- Well, that was an intelligent analysis
of world events you presented on that Sightings page! I see you seem to
hate the USA. No problem. I also disagree with the US military's ability
to distort the truth, and its hiding of the truth of all sorts of things
from the world, like UFOs, contact with aliens etc etc, but my blood boiled
when I saw you name the USA as the butcher of the Century.

- All Governments butcher their own people.
The most oppressive Governments butcher the most people. The first prize
for 20th century butchery does not go to the USA. It goes to the former
USSR. According to Professor R J Rummel (University of Hawaii Political
Science Dept) who has spent twenty five years looking at 20th Century Government
Democide (genocide by demographics - a Rummel coined term), the Soviet
Union, butchered, worked to death, starved and murdered 61 million people.
Second on the list, Communist China: 35 million murdered. Third with twenty
million people: the NAZI state; forth with 10 million, Chiang Kai-Chek
in pre-communist China; fifth with 5.9 million, Japan's Savage military
in WWII and China. Sixth: 2 million Cambodians slaughtered by their own
Government. Thw 20th Century has been the most brutal. This century is
a testament not to the failure of the principles of Liberty (notice I don't
use the lame term democracy), but to the awesome destructiveness of the
most powerful poltiical force on the planet: totalitarian Government rule.
