- Just offshore from Virginia to Maine, the remnants of
a second portion of Hurricane Alex's tail are being pushed to split yet
again by a system coming from Newfoundland. This portion of Hurricane Alex's
tail is now starting to spin counter clockwise and *could* also form into
something tropical (albeit to my knowledge no one is yet talking about
it).

- Seems the new terminology for weather manipulation should
be "Tail Spin." Whatever they decide to call these, it is breathtaking
to watch and I personally have never seen anything like it in the decade
I've been tracking storms. Kudos to the manipulators. I salute you.
