Two things here...
To say people are boiling mad about the
usurper's latest dumping on the U.S. Constitution with his move
to reward illegals, is an understatement. "Senator" Marco
Rubio, Band Aid pusher and darling of the right must be happy as a
tick on a dog since he supports amnesty for illegal
aliens.
Many believe Soetoro did it by Executive
Order, however, there is no EO posted on White
House.gov:
Many folks don't know that Executive Orders
can be challenged by a lawsuit.
"On March 8, 1995, Clinton issued
Executive Order 12954 in an effort to overturn a 1938 U.S. Supreme
Court decision interpreting the National Labor Relations Act
(NLRA)....
"The court concluded that the order
amounted to legislation since it purported to regulate the behavior of
thousands of American companies, thereby affecting millions of
American workers. As the court explained, “[N]o federal official can
alter the delicate balance of bargaining and economic power that
the NLRA establishes.”1 1Thus, it struck down the executive order.
The Clinton administration did not appeal the decision to the
Supreme Court, but neither did it cease its aggressive use of
presidential directives."
And...
For those who wish to get a real education -
as I did - regarding EO's, I recommend:
In response to the announcement, Sheriff Joe
Arpaio of Arizona immediately stated he will continue arresting
illegal aliens as he should.
What Soetoro did was strictly for political
purposes and to get the vote of as many illegal aliens as possible.
Soetoro, like many lawfully elected presidents before him,
simply bypassed Congress and the Constitution. What he and his butch
dyke who runs the Department of Fatherland Security did amounted to
rewriting immigration laws and rub it in Congress' face in an election
year:
Two gutless pieces of offal, Speaker of the
House, John Boehner and Sen. Mitch McConnell did the usual by playing
politics over the law:
"Still, neither House Speaker John
Boehner nor Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell addressed the
issue, underscoring the difficulty for Republican leaders as they walk
a fine line of trying to appeal to the nation's fastest-growing
minority group while not alienating their conservative
base."
Damned racial politics. Again.
Will there be a lawsuit?
Yes:
"And Rep. Steve King of Iowa, a long time
hardliner on immigration issues, said he planned to file suit to halt
the policy."
What we all need to do is write a short letter
to your congress critter to the effect that you fully support a
lawsuit as planned by Rep. Steve King of Iowa and you want he/she to
join that lawsuit. If they don't, they will face the wrath of the
voters in November. With roughly 26 million Americans unemployed, 11.5
million jobs held by illegal aliens, we don't need another 800,000
given a free ride to take jobs that belong to Americans.
Fax it if you can or send it snail mail. As I
repeat so many times, every member of the Outlaw Congress gets about
425,000 emails a month. They don't pay any attention to them and all
you get is a boiler plate response.
Congress will be in session the next two
weeks:
We have to flood their offices with paper.
Snail mails are cyber space. A single page letter by the tens of
thousands piled up in their offices makes a big
difference.
Second, I'm going to call Rep. King's office
on Monday
(202.225.4426) and tell him I fully support the lawsuit he's
going to file and that I am telling my congressional representative to
join with him.
You can get the fax number or snail mail
address for your congress critter here:
