“A national emergency exists by reason of the terrorist attacks at the World Trade Center, New York, New York, and the Pentagon, and the continuing and immediate threat of further attacks on the United States.”

911 was a massive and public-crime. It was not treated as the crime it was. It was instead treated as a military attack upon the US by the same people that caused those attacks to happen, from inside the US, directed and furthered in part by Israel. The resulting actions comprised a False-Flag, to enable Bush to do what he did below…

“NOW, THEREFORE, I, GEORGE W. BUSH, President of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, I hereby declare that the national emergency has existed since September 11, 2001 . . .

That declared state of emergency has continued in full force and effect from 9/11 to the present. President Bush kept it in place, and President Obama has also.

For example, on September 9, 2011, President Obama declared:

CONTINUATION OF NATIONAL EMERGENCY DECLARED BY PROC. NO. 7463

Notice of President of the United States, dated Sept. 9, 2011, 76 F.R. 56633, provided:

Consistent with section 202(d) of the National Emergencies Act, 50 U.S.C. 1622(d), I am continuing for 1 year the national emergency previously declared on September 14, 2001, in Proclamation 7463, with respect to the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, and the continuing and immediate threat of further attacks on the United States.

Because the terrorist threat continues, the national emergency declared on September 14, 2001, and the powers and authorities adopted to deal with that emergency must continue in effect beyond September 14, 2011. Therefore, I am continuing in effect for an additional year the national emergency that was declared on September 14, 2001, with respect to the terrorist threat.”

No real investigation worthy of the name has ever taken place because had that happened the entire charade would have been exposed for the entire world to see…

“This notice shall be published in the Federal Register and transmitted to the Congress.

The Washington Times wrote on September 18, 2001:

Simply by proclaiming a national emergency on Friday, President Bush activated some 500 dormant legal provisions, including those allowing him to impose censorship and martial law.”

This should have triggered a national outrage, and would have if the event had been clearly labeled for what it was - TREASON!

“The White House has kept substantial information concerning its presidential proclamations and directives hidden from Congress. For example, according to Steven Aftergood of the Federation of American Scientists Project on Government Secrecy:

Of the 54 National Security Presidential Directives issued by the [George W.] Bush Administration to date, the titles of only about half have been publicly identified. There is descriptive material or actual text in the public domain for only about a third. In other words, there are dozens of undisclosed Presidential directives that define U.S. national security policy and task government agencies, but whose substance is unknown either to the public or, as a rule, to Congress.” (1)

The artificial reason for all the “national-security-secrecy” surrounding 911, was used to cover-up the criminality-of-the-crimes themselves. This had nothing to do with protecting the people of the US—rather—the illegal-SECRECY was and is still being used to harass torture and arrest Americans, as well as to kill us without justifications or any legal protections from the government that has OUTLAWED our freedoms in order to enslave our people.

The creation of the Continuity of Government as a part of the government’s ‘responsibility’ was never envisioned by the founders of the republic. When this bogus program first surfaced, during the Reagan administration, it was something that must be paid attention to, because it came to us as part of Ronnie’s “Armageddon Plan.” That was the same plan which redesigned the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). That radical shift turned FEMA from an Emergency preparedness agency to a government police-state agency which was used during the Hurricane Andrew Coverup, wherein 5,700 people died; more than twice the number of people who died on 911. “The Washington Post notes that Vice President Dick Cheney initiated the COG plan on 9/11: From the bunker, Cheney officially implemented the emergency continuity of government orders . . .

All of this lie should have been removed, as it left the sphere of anything like a national emergency.

“Because Bush has decided to leave the operation in place, agencies including the White House and top civilian Cabinet departments have rotated personnel involved, and are discussing ways to staff such a contingency operation under the assumption it will be in place indefinitely, this official said.

Similarly, the Washington Post reported in March 2002 that “the shadow government has evolved into an indefinite precaution.” The same article goes on to state:

Assessment of terrorist risks persuaded the White House to remake the program as a permanent feature of ‘the new reality, based on what the threat looks like,’ a senior decision maker said.

As CBS pointed out, virtually none of the Congressional leadership knew that the COG had been implemented or was still in existence as of March 2002:

Key congressional leaders say they didn’t know President Bush had established a “shadow government,” moving dozens of senior civilian managers to secret underground locations outside Washington to ensure that the federal government could survive a devastating terrorist attack on the nation’s capital, The Washington Post says in its Saturday editions.

Senate Majority Leader Thomas A. Daschle (D-S.D.) told the Post he had not been informed by the White House about the role, location or even the existence of the shadow government that the administration began to deploy the morning of the Sept. 11 hijackings.

An aide to House Minority Leader Richard A. Gephardt (D-Mo.) said he was also unaware of the administration’s move.

Among Congress’s GOP leadership, aides to House Speaker J. Dennis Hastert (Ill.), second in line to succeed the president if he became incapacitated, and to Senate Minority Leader Trent Lott (Miss.) said they were not sure whether they knew.

Aides to Sen. Robert C. Byrd (D-W. Va.) said he had not been told. As Senate president pro tempore, he is in line to become president after the House speaker.” (1)

As Nero’s global threat to begin World War III goes forward, a very unusual event is taking place inside America. The public has lost faith in the resident in the Oval Office, the Congress and everything they continue to lie about, throughout the world today.

All the paper-laws and rigged authorities which surround everything from DHS, the Congress, all the alphabet agencies and the Courts to the entirety of the Tarnished House have been caught lying about everything they’ve been saying - since 911 ripped the heart out of New York City, and metaphorically from the nation as a viable entity.

The only powers that Nero or Congress or the Courts have are what the public gives them. This fact cannot be challenged by a pile of illegal paper documents that have never been seen—much less approved of by any court in the cold clear light of day.

Since 911 this government has added literally hundreds of criminally-illegal agencies that do everything from spying on our every thought, word and deed ­ to outlawing everything the Constitution so clearly states is legal. This could only have been revealed to the public if any court had heard the case for and against any of the garbage contained in the Continuity of Government documents.

The COG was clearly written by traitors to commit and continue their treasons under color-of-laws that in actuality do not and cannot exist—because they were written to destroy the Constitution and the nation which that document was created to protect! (3)

The pubic has seen what the government has been doing over and over and over again on the global-stage. They now know that we’ve been brutalized, raped and blackmailed by a huge series of lies that have held this nation HOSTAGE to criminals and foreign powers since long before 911 was ever planned.

What is about to take place if THE CONGRESSIONAL VOTE takes place in the nationally-televised Joint Session of the Congress on whether or not America forces will attack Syria, or refuse to support Nero’s stated views and polices—will be pivotal.

What makes this all too real is that once anyone has been victimized as the American public has been sodomized and raped repeatedly—then the victims themselves can never go back to being the innocent people they were before they were attacked, by this country, and its leadership—ever again!
