Presidential elections in this country have
become a putrid, toxic process every four years. Every special
interest group in the country demanding this or that from a
presidential candidate. Race based politics is nothing new. It
continues to plague this country because the herds of cattle in the
Democratic Party keep playing such an ugly game. It has only gotten
worse with an impostor occupying the White House who is half Caucasian
and half Negro. Barry Soetoro aka Barack Obama is bi-racial, but
throughout his entire political career has always presented himself as
only black to garner support and votes. His Caucasian mother is never
mentioned.
Well, Barry did in the book of lies he put
out, Dreams From My Father: A Story of Race and Inheritance, where his
ghost writer penned: "I ceased to advertise my mother's race at
the age of 12 or 13, when I began to suspect that by doing so I was
ingratiating myself to whites."
Soetoro has consistently played many roles
because he's nothing but a manufactured product sold to the American
people like a glossy magazine they never bothered to open and read.
The cover looked great, why go any further? The fact that he would be
the first "black" American president was all that mattered:
"Obama's "message didn't mean sh*t to me...I voted for
Barack because he was black." Samuel L. Jackson interview
The apparent (and tragic for our country)
GOP nominee, Willard (Flippin') Romney, is pro-illegal aliens for
votes, make no mistake about that. So is darling of the right,
"Senator" Marco Rubio, allegedly being considered as a
running mate by Willard even though Rubio is not a 'natural born
citizen'.
When the putative president announced last
week a change in immigration policy by simply ignoring the U.S.
Constitution and the impotent U.S. Congress, conservatives hoped
Willard would come right out with a strong condemnation. Save yourself
the disappointment when it comes to Romney. He is the quintessential
example of a political whore who will say and do anything for
votes:
"First of all, we have to secure the
border; we need to have an employment verification system to make sure
that those that are working here in this country are here legally,"
Romney told Bob Schieffer. "And then with regards to these kids
who were brought in by their parents, through no fault of their own,
there needs to be a long-term solution so they know what their status
is. This is something Congress has been working on. And I thought we
were about to see some proposals brought forward by Sen. Marco Rubio
and by Democratic senators. But the president jumped in and said, 'I'm
going to take this action."
Romney continues to slap Americans in the
face, including legal aliens who went through the process to enter
this country:
"In his speech in front of the Latino
officials, Romney took a different approach to immigration than he did
only a half year ago, when he was campaigning in the Republican
primary race. Now, Romney is not saying he will reverse President
Obama's unilateral act of letting some illegal aliens stay in the
United States and work, instead Romney is saying he will "replace
and supersede" Obama's order with something
permanent.
"Back during this Republican primary
campaign--and also during the 2008 Republican primary--Romney said he
was against letting any illegal aliens stay in the United States,
including those who had been here a long time and had children in
school."
He's going to replace Soetoro's
unconstitutional policy change? Flippin' Romney knows
nothing about the U.S. Constitution, Art. II, Section II, nor does he
give a tinker's damn. Neither do the endless number of special
interest groups with the sole mission of demanding special rights by
claiming minority status. Since the invasion by hordes of illegal
aliens accelerated thanks to Ronald Reagan in 1986, we now have more
than 25 million illegals in this country, millions who vote even
though they have no right to cast a ballot. The office of the
president of these united States of America during campaign cycles has
become nothing more than a game of blackmail for a candidate. Get down
on your knees and kiss the ring of whatever minority group makes the
most noise or else at the ballot box.
There are no Latino issues for a
presidential candidate (or Hispanic, Mexican, Caucasian, Negro or
Asian). The profound ignorance of the U.S. Constitution in this
country is beyond staggering. A president in this country has few
duties enumerated in the U.S. Constitution, but they are important
ones:
Art. II, Section II, U.S. Constitution -
Presidential Power
The President shall be commander in chief of
the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the militia of the
several states, when called into the actual service of the United
States; he may require the opinion, in writing, of the principal
officer in each of the executive departments, upon any subject
relating to the duties of their respective offices, and he shall have
power to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United
States, except in cases of impeachment.
He shall have power, by and with the advice
and consent of the Senate, to make treaties, provided two thirds of
the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with
the advice and consent of the Senate, shall appoint ambassadors, other
public ministers and consuls, judges of the Supreme Court, and all
other officers of the United States, whose appointments are not herein
otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by law: but the
Congress may by law vest the appointment of such inferior officers, as
they think proper, in the President alone, in the courts of law, or in
the heads of departments.
The President shall have power to fill up
all vacancies that may happen during the recess of the Senate, by
granting commissions which shall expire at the end of their next
session.
As you can see, there is nothing in those
three clauses that has anything to do with race, making promises to
hundreds of race based special interest group for votes or rewarding
illegal aliens of a certain ethnic group. The most important duty of a
president is commander in chief when called into duty.
Second is critically important regarding nominations for federal
judges and the U.S. Supreme Court. Third is
self-explanatory.
There is no authority for a sitting
president to create a budget or jobs. All bills of expenditure must
come from the U.S. House of Representatives. The representatives of
the people for a term of two years. Squeeze the purse and the people
can remove the crooks in two years. (Of course with ignorant voters,
the takers and vote fraud it's virtually impossible anymore.) Nor can
a lawfully elected president simply decide to change immigrations laws
for votes. Romney's obvious pro-illegals position doesn't mean squat.
If he's elected, Romney has no authority to do anything regarding
immigration other than veto or sign legislation that comes from the
U.S. Congress.
Don't expect to see Flippin' back off with
his gutless "long term solution for younger illegal aliens".
Romney, like Soetoro and most members of Congress, ignore the fact
that younger illegal aliens are still in this country illegally. They
have no right to even be on U.S. soil regardless of country of origin.
Period.
All illegal aliens regardless of age must be
deported. The continued pandering to individuals who have no right to
be in this country makes a mockery of our laws and plays right into
the hands of the globalists who are working feverishly to abolish
nation borders. It also continues to send a message to illegals
whether they be from Ireland, communist China, South America or
Mexico: Come right in, steal American jobs, steal educational
resources and we politicians will continue stealing from hard working
Americans to make sure you get free medical care and
welfare.
Romney is no better than Comrade Obama.
Allowing illegal aliens to remain in this country means millions will
continue to hold jobs that American want and need.
It's incredible that no state I know of is
willing to take on the myth of 'anchor babies'. It is a legal fiction:
Birthright Citizenship and Dual Citizenship:
Harbingers of Administrative Tyranny
"In sum, this legacy of
feudalism-which we today call birthright citizenship-was decisively
rejected as the ground of American citizenship by the Fourteenth
Amendment and the Expatriation Act of 1868. It is absurd, then, to
believe that the Fourteenth Amendment confers the boon of American
citizenship on the children of illegal aliens. Nor does the denial of
birthright citizenship visit the sins of the parents on the children,
as is often claimed, since the children of illegal aliens born in the
U.S. are not being denied anything to which they have a right. Their
allegiance should follow that of their parents during their minority.
Furthermore, it is difficult to fathom how those who defy American law
can derive benefits for their children by their defiance-or that any
sovereign nation would allow such a thing."
He further points out: "But in any
case, to say that children of legal aliens are entitled to citizenship
is one thing; after all, their parents are in the country with the
permission of the U.S. It is entirely different with illegal aliens,
who are here without permission. Thus repeal of the current policy of
birthright citizenship for the children of illegal aliens would not
require a constitutional amendment.
Prof. Erler hit it out of the ball park:
Children born on US soil of an illegal alien parent (or two parents)
regardless of country of origin have no "right" to U.S.
citizenship.
'Anchor Baby' Constitutional Amendment to
Face Scrutiny in Congress - December 26, 2010 (FOX News)
All Americans, regardless of race, should
reject race-based politics and stop playing the game. That especially
applies to political candidates regardless of party affiliation. Stop
selling yourself like hookers on a street corner for votes and stand
up for our laws. Anyone who can't see how racial politics has divided
this country is either plain stupid or has an agenda that is not good
for this republic."In a matter of weeks, Congress will go from
trying to help young, illegal immigrants become legal to debating
whether children born to parents who are in the country illegally
should continue to enjoy automatic U.S. citizenship. Such a hardened
approach -- and the rhetoric certain to accompany it -- should
resonate with the GOP faithful who helped swing the House in
Republicans' favor. But it also could further hurt the GOP in its
endeavor to grab a large enough share of the growing Latino vote to
win the White House and the Senate majority in 2012. Legislation to
test interpretations of the 14th Amendment as granting citizenship to
the children of illegal immigrants will emerge early next
session."
