Alex's Tail Spin Continues - Vid

Just offshore from Virginia to Maine, the remnants of a second portion of Hurricane Alex's tail are being pushed to split yet again by a system coming from Newfoundland. This portion of Hurricane Alex's tail is now starting to spin counter clockwise and *could* also form into something tropical (albeit to my knowledge no one is yet talking about it).  Seems the new terminology for weather manipulation should be "Tail Spin." Whatever they decide to call these, it is breathtaking to watch and I personally have never seen anything like it in the decade I've been tracking storms. Kudos to the manipulators. I salute you.
