The climate engineers can cut off our rain for as long as they want. The latest NOAA map below, above normal rain everywhere but the west coast, with Cal in the center of the bullseye of of below normal rain. There is much to this equation, many layers, many agendas.
The massive polar meltdown is also a major part of the equation in the Cal meltdown and dry out. Pricip pushed up and over the high pressure dome in Cal is subjected to a conveyor of chemical nucleation to cool down the air mass below. Much of this moisture and cooler temps is eventually pushed toward the Arctic zones (after being utilized to cool the most populated regions of the US).
