Nuremberg Charges Against Israel?

Over the last fourteen years charges have often been mentioned that should have been prosecuted by the International Court in the Hague. What is seldom mentioned is which charges in particular should apply in these unspeakable obscenities because of the number of times these war crimes continue to happen: Today Israel just restarted the last attack again on Gaza. But there are concerns over which laws Israel (and USI) should be charged violating. The Nuremberg Charter describes this violation as the most important one.

“The planning, preparation, initiation or waging a war of aggression” is the single greatest crime under International Law.

Israel has been guilty of this crime dozens of times throughout the 67 years that they’ve been practicing on the Palestinians, since the beginning of the 1948 war for ‘independence’.

Israel has also broken international law in many other states in the region as well as in the United States on 911 and virtually all of the tangential outbreaks and ‘wars’ that came directly from that attack here on September 11, 2001. The world knows there is no statute of limitations for Warcrimes; so why has neither Israel nor any of its past criminal leaders ever been charged with any crimes at all? Why has US Inc. not also been charged with funding all of Israel’s war-crimes from 1948 through to the present moment?

Nuremberg was supposedly set up to keep world wars from happening, after WWII, by prosecuting crimes against humanity, which was supposed to eliminate the need for nations to use wars to end major offences worldwide: But the international courts have been subverted to the point where all of the so-called international organizations that supposedly serve to deter global criminality are themselves part of the crimes against humanity. This includes the UN, NATO, hundreds of NGO’s and thousands of mercenary forces worldwide.

The result is that the current goal of all US policy around the world is hell-bent on creating absolute chaos, wherever individual states encounter the forces of outlaw-bandits charged with keeping CHAOS front and center on the world stage.

Disproportional response to the human slaughter at the moment

“The United States has conducted its first airstrikes against ISIL terrorists in northern Iraq, the Pentagon has announced.

The Pentagon said two FA-18 fighter jets dropped 500-pound laser-guided bombs on the militants near the Kurdish city of Irbil on Friday.”

kirwan: After USrael dropped over 400 tons of bombs on civilians in Gaza in the last 30 days ­ and yet they have today again ended the latest ceasefire to begin again!

“Pentagon Press Secretary Rear Adm. John Kirby said the terrorists were using artillery to shell Kurdish Peshmerga forces defending Irbil and threatening US personnel in the city.

The decision to carry out airstrikes was taken by US Central Command commander Army Gen. Lloyd Austin, following authority granted by President Barack Obama on Thursday.

"As the president made clear, the United States military will continue to take direct action against ISIS when they threaten our personnel and facilities,” Kirby said in a statement.

Obama, in a statement delivered at the White House late on Thursday, announced that he had authorized the military to conduct targeted airstrikes to prevent the advance of the ISIL, to aid Peshmerga fighters and refugees under siege from the terrorist group.

“I’ve said before, the United States cannot and should not intervene every time there’s a crisis in the world,” Obama said.

But he said that when the US is faced with a situation in which innocent people are “facing the prospect of violence on a horrific scale,” Washington cannot “turn a blind eye.””

kirwan: Fascinating isn’t it! Washington had absolutely no problem funding Israel’s Warcrimes, or unleashing hell on earth against totally unarmed civilians in Gaza ­ yet the US has refused to do anything about the hundreds of thousands under attack in Iraq, Syria, or Ukraine: No doubt because US Inc. is funding ISIS & ISIL worldwide, to keep CHAOS alive and dangerous in as many places as possible!

““We can act, carefully and responsibly, to prevent a potential act of genocide,” he said. “I’ve, therefore, authorized targeted airstrikes, if necessary, to help forces in Iraq as they fight to break the siege of Mount Sinjar and protect the civilians trapped there.”

Between 10,000 and 40,000 Iraqis have escaped to the mountains after ISIL militants overran the town of Sinjar, the historical home of the Kurdish minority Yazidi that had also served as a refuge for other groups.

The situation is dire as those people risk being slaughtered by terrorists if they choose to return to their villages or stay in the mountains and slowly die of thirst and hunger. About 40 children have already died from the heat and dehydration, according to the United Nations.

ISIL militants have terrorized entire communities, including Shias, Sunnis, Kurds, Christians, Yazidis and others, as they continue their advances in Iraq.

An estimated 100,000 Christians have also been forced to flee from Nineveh Province into the Kurdistan region.

“Most of the displaced are now living in the open and face the threat of death because of scorching heat and lack of water and food,” said Chaldean Catholic Patriarch Louis Raphael Sako, adding, “It is a humanitarian disaster.””

Warcrimes by Omission

Currently inside Ukraine there is still a great deal of conversation about the coverup of the deaths of about three hundred people who came down inside the Malaysian airliner.

I remember another massive coverup that was never mentioned in 2006, during the war on Iraq. It was called The Disaster of Forward Base Falcon. In that attack by Iraqi’s against Americans over 311 US personnel were slaughtered in a single attack on a single day and it was covered up by the Pentagon: Because if the world had known that it occurred, then the Iraq war would have ended immediately! Cover-ups are a routine part of every war—but when events that are this pivotal are hidden from the public, then that too becomes part of the Warcrimes committed against the public that’s being mislead, as to the success or failure of military forces anywhere.

Here’s the proof of yet another “war” that was covered up by history. This happened in March of 1933, and this led directly to the German counter-attack upon Judea and the Jewish Banks ­ something that Israel tried to cover-up because this totally changes the dialogue over who were the wronged people in Germany, when the Jewish Bankers declared their war on Germany first, before the rise of the Nazi’s!

The US is callously using the staged event of the downing of the Malaysian plane to cover up the very real Warcrimes that are about to wipe out what remains of the breakaway republics in Ukraine. But there’s movement in Russia along the border now for a possible repeat of what happened to the US in Odessia. USI has not faced a real opponent for decades, on any battlefield. We have only fought with countries that have no air-forces, preferably without a navy or even much in the way of any currently sophisticated missile systems. Russia is not just our equal, militarily, but in many areas Russia is superior—and its forces are not afraid of the US paper-tiger.

Obamanation has stripped the US of real officers among the general staff. Now he’s firing the experienced front line Colonels (he’s already done the generals, the captains and the majors) so that what we have in command and control will be political puppets (political CZARS) not professional warriors at all. Despite all this the US has been firing into Russia and antagonizing them all along the border with Ukraine, in lame attempts to bait Russia into crossing into to Ukraine to protect the Russian-speaking citizens that are about to be massacred there. Russia will act proportionally, if she chooses to act, if Ukraine is to be subjected to what is still continuing in Gaza and will possibly soon be expanded into the West Bank as well.

Now that Israel has again spit into the face of the world and chosen to reopen that wound which is Gaza, by way of “Defending Israel” against everyone that disagrees with them: Russia might yet prove to be the only hope to keep the world from going nuclear or simply dissolving into total chaos ­ time will tell.

But if a major war breaks out the US will get far more than they are bargaining for—just as they did by foolishly pursuing sanctions in the face of overwhelming costs which the EU and the West failed to believe that Russia would dare to respond to.

When any person or nation is threatened with blackmail or murder by any criminal organization: Then the person or the people being threatened must respond to the death, because to do anything less is to be totally consumed by a lifetime of slavery or subject to the slower more damaging takeover of the entire life of all those who chose surrender over life itself.
