Intro: The 43-days federal government shutdown posted an unrecoverable loss of $11 billion to the nation’s economy – and also a 42 million loss in federal food aid to recipients of SNAP and WIK - both Democrat “holy cows” aimed at gaining the votes of deadbeats, dope addicts, lazy losers, permanent welfare fakers and unregistered “night-workers” aka hookers - with a not-so hidden political agenda of promoting social dependency on the tax dime of hard-working families with growing kids to care for and along with the high cost of a university degree (a practically unreachable burden for American households). As least Robin Hood had the decency to steal a few pence from entitled filthy rich aristocrats rather than your humble plumbers, electricians, mill workers, taxi drivers and municipal employees.

During the Democrat shutdown of the federal government, the USDA (Department of Agriculture) mounted an investigation of the freebie food-giveaway program, which turned up 700,000 ineligible recipients in 29 states - a pot pourri of freeloaders, habitual liars with day jobs, illegal aliens, dope dealers and long-dead individuals.. The majority of Democrat-controlled states refused to cooperate with the USDA survey aimed at uncovering fraud, waste and mismanagement of federal food giveaways - a sure sign of Dem guilt in league with the Cartel, urban gangs and habitual shoplifters - social trash that comprise a large sector of the Democratic Party base. The Dems are actually not a party but a gangland coven - just take a look around creeps like Adam Schiff the lover of a queer-sex black-boy who was literally dissolved (with muriatic acid at the SF Standard Hotel and also Hakim Jeffrey’s Brooklyn neighbor and political novice of a city mayor Ayatollah Zhoran Mamdani.

The Decline and Fall of Rome Redux

Free food cards on the taxpayer dime has a disturbing historical precedent in the last days of a collapsing Roman Empire when distribution of free bread (and other cash-based handouts) to the lower-class plebes resulted in moral decay and normalization of financial fraud converting that once tame lower class into a murderous mob of unemployed street bullies on the payroll of wealthy crooks - the forerunner of the Italian Mafia. The mob’s patrician supporters in the Senate along with increasingly corrupt Emperors eagerly endorsed an appeasement policy of “Bread and Circuses” for the urban masses with government-provided free meals in a snap (sound familiar?) soon followed by human sacrifice in the gladiatorial pit as a legitimate betting sport - Hungry Lions vs. Underdog Christians. (Warning: History invariably repeats itself.)

The once most respected moral example on the planet and greatest power of the ancient world, Rome was soon thereafter overrun by ruthless lunatic barbarian hordes - the Vandals, Goths and worst of all Attila the Hun. That list of hardened thugs reads like the future history of a decaying American democracy. And indeed history is repeating itself. A striking similarity with politically motivated social degeneracy of urban mobs and homeless dope-heads surfaced in the major cities of the USA, for instance in the George Floyd riots in Minneapolis and Portland, more recently with the fanatic anti-ICE violence of Latino gangsters aka “neo-pachucos” in Los Angeles. Fearful of losing their grip on nightclubs and the drug trade, the criminal mob is rearing its ugly head in open defiance of the law of the land - with the covert support and secretive funding from corrupt and now desperate Democrat politicians and fixers. Democrat state-sanctioned social decay is a snapshot of America in moral collapse heading toward the inevitable Fall - or as Jim Morrison put it: The End of everything that stands and of our elaborate plans. Yeah, the late rock star got it right about all the children being insane.

In a desperate ploy after fumbling their futile government shutdown, the Schiff Democrats - filthy-minded crooked old men - are now fighting back with a diversionary operation by resurrecting the long-buried Epstein affair. Excuse me for pointing out that banging teenagers is a standard practice nowadays when there is no bottom-line age limit. At least those ambitious massage girls got well paid for their voluntary services and rewarded with huge tips to shop for jewelry, phones and high fashion wear and ice-cream cones for their young toy-boys. Ever hear of the Franklin (Nebraska) Boys Town sex scandal? The Dems buried that one a quarter-century ago and the mainstream press reported virtually nothing. It was the outstanding online journalist Wayne Madsen who broke that story wide open. When was the last time a child rape case was publicized by the news agencies or your local press? In reality, nearly single one of those poor, humble immigrants idolized by the Dems allow their disco teenagers to be sexually exploited for cash or serving as handmaidens to their overlords with the Cartel. Does anyone bother to call the cops - who routinely fail to show up for petty complaints from bars, bordellos, gambling and gaming rooms? It’s all just business as usual, the new perverse American Way. When a girl or pretty boy is gang-raped nowadays, it’s called “initiation”. Yeah, just another fact of life in a globalized USA with a Democrat stamp of approval.

Out in cold Democratic are now pathetically refocusing on the Epstein affair after they fumbled the ball on the nation’s shut-down - thereby losing their credibility with welfare mothers. BTW, the main female source for the Epstein scandal later married an Australian bloke but in recent months conveniently “committed suicide,” literally burying the Eppie scandal along with her skanky corpse. No, Adam, the President was not on tour in Australia at the time although an implausible case can be concocted claiming that the American ambassador or the CIA took her out on behalf of Emperor Donald - a wonderful theme for a cheap novel to divert police attention from Dem corruption.

A Costly Social Price for Free Food Handouts

To get back to the focus of this essay, the food-stamp scandal is one of the consequences of the moral-ethical decline of economically distressed American society. Foreign-sourced intruders aka illegal migrants feasting on the federal and state dole obviously has the undesirable effect of eroding the traditional work ethic and pioneering spirit of this heroic nation. In the light of a rugged frontier history, today’s misguided “charity” of monthly “free” meal cards are morally corrosive and out of whack with a stern national tradition (much like the bread lines replacing jobs during the tyrannical regime of FDR). Free food at a cost of $100 billion a year for the unemployed plebes aka useless eaters in the guise of “charity” is, simply put, moral poison from welfare advocates and paid for by taxpayers.

The ever-greater demand from freeloaders and dope-heads is profiting foreign suppliers and shipping companies, especially in South America supplying nonessential delicacies such as grapes imported from Argentina for voracious consumption by our most worthless citizens and criminal elements along with illegals. One thing in common among thieves here and from there is the refusal to work productive jobs or – more likely - hiding their sources of illicit income “earned” by drug-dealing, prostitution, the child-sex trade, car theft (to Mexico for a paint job and new plates) and other criminal enterprises, the type of black markets typical of corrupt Third World regimes heading for collapse. BTW, did you know that Mexican-overwhelmed Bakersfied region and nearby small Central California towns have the highest stolen car rate in the USA? That just another “new normal” fact ignored by Governor Newsom who allows his Latino supporter to go unpunished. So our thanks for ever-higher car insurance rates go to the poor suffering migrants in need of federal charity including free meals.

Let’s be perfectly clear: a vast amount that taxpayer-funded so-called “free” food is consumed by uninvited foreign whores, pimps, drug dealers and other criminal night-workers busy at the discos, stolen-property flea markets, marijuana parlors and dark street corners. As for their impressionable kids, they should be sent back to their maternal parents in their destitute homelands or else they will end up speaking two languages badly with mishmash street slang further corrupting the English language. As for federal subsidized free food programs for social scum, Marie Antoinette’s infamous although brilliant repartee certainly applies to law-breaking useless eaters lacking an ounce loyalty to this nation: “Then let them eat cake!” Voila!

The Decline and Fall

So welcome to the ongoing fall of the Neo-Roman Empire of the Americas hastened by the bribery-infected Democratic Party, the same sort of ilk that once packed a decaying Rome’s corrupt Senate. We must ask the same hard question as raised by unyielding traditionalist heroes such as Marcus Aurelius, the warrior emperor: How can we, the loyal citizens, prevent the fall of our once great nation along its present downward path toward barbarian invasion and institutional collapse? This homeland of the Brave and Free is, after all, the last vestige of Roman greatness. Civilization dies with us unless our tireless efforts and necessary sacrifices restore the USA as the moral center of the Universe. We must make history anew or die pathetically under its ruthlessly crushing wheel.

Be clear, genuine patriots do not purposely shut the doors of democracy but are at service to their beloved nation at all hours of day or night, 365 a year. Shutting down Congress was simply put: high treason. History reminds us that the fall of great empires and noble republics is not a pretty sight but among the most horrific episodes of the human experience - and, face it, we are now arriving at the last chapter and our children will bear the brunt of massacres, misery, cruelty, deprivation and captivity - unless we The People make a stand for a return to justice, liberty and heroism. If anyone today comprehends the hard lessons of the past it’s State Secretary Macro Rubio who is taking a commendable Aurelian approach to criminalized Latino dictatorships beholden to the Cartel and Chinese dreams of world domination. The U.S. Navy’s mission on the high seas of blasting dope-smuggling vessels - proves in spades that there is still a ray of hope for yet another glorious chapter of American greatness. As the naval slogan goes: Faith, Courage and Service with Honor, Over Honor and Over All! Proving there is still Hope.

Meals for Work and not for Crime

Historian Edward Gibbon’s classic “The Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire” disclosed that invading barbarians liked nothing better than abundant free food looted from hard-toiling citizens, such delicious morsels being unavailable in their own badly managed dirt-poor homelands due to endemic poverty, chronic filth, unending tyranny and the absence of morality. The barbaric hordes were able to infiltrate into the Empire - as told by Saint Augustine of Hippo - due to the public popularity of the erotic cult rituals of the East, which delighted and fascinated the bored Roman plebes. In his hometown of Carthage (North Africa) among the pleasurable sights and sounds were exotic dances by castrated boys transformed into semi-females. During his own decadent youth, as admitted by the honest saint in this latter years, teenager Augustine himself performed homosexual-charged nude scenes on stage at a popular dance hall. Does this sort of moral decay sound familiar in today’s urban America? So we must for the sake future generations reverse social rejection of American values.

Perverse distractions from national duty – now flaunted by Democrat supporters – opened wide the gates of Rome to the Vandals, who confiscated the available food supply and then stripped the Eternal City of all its precious metal, including the gold leaf from its magnificent domes – prior to moving along to assault and loot Spain and then took their ill-gotten wealth to the safety of North Africa. There on the far shore, those ruthless barbarians assassinated Saint Augustine, the greatest ever philosopher in western religious history. Be aware, the possibility of termination of food stamps is of zero importance compared to what’s coming down the path in the ongoing barbarian invasion of North America as the greedy hordes overwhelm and strip a once abundant USA. (That takeover process is silently expanding with foreign (Argentine and Brazilian) takeovers of the largest American beef-slaughter houses – ripped out of the hands of American rancher, which no national commentator dares mention.) That obscure topic will be reported here in the near future in tandem with an American cattle rancher.

A related problem is the open southern border under the NAFTA program for trucks hauling in chile peppers and other ag products from Mexico with only minimal scanning at Border Patrol station. Much of those incoming loads being unmarked farm produce from Mexico’s capital region are heading for the so-called “Green Chile Capital” in Hatch, a blatant case of consumer fraud enabled by the Mexico-U.S.-Canada free trade agreement, an open door to drug trafficking and entry of illicit products, such as untraceable pharmaceuticals originating in India and China. Food is indeed a weapon and along with it dodgy medicine.

June in November

Diversion of public food aid to criminal networks is well-recognized here in the Southwest but the telling details have remained out of reach of local residents and outsiders alike until this report. Not a single newspaper, magazine, TV news or radio program has dared touch upon the topic of immigrant shoplifting along with free SNAP benefits. By sheer coincidence while puzzling over these issues, I made a rare visit to a grocery store to buy a small carton of milk for a stray kitten that showed up in my front yard. (The tortoise-shell pattern of that furry kitten - which must have been kicked out of several backyards for being a ruthless assailant toward local pets - resulted in my naming her “Tora” - Japanese for Tiger). Since I never drink milk, I had to walk a distance to obtain a small carton at a local supermarket where one of the cashiers recognized me and said: “Yoi, I haven’t seen you in years.”

That’s because I now get most of my meals - mainly huge beef hotdogs with kraut and mustard - at a cost of less than $3 at a local Maverick gas station, one of the underappreciated institutions and dining experiences in the USA. To explain my gourmand addiction: My dad - a WWII veteran - served in the Allied occupation of Munich, and with that memory in mind he’d walk me a mile to a streetside barbecue grill in Los Angeles where a released German POW grilled real wieners with kraut and spicy mustard. Thus, I learned to avoid costly low-nutrition fast food options and expensive buffets.

“Well, uh, June, I’ve been living the life of a hermit plus I’m on the road a lot.” Then, a light bulb switched on in my slow-witted mind. “Say, I have some questions about the food-giveaway programs here in New Mexico, are you available for dinner this week?” Her reply: Only this evening, after work, in fact in about half an hour. For the rest of the week I’m busy with the kids.” Bingo! Who knows more about abuses of SNAP and WIC than a grocery cashier?

So we drove to a local barbecue pit. What she told me nearly ruined the rich flavor of Texas-style smoked beef, requiring me to wash down the bad taste of corruption and fraud in the food sector with a couple of mugs of Shiner beer. Her account turned out to be one of those “humans are trash” revelations. Surprise, surprise!

Dinner in a SNAP

SNAP stands for the working taxpayer-financed “Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program” and WIC is the abbreviation of “Women, Infants, and Children”, both super-generous federal food-giveaways, which explains why so many unwed black mothers are so grossly hefty and out of shape. Nowadays chiquitas aka Latina females are getting plumper by the hourly snack. Sure the poor ghetto dwellers are starving, putting on hundreds of pounds of excess lard. These giveaways to the poor, hungry and crooked prompt subliminal yet shocking acts of cheating and shoplifting on top of obesity.

June opened fire with: “The classic case of grocery theft was an overweight Mexican mother with an obese and noisy young son in tow. She chose my checkout line, the most crowded to get past easy detection. I had to call over a trainee clerk to separate the authorized SNAP items from banned junk food, holding up the line for more than 15 minutes to separate and tally her overflowing cartload of rich food items and alcoholic drinks. The customer had deliberately mixed up her pile of authorized WIC and SNAP food items with six-packs of beer and three bottles of bourbon and other non-food items. I suppose she was deliberately trying to fluster me into ignoring the booze because she was furious when I charged her separately at the final check-out. The bitch screamed at me - horrifying our regular customers - demanding that I assign the alcohol to her WIC card. The alarmed manager called over one of the cart-retrievers - himself a Mexican - to explain the state-enforced rules - while the line of local American shopped thinned out, walking out of the store in anger and disgust. The next time she shopped at the store, the fat lady smiled to distract me from noticing two cases of beer she had hidden from sight under a big bag of dog food at the bottom of her cart. And, by the way, most of that pet food is for dog fights organized by Mexican gamblers around here.

Intrigued and disgusted at the same time, I try to stay calm about her revelations, joking: “Oh, pity the poor!” and asking: “Did you call the cops on the nasty bitch? What about the house detective?” Sadly her reply was: “Can’t do anything unless it’s a gun-toting armed robbery. The store chain can’t afford to rile the Mexican community since the city mayor after all is Mexican and he’s got Cartel connections and tight leash on the local police.”

An old Buffalo Springfield tune stuck up in the back of my mind: “Paranoia strikes deep, into your heart it will creep, it starts when you’re always afraid, step out of line and The Man takes you away.” Yeah, ‘round here the Democrat Establishment aka The Man is on the same side as the Cartel, they being partners in crime. “OK, June, wet my appetite with another horror story.”

“Too many,” she said while pushing away her plate. “The welfare kids - both Mexican and black - are taught to shoplift as early as the age of 3, which is why they’re wearing baggy pants. If a clerk tries to take away their candy, these little kids know to scream, especially the girls, pretending they’ve been sexually groped. One of the grocery packers was let go supposedly for fondling children - and fired for taking back stolen Tootsie rolls and lolli-pops. Honesty does not pay a living wage but gets you on the next Greyhound Bus out of the town and this state.”

My uncomfortable response: “That’s grotesque, friggin’ obscene, their kids are being conditioned not only to be just thieving shoplifters but also hookers and gangland thugs.” With a sigh, she nodded. Lately news reports have been disclosing how young kids in Albuquerque are involved in street-corner shootings, some related to sex trafficking and the rest to drug deals gone wrong. So I diverted the topic with “What about other racial groups?”

Her response: “There’s black women, of course, with big purses but the most upfront thieves were that bunch of Somali so-called refugees who arrived a decade ago, thanks to Clinton’s little war over there for what purpose nobody knows around here, other than to import shoplifters.” I asked: “You mean Blackhawk Down?”

The cashier explained that their aggressive pattern was to invariably demand expensive items such a perfume and top-price shampoos to be paid with food stamps, which are not authorized for purchase of luxury goods. So shoplifting became the alternative with Somali thugs simple walking out the doors with a backpack of expensive food items and hair products. “If one of our guys tried to intercept them, them a knife or pistol was pointed at them. One of our store managers made an official complaint and soon urged to leave town after the cops shrugged their shoulders and laughed at him.” My naive response was: “What’s this country come to? Flushed down the tubes.”

My turn to tell a horror story came up. “Yeah, I remember those African terrorists when I first arrived to this region, but lately they’ve all disappeared - I suppose up to Minnesota or other northern states. I was curious about their guerrilla-style bunker by the entry lane to Interstate 5, the tall walls of truck tires packed with concrete, bullet-proofed obviously for a military purpose. After their disappearance, I ventured into the compound and found underground bunkers, very spooky. The Feds had cleaned up the evidence, but I could tell those were holding tanks for captives - and a lot of local girls had been disappearing of late.”

June’s eyes lit up as she blurted: “Everyone around here was wondering what could be going on out there so close to the main highway to White Sands and Fort Bliss.” My comment: Obviously, Bill Clinton was a retard when it came to global politics and tribal cultural practices like castration of females. She asked “Why is Minnesota home sweet home for foreign thugs?” My reply is somewhat knowledgeable since I drove up there soon after the George Floyd riots. “Because there are so many naive farmer’s daughters up there, nobody’s going to make a fuss over the disappearance of a local girl since they’re just grist for the mill. American’s reverted back to the world of Jody Foster in the movie role of a white whore working for a black gang.”

The cashier’s revelations hit me as spot-on similar to that gambling scene from Bogart’s “Casablaca”: “Oh! There’s gambling going on! I’m shocked, just shocked!” Yep, the reward benefits of WIC and SNAP are part of a system of ghettoization promoted by the Democrats for a captive urban vote - already proven effective among the black community, today enslaved by dependency on Federal benefits. Those “surplus” farm product programs do not aid Ameican farmers, but are a part of a vast ripoff scheme benefitting foreign agriculture, shippers and trucking companies in a vast misppropriation scam under the North American trade treaty. Obviously, an external invesigation is needed to root out corruption in big government, social services and state authorities. Liberals are not just fools; they are lying traitors at heart.

As I recall my last question for her - before heading back to town - was about her opinion of the government shutdown affecting food stamps. “The politicians aren’t ever going to stop the federal charity programs since they figure all the kids of those immigrants are soon to grow up to be voters looking for one or another payoffs. But do you know what the bigger secret is? All that so-called surplus farm produce and fruits are supposed to be grown on American farms, but most of fruit on the shelves are from Chile and Argentina, and Mexico of course, hardly any comes from around here other than in late spring/early summer.” So the circle was closed. “Thanks, June, you’ve opened my eyes indeed, since I wasn’t in the least aware of food fraud.” After paying the restaurant bill, I waved at her speechless as she pulled out of the parking lot. It takes a pro to slam-dunk the ball into the net.

The Sweet List

Now how do I know that unseasonal fruit distributed by SNAP and WIK are sourced from South America? Becuase on a weekend drive in late August (this year) through the countryside in southern Arizona, I stopped at two large-scale green houses, which by then were devoid of all fresh fruit crops and flowers (due to earlier sales and the intense heat/solar radiation of late summer). The glass structures had been stripped bare to prevent mildew. So how can supermarkets in this region be overflowing with grapes - at lower price than in early summer? Answer: Imports from low cost labor farms in South America run as slave-labor haciendas, of course. I managed to figure that out without coaching from cashier June.

Here are some comments from the Eligible Food List of WIC that she left with me. “Fresh vegetables, fruits and herbs are harvested for immediate consumption and are in their natural unprocessed state. Examples: tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, lettuce, spinach, carrots, beans, squash, mushrooms, micro-greens and other fresh vegetables. Fruits: Apples, berries, melons, peaches, pears, plums, grapes and other fresh fruits. Fresh-cut herbs such as basil, cilantro, dill, parsley etc. Honey (seniors only): Comb, liquid, naturally crystallized, Kosher/wild honey and honey sticks.” Food for the needy?

Eat to Live don’t Live to Eat

Why in hell did I ever work so many low-paying brutal jobs in the middle of nowhere? An Indiana hog farm, Del Monte tomato-to-ketchup plant, midnight culls of chickens - four in each hand- for Campbell’s soup, stacking hay bails and shoveling horse manure at a racetrack, tossing kibble out the back of a truck and cleaning a hog farm - and eventually working my way the ladder to distribution of organic farm products and mandarin oranges to restaurants in San Francisco? That all started at age 5 working on my grandparents’ garden in LA and during summer as a picker on a strawberry farm in desert Indio and also at a nearby hatchery as a chicken egg inspector. None of it made me rich; it was all for bare survival during periodic national recessions. But the point is: my dad’s Christian family would never allow me to beg, borrow or cheat even for an ice-cream cone or a bottle of Coke. It was a morality based upbringing.

So the 64 thousand dollars question is: How many working American families ineligible for food stamps can afford to gorge themselves on the WIC list of luxury food items? Probably not even stock brokers’ and bank tellers. Subsidized food for the self-claimed “poor” - those sad women forced to work a difficult trade inside urban discos, bars and the sidewalk while leaving their fatherless brats to gorge on candy while watching TV instead of doing homework - isn’t this all just federal charity, right, for mothers without other options than to trade sexual favors for cash? Don’t make me vomit with laughter! Put them into a nunnery or a hog farm!

Feeding the Cartel’s Captive Infiltrators

One last gut-wrenching scene: The Three Caballeros at the Roadrunner free food distribution in New Mexico. While walking to the local library and Walmart, I passed by the monthly handout of state-sponsored good giveaways and took a peak - at the perfect moment. A brand new Chevy roared into the lot, and three fat Mexican thugs jumped out and strode to the front of the line like gunmen out of a Clint Eastwood western, pushing aside widows and invalids. At reaching the the front of the long line, they grabbed three large boxes of local state-sponsored food charity. After hauling the loot to the trunk of their car, they roared off. My curiosity piqued, I followed them in a foot race and luckily did not have to run very far.

About two blocks away, the same car roared to a halt at the simultaneous food giveaway sponsored by the Catholic church. There, the Mexican thugs had to act with minimum of manners, taking off their cowboy hats when a priest walked by. Then, they grabbed the freebie goods from small heavy-set Mexican women and then, satisfied, drove off. So I strode up to a woman in a frock, presumably a nun or lay worker with the church and inquired: Excuse me, sister - uh, ma’am, do those rude by chance have anything to do with the Cartel? Just asking, I’m not a cop or anything like that. Just never seen such bad behavior toward our needy citizens.

Her matter-of-fact reply was cold and straightforward to my surprise: “Those regulars are transporters of illegal border-crossers and are now taking the food to one of the safe-houses in this neighborhood. I suppose letting their customers starve is worse than enforcing the state rules, yes? Doing what’s right is not always easy to determine, yes?” I bowed to her for the lesson in “God’s work” and retreated, my gut quesy with disgust and anger. So New Mexico State sponsorship of food handouts is one of the ways that sold-out politicians pay back their mob financiers. I should have known since the female governor is neck-deep in organized crime, which finances her Democrat political machine, a well-known secret in these parts especially among skeptical Republicans and independents. Plus she and the late Bill Richardson were patrons of Jeffrey Epstein’s Zorro ranch upstate - a fact the sleaze Democrats never dare mention.

Yeah, there’s truth to the saying known around the world: “Food is a weapon.” And it’s far more effective than a nuclear bomb. The even greater problem, therefore, are those high-level Democrat Party bosses and political candidates who have been funded and bribed by the Mexican drug Cartel for decades by now, and the list of criminal collaborators by now includes the list of federal judges desperately trying to block the Trump admin’s crackdown on foreign criminal infiltration into the USA. As a border-monitoring journalist during recent years, my opinion is for a federal program to deploy prison labor to raise a massive border wall, a huge fortress from San Diego county’s Pacific shore to the East Texas coast by Gulf of America formerly known as the gulf of Mexico. As that old hardline saying goes: Work is Salvation. There are too many incidents of this sort to mention in anything shorter than an Encyclopedia of Crime. So in advance, Thanksgiving cheers! Instead of a Midwest turkey, I’ll be dining on either a tamale or, better, an All-American hot dog washed down with a bottle of fine wine grown locally by a French immigrant family. Bon Apetit!
