Further on into that article: "Unlike today, Mexicans caught in the roundup were not simply released at the border, where they could easily reenter the US. To discourage their return, Swing arranged for buses and trains to take many aliens deep within Mexico before being set free.

"Tens of thousands more were put aboard two hired ships, the Emancipation and the Mercurio. The ships ferried the aliens from Port Isabel, Texas, to Vera Cruz, Mexico, more than 500 miles south."

That was then and this is now with America hating groups like LaRaza and an army of lawyers whose bread and butter is protecting illegals are backed up by toilet scum like Pelosi, Schumer, California Gov. Jerry Brown and the list goes on. They need those illegals to vote to retake power in Washington, DC next month.

Eisenhower was a 5-Star General. He hired a veteran of the Army's 101^st Airborne; a very elite group. Since we have no constitutional militia to aid and help stop the hordes from crossing the border, it's time to bring in the military.

Not the National Guard (no offense to the fine men and women who serve in that branch) but regular military who are already on the payroll. Who are trained in what can turn into a deadly situation in a heart-beat. Who know tracking and guerilla warfare.

Bring in Army and Marines and put them all along the border with Mexico from Texas to San Diego, California. Shove the illegals right down the throat of the Mexican government. Take one step on U.S. soil and you WILL be immediately turned around and forced back across the border.

One of the reasons I voted for President Trump is because I knew he was a street fighter and has proven himself to be someone who doesn't back down. Not with the prostitute media and not - most of the time - the vomit that passes themselves off as members of Congress. Overwhelmingly Democrats but too many sissy, wimpy Republicans worried about votes.

If the Democrats take majority in the House or Senate or both (vote fraud WILL play a huge role along with illegals voting in states like California), we are toast on this issue. MAKE NO MISTAKE ABOUT THAT.

Come January, We the People MUST make the biggest most coordinated effort ever to demand Congress re-introduce the PERMANENT SOLUTION to not only flushing out illegals and getting them deported but WILL stop illegals from smuggling themselves across the border.

Four years ago, I wrote about this and not ONE SINGLE REPUBLICAN INCUMEBENT in Congress has introduced the bill. I sent a letter to Sen. Ted Cruz, Rep. Louis Gohmert, Rep. Steve King (IA), Sen. Chuck Grassley and several others with the information and bill number. Not one single response.

I've sent a letter to Trump twice at the WH with the bill number asking him to put the pressure on the Republican controlled Congress to get the bill introduced, passed and sign it into law. No response but then I'm a nobody and Trump is so insulated by the swamp slime he has working for him at the WH.

Well, We the People can change that in January and make that bill the talk of America. For now, if you missed my column, August 24, 2014, here IS the solution. Please keep this in mind: That bill was introduced by a Democrat. I have zero doubt it was written by lawyers who were/are Democrats so the Democrats today can't come back today and call it unconstitutional, mean or anything else.

"A Texas statute which withholds from local school districts any state funds for the education of children who were not "legally admitted" into the United States, and which authorizes local school districts to deny enrollment to such children, violates the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. Pp. 210-230.

"(a) The illegal aliens who are plaintiffs in these cases challenging the statute may claim the benefit of the Equal Protection Clause, which provides that no State shall "deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." Whatever his status under the immigration laws, an alien is a "person" in any ordinary sense of that term. This Court's prior cases recognizing that illegal aliens are "persons" protected by the Due Process Clauses of the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments, which Clauses do not include the phrase "within its jurisdiction," cannot be distinguished on the asserted ground that persons who have entered the country illegally are not "within the jurisdiction" of a State even if they are present within its boundaries and subject to its laws. Nor do the logic and history of the Fourteenth Amendment support such a construction. "The court held that "the absolute deprivation of education should trigger strict judicial scrutiny, particularly when the absolute deprivation is the result of complete inability to pay for the desired benefit." Id., at 582. The court determined that the State's concern for fiscal integrity was not a compelling state interest, id., at 582-583; that exclusion of these children had not been shown to be necessary to improve education within the State, id., at 583; and that the educational needs of the children statutorily excluded were not different from the needs of children not excluded, ibid."

"In other words, too bad for the states of the Union and the taxpayers. Illegal aliens cannot be deprived of an education paid for by stealing from the taxpayers! Illegal alien students who have no legal right to be on U.S. soil. Here in Texas there are more than 400,000 ILLEGAL alien minors in grades K-12 costing we Texans nearly $4 BILLION dollars a year. Those illegal "students" have been bleeding our schools dry.

"The court goes on to say that illegal alien students didn't have any control over their parents smuggling them into this country, so they are entitled to special consideration under the 14th Amendment. What rot. In 1982, 4 justices on that court were appointed by Nixon, one by Eisenhower, one by LBJ, one by JFK and two by Reagan."
