 'Yesterday's vote' despite having been
in the works for decades; still spent a very long time in this process
to reconstruct with extreme-prejudice, the once outlawed Robber-Baron Legacy.
The public lost their final battle yesterday to free themselves-in the
Aftermath of this farce of the 'mid-term elections.'

- Every major part of the criminal-scheme to elevate the
Corporatocracy to absolute power won yesterday. This was made possible
by having granted Perpetual Political-Life to those responsible for everything
that has brought this nation to her knees.

- Had the public actually taken responsibility for the
need to prosecute each and every one of the criminals; after they committed
their individual crimes-against-us: Then none of this would have been even
remotely possible. But the truth is we let ourselves be herded into silence
and have thereby allowed all our future-freedoms to be publicly and brutally
murdered. This was a very real and very public death-by-selection; through
ballot-box that was rigged long before the ballots were even printed-yet
there was no mention of the past scandals that proved this to be the fact
all the way back to the 2000 election.

- Whenever anyone accepts responsibility for something
this act permeates the whole being of the responsible person, much as the
light of freedom permeates the figure holding the fire in the illustration
above. To fail to accept responsibility is to wander in the desolation
that happens when we turn our backs on freedom.

- The issue: 'There can be NO RIGHTS without accepting
personal RESPONSIBILITY. We have yammered on about our 'rights' to the
point of nausea: while at the same time we have totally ignored the glaring
fact that we must also accept responsibility for what is done in our names,
to insure that the rights of others are not infringed.'

- Had the public chosen to prosecute Karl Rove, or any
of those that created any of the financial nightmares which the criminal-bankers
inflicted upon the nation-or for that matter Cheney, Rummy, Bush Jr. or
Obama for any of the treasons they all committed-then this farce could
not have become the fact that it is today. Pelosi's "Impeachment is
off the table" went a very long way to protect the criminals at all
levels while denying the public voice from ever being expressed-anywhere
in the media or the government.

- The consequences which the pubic was reluctant to pursue
allowed these criminals to benefit from their newly gained perpetual right
to political life; because none of them were convicted of any of the real
crimes that they each committed: Thus they were all able to continue to
affect the political scene, and the result is now clear for everyone that
understands how politics works in what was the USA.

- These crimes go all the way back to the Cheney-Bush-Powell
lies that were told at the UN to justify the unilateral and preemptive
invasion of Iraq. No one was ever charged with anything, in this globally
watched treason (to send American troops to fight a war that we created
but that had no basis at all for even being). And even though the public
now KNOWS that there was absolutely no legal or moral justification for
that war-the wars on Iraq continue on unabated, to this very day.

- It was not just the headliners that committed massive
crimes and got away with it-it was all the behind the scenes appointees
and figureheads that facilitated everything from the Afghanistan attack,
and the Iraq War all the way down to the distribution of money behind the
scenes that made yesterday's "victory" possible on so many fronts.
These men and women committed a countless number of criminal acts and the
result put millions of Americans in uniform 'in harms' way' just to line
their own pockets and those of their owners. And because we did not insist
on prosecuting anyone, at any level in this grand-theft of our republic:
we are ultimately to blame, almost as much as they are for so much blood
and death, not to mention the trillions that we have allowed to continue
to be poured, into the wars, that we still have never publicly challenged.

to pay for; not just in money but with our jobs, our health, our retirement
savings, and in the end our dreams, as well as our lives! All because too
many still cling to the long-dead-idea of two political parties that haven't
represented anyone but themselves since at least 1968. (1)

the Aldrich system and the present system together. He more than any one
man has made the system possible as a working reality.

left of us to protect or even to fight over. We've been played BIGTIME.
