Tomorrow marks the day when Sheriffs from around the nation should have gone to Washington to confront Congress on behalf of the public that has not been protected from Federal Overreach.

Below is the explanation of the need that the Sheriff’s have

To do this as part of their Oath of Office. (1)

“The Oath is to the Constitution… I swore an oath to protect and defend the constitution, specifically to the Bill of Rights: And what’s the real term for the Bill of Rights when it comes to Government? They are THE UNTOUCHABLES.

GOVERNMENT CANNOT TOUCH THOSE RIGHTS

You can’t legislate against them,

You can’t Change them

You can’t encroach upon them

And there are ~ Stewards of the Constitution

Who have Sworn an Oath to protect our people

Within that framework of

THE UNTOUCHABLES.” (2)

Sheriff Mack tells his story about being told to go to congress, who will tell you to get a lawyer, because ‘that is your justice’ in America, That is the system. I had a case against the Attorney General of California in the person of George Deukmejian, who was then A.G. but who was running for Governor of California.

In 1979 I was screwed by the A.G., who retaliated, using IRS and the FBI, because he alleged that I was attempting to interfere with his candidacy as a gubernatorial candidate during the election of 1980.

I filed a formal charge with the Fair Political-Campaign-Practices Commission of California: The filing was mysteriously “lost”. I went to lawyers to represent me in the matter. I was told that I could file in the Supreme Court. But by then the still AG was also a candidate for governor & his friends that would soon become the Reagan White House. They supported him in this affair: Just to file this case would cost in excess of $32,000. That would be just to FILE the case, everything else would be extra. So what the Sheriff says above is absolutely true—the only “laws” any “American” can get, is whatever they can pay for.

“You took an oath if your recall ~ you gave your word to people of the United States ­ your word is who you are.”

“The Supreme Law of the Land requires the Oath. The founders of this great country required that the Senators and representatives, before mentioned, and the members of the several state legislatures and all executive and judicial officers both of the United States and of the several states shall be bound by oath or affirmation to support this Constitution. Let’s remember that we are sworn Constitutional Guards! Who do we owe that Oath to and whom do we owe the fulfillment of that Oath? To the People of the United States, this is Article Six, the last paragraph of the US Constitution. ~ We are required by the Supreme Law of the land to swear an Oath of Allegiance to the Constitution itself.

Why did they put that in there? Because it’s another check and balance that all three braches of government had the same purpose. (Sheriffs) are (among) the executors of the law. And what is the Supreme Law? The Constitution. And what is absolutely to the 10^th power of the Supreme Law—the Bill of Rights.” Obviously there is a great deal more to this video, but this is the reason for including it here. (2)

Too many Americans have no knowledge of either the Bill of Rights or of the requirements under the Constitution, which their personally sworn oaths have always required them to do—which is to protect the people of the United States from either foreign or domestic enemies in the United States. If ever there was a clear-cut case of the Executive (The presidency), VIOLATING every tenant of the Supreme Law of the Land then that individual has to be the man-with-no-name in the Tarnished House today.

That's why I wrote the article “January 22, 2013” which will more than likely not be responded to tomorrow on the twenty-second of 2013.

However given the enormity of the lies that Barry based his entire inaugural speech upon today: Judge for yourselves how much longer do you think this criminal will be able to remain where he is today?

America’s possibilities are limitless, for we possess all the qualities that this world without boundaries demands. People throughout this nation must begin to OWN our oaths’ to take the Constitution seriously, as Americans. We should charge every officer of the government who has already signed a loyalty oath to Israel, with treason—immediately—and go forward from there…
