Top Supplements and Fasting for Alzheimer's Patients
By Frosty Wooldridge
After extensive research on the most effective supplements/nutritional enhancers/bio foods...here is the list that will give anyone with dementia a fighting chance to stabilize and/or regain their cognitive abilities. For further information and hope, read: First Survivors of Alzheimer's in Their Own Words by Dale Bredesen.
First group: This group of supplement targets the "trash" or "plaques" or "contaminants" or "tangled strands" in a person's mind built up over 40 years...and it chelates it, dissolves it, and lets the blood stream wash it out of the brain.
Second group: These ingredients enhance synaptic nerve firings in the brain.
Third group: Coconut oil and MCT oil. These oils burn clean in the brain and create ketosis for maximum brain clean fuel. Swig a tablespoon six times throughout the day.
Group Four: Heavy metal chelation out of the body. In combination, they are reported to chelate up to 93 percent of heavy metals out of the body. Heavy metals do tremendous damage to nerve circuits in the brain.
Group Five: This is a 20 year research product to enhance the brain's ability to fire synapses. www.tryubn.com Take a scoop in the morning and a scoop before bed. You will see that it "lights up" the brain to function better. It's $38.00 a cannister that lasts for 15 servings.
Group Six: www.juvenon.com Sirolastin enhances mood of a person with dementia. Also, engage Nitric Oxide in Bloodflow7 . This beet-based food increases blood flow to the brain and body by 62 percent. Take it in the morning and evening to gain 24/7 maximum circulation. Irwin Naturals also offers Nitic Oxide .
Group seven: Fasting is one of the most effective practices to clean the brain. It creates the "Lysosome Process" that clears out the mind through a process known as "autophagy". In order to speed up cleansing of the brain, "fast" 18 hours a day for six days a week. You eat your last meal at six each day and eat again at noon the next day. It's quite easy because you sleep through most of the fasting period. One day a week, "fast" for 40 hours. You might eat at 6 p.m. on Friday night and continue until 10 a.m. on Sunday morning. My wife Sandi has completed 25 weeks of this schedule. It becomes your norm. The "fasting" makes the body "scavenge" all the contaminants and excretes them from the body. This video shows how it occurs:
I have researched these foods/supplements/ingredients for several years. When you combine vigorous daily exercise of at least one hour, no white sugar consumption whatsoever, infrared sauna/dry sauna, strict nutritional intake of specific healthy, organic foods (as shown in these books)...learning skills, supplements, and the many factors I provided in the first paper...your loved ones stand a good chance to regain their minds...or at least, hold what they possess at this time.

Finally, I will keep scouring medical journals, books and research to update this information every few months. We all have a chance to save our loved ones from Alzheimer's and other dementia's now plaguing America and the world. Please note: nothing in this report guarantees anything. Hopefully, it gives you a roadmap back to cognitive health.
