I first met Bernie when i was 17 and a Jesus freak. Bernie was a Hare Krishna chanting in the streets. I was handing out flowers and Jesus tracts and tried to convert him. Bernie, later on, did become a christian and lived with my wife and I for a several years while i was a youth pastor and Bernie was under my care. I had already known Greg. He lived in a Christian community called the House Of The Rock. I was in my early 20s. I knew Greg there and introduced him to Bernie...and the three of us just hit it off and remained very close friends all my life. The 3 of us ran the halfway house together in Berri in 1984, when i first started doing Reverse Speech...
