Here is a video freeze frame with our thin red line showing the upward trajectory from the Brown Shirt Man’s right hand directly to Charlie’s catastrophic neck entry wound.  We again point out that the angle, the geometry, and the physics of the shot are all 100% correct and right there to see.  

The small, vertical red arrow near the beginning of the red trajectory line is pointing straight DOWN at Brown Shirt Man’s head.   It’s hard to see but it is there.  Look at his extended left arm laying on top of the barrierand you’ll know where his head is.
