Gary King there who told me if we could
show this he would personally do something about protecting the children
there but nothing was ever done. It was Senator Gerald Ortiz

You will see and hear the experts for yourself. In the film following
the ADD people, Feingold, admitted that before aspartame (NutraSweet/Equal/Spoonful/Canderel,
Benevia/Naturtaste) was approved the terms ADD and ADHD were hardly ever
used. Cori Brackett who is an aspartame victim was in a wheelchair
for years with MS and could hardly walk or talk. She had one of
the largest lesions ever diagnosis in an MS victim. I remember the
day she called and told me how she had walked out of her wheelchair off
aspartame, and a movie ought to be made. I said, "Tell me about
it" and she said, "I own the film company!" Eight
months later off aspartame the huge lesion all but disappeared.
Remember that a study was done by the University of Norway that showed
aspartame destroys the brain, especially in the area of learning.
Because the FDA was asked to allow dairy products without proper labeling
so the kids in school would use them not realizing they have aspartame
in them, be sure your kids are told not to use this and educate their
teacher, principal and board of education with the Report for Schools:

Don't allow your child to go to school without it. Even the Jam
companies have petitioned the FDA to allow aspartame in jams without
labeling. Again, this is against the law and every product requires
a PKU warning.
I've taken thousands and thousands of cases in over 20 years and I still
shed tears because there is no way to get use to the horrors that the
aspartame industry and the agencies that should have protected the people
instead of industry have caused the human race. One
woman used Diet Coke through three pregnancies and has three autistic

Just a couple of days ago I went to Virginia. I make it a
policy to at least save one life a day so I was glad I went. There
was a ten year old boy whose grandmother had told the child repeatedly,
"do not drink Diet Coke". The father said he doesn't listen
when its the family that tells him. He had been going to doctors
for migraines and was having vision problems, perhaps going blind from

I'm sure after my conversation with the little boy he will never use it
again. Had I not been there he may not have found out. You
see even the physicians don't know because the aspartame industry and
the FDA have lied to the trade organizations. So how does the physician
even find out aspartame will interact with the patient's drugs?
Dr. James Bowen who has ALS from aspartame wrote the FDA many years ago
and told them aspartame was mass poisoning of the US and more than 70
plus countries of the world, now over 100.
He also told them: "Every known metabolite of aspartame is
of marked or questionable toxicity and patently unsafe for human use.
Methyl alcohol is metabolized to nascent formaldehyde in the eye, nervous
system and other metabolically active organs. It immediately attacks and
denatures the tissue structure proteins in which is metabolized to nascent
formaldehyde. This stimulates specific organ and subcellular autoimmunity
which seems to be a preponderant source of the bad experiences reported

important things to do. What is more important than preventing death?
Aspartame is genocide and Dr. Bill Deagle once said that because
of its ubiquitous nature in food and drugs its more dangerous than depleted
uranium. Be warned and never let a day go by that you don't warn
someone. Save a life everyday. Remember what Jehovah
