- The threats to murder me, my Attorney and my mother made
on June 10, 12 & 15th, 2008 if I did not cancel the NPC Press Conference
have gone unpunished.

- The Washington, DC FBI office had, until now, refused
to even provide the name of the US Attorney who decided the individual
would not be identified or prosecuted. Today, I was notified to direct
questions regrading the death threats made on the June 18, 2008 NPC event
to US Attorney Patricia Stewart, Washington, DC office.

- It is time for US Attorney Patricia Stewart to Identify
the person the FBI and US Attorney say is responsible for for the sending
of not one, but three specific threats to murder three (3) separate individuals.
Not only did this person threaten to murder three (3) people, but in at
least two of those threats this individual used language that constitutes
an additional HATE CRIMES charge when he called me a faggot.

- Now, I call upon Patricia Stewart to comply with the
Federal Victims Rights Act and identify this individual to all three victims,
my Attorney, my mother, and myself.
