Alan Watt and I don’t know each other but our backgrounds are very similar. Working inside and outside the system, since I began to paint 50 years ago, combined with the necessary study of history and the ever shifting worlds of this era, we both continue to search for what has already happened and what is coming up for what’s left of life today.

Ironically we reached the same conclusions that he is discussing here, except that instead of writing about it I began to illustrate our problems in graphic images. The first of those images (above) was designed in 1973, after the first meeting of the Trilateral Commission. The sketch is a five by eight foot work that was not painted.

But with luck and with the continued assistance of conscience and determination, maybe this project will be able to add to the sum of all things, just a bit. . .

If a benefactor or a group of people exist out there who will underwrite my work, then the public could begin to have visuals in posters and prints of the images that are necessary to connect with what Alan and others already know, about the past and where we have been programmed for, in these “changes” that must be avoided at all costs ­ if there is to be a future.
