| It's one thing to theorize that the DNC, the DC Establishment and the
CIA are running a Psyop against Trump by claiming the Russian hacked into
the DNC/Hillary/Podesta emails to bring Hillary down and propel Trump into
victory in the recent presdiential election. But it's a whoiole other thing
to have 100% proof of that. Even better if that proof is supplied by the
very people that are making these rediculus claims. Here's why. No one claiming that the Russian brought the DNC and Hillary down have denied that the Wikileaks published DNC/Hillary/Podesta emails are NOT true. In fact they have accepted that they are true and the DNC chairwoman (Deborah Wasserman Schulz) had to resign right before the DNC Convention because they showed how she help prevent Bernie Sanders from getting his fair share of DNC electors. All these DNC, the DC Establishment and the CIA claims that the Russians interfered in the US election process and ruined it for the DNC and Hillary to propel Trump into a victory miss the whole point: We know now for certain based on two credible witnesses that have gone public that the Russians did nort provide these emails and it was American Intel. But that still ignores the key issue here. These emails exposed serious crimes: 1-The DNC tampering with the elector process, the fraudulent manipulations that kept Bernie Sanders from being the DNC nominee. 2- Hillary's pay for play sale of weapons export licenses for big donations to the Clinton Foundation (bribery, a major felony and likely treason too). 3-Hillary's, Huma Abedon's and John Podesta's transmission of secret, top secret, and special access Intel through unsecured email outside of a special SCIF (Special Access Information Facility and scrambled USG email (this is a statutory crime by definition and a major felony for which numerous military and USG employees have been easily convicted on and done prison time for). But this too is not the most important point, that this whole matter of the leaked emails is actually a major law enforcement issue because these leaked emails accepted by the DNC as accurate and true expose major RICO crimes as well as felony Federal and State crimes. Let us lay this out in simple terms that are easy to understand. Let's us assume that an international jewel thief robbed a high profile guest at a NYC five star hotel. Video of the perp was sent to all LE such as FBI, NY State Police, the NYCPD, and Interpol. At first no LE agency responds. But after a while the Russian Ambasador calls the FBI and says that Russian surveillance photos on file have identified the perp as a Russian criminal by facial recognition software, but the ambassador will not reveal how they obtained the information. It could be assumed that Russian surveillance of all major five stars hotels in major cities picked it up (all Intel agencies do such). The perp lives in America and the FBI then gets an address, writes warrant o the way over (FBI agents can now do this), they take DNA and fingerprints and it matches the crime scene, so they arrest the perp and charge him for the crime of burglary. They don't care how he was identified or blame the Russian for his crime. They are just happy for their help because it turns out this perp had a long history of burglaries and murders. The perps attorney claims it is a Russian plot to smear this poor man and that the evidence should be in-admissable. This strategy fails because the perps residence supplied smoking gun evidence that was undeniable like matching DNA and fingerprints and the actual diamonds with laser id numbers etched in. All these DNC, the DC Establishment and the CIA claims that the Russians interfered in the US election process and ruined it for the DNC and Hillary to propel Trump into a victory are thus irrelevant. What must be the focus is the content of the emails which has not been denied by Hillary, Huma or Podesta or the DNC and these emails must be used as a basis for the appointment of an independent prosecutor in DC and a special grand jury in NYC so that the Klintons, Huma and Podesta can be fully investigated and prosecuted for their apparent felonies. Certainly these emials they wrote provide plenty of ipsa loquitor, prima facia probable cause evidence for major felony prosecutions and convictions of these major crime figures. |
