The Time-Delay between the High Treason of

the U. S. Congressional-Surrender of their war-making powers,

in 2002: All the way to the illegal presidency of Obamanation

that will come into effect between the Election in 2016

& Inauguration Day, on January 20, 2017 is

behind everything that we must face.

The lynch-pin for 'This License To Kill' - based on “The Bush Doctrine of 2002” when the U.S. Congress surrendered their constitutional duties; to the puppet-office of the presidency, that's still running this high-treason from inside the White House is the key that the public needs to know.

This means that from November 8, 2016 until January 20, 2017 ­ there will no longer be any constitutional-check upon the dictatorial presidency—thus freeing Obama to do whatever he wants to: Including appointing himself dictator going forward, under the Martial Law he can now declare, to end this country as a nation and destroy the Republic at the same time.

If Obama goes to war after the election is over he could then“legally” declare the election of 2016 null & void.

Because of his fake Martial Law

Apparently too few have seen this coming, but now that you know ­ spread the word and upend this theft of the country,

before these traitors have the chance to

finish their plans.

This story is graphically clear to anyone that's been following this global-trap, just to maneuver the U.S. into an artificial situation that need never take place. But the war-machine, Israel, and the treasonous war-powers behind these events have an Achilles heel. We can defeat all of this, if the people of the United States will force the Congress to abolish “their illegal License to Kill” before the coming elections on November the Eighth.

If the Congress is forced to take back their constitutionally mandated “war-powers” which they unconstitutionally gave to all the fake U.S. Presidents that have been false since George W Bush stole the presidency, through the criminal-Supreme Court decision on 12-12-2000: Then and only then will the American-public and the world, finally be saved from the tyranny of an illegally created “martial law” that will doom the world to the global-dictatorship of the New World Order.

Constitutionally the only power in the U.S. government to Declare WAR anywhere on earth, has constitutionally always rested solely with the U.S. Congress ­ the last time they voted to go to war was in WWII ­ every “WAR” since that time from Korea forward has been ILLEGAL.

WITH CONGRESS IN CHARGE OF DECLARING THESE WARS, THE PUBLIC WILL HYPOTHETICALY FINALLY HAVE A SAY IN WHAT THIS “EXCEPTIONAL-EMPIRE” CONTINUES TO DO EVERYWHERE THIS GOVERNMENT HAS VIOLATED INTERNATIONAL LAW - TO BRING ABSOLUTE CHAOS TO THE ENTIRE PLANET.
