The Hague's International Court of Justice and the International Criminal
Court have in their purview my filings about the grim litanies of Genocide
by Bill and Melinda Gates, as well as Donald Rumsfeld with his Rumsfeld's
Plague from his forced approval in 1981 of aspartame/formaldehyde as an
FDA-sanctioned bioweapons artificial sweetener.
As difficult as it is for most to comprehend the enormity of what is
delineated in these two cases, there are certainly those who do realize
the ramifications.
Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda, Prosecutor at the International Criminal Court,
former Minister of Justice in Gambia, as well as Somali's elected
President of the International Court, Abdulqawi Ahmed Yusuf, are both
Africans who serve at highest levels of the international judiciary.
All Africans instantly recognize the venal racist qualities of Gates'
plandemic in Africa (as well as in the Philippines and Mexico), where
Gates has sterilized millions of women between 15 and 60, with tens of
thousands dying or being crippled, for example, from adjuvants in Human
Pappilomavirus vaccine, in deliberate coordination and with malice
aforethought to benefit his corporate vaccine profiteering.
Now Gates is gearing up for the ultimate genocidal coup, his vaulted
vested interest, the chromosomally impossible "vaccine,' for his own
United-Kingdom-patented weaponized virus, "Her Majesty's Patent Office,"
[# WO2016 012793 A1].
Anyone with even the most rudimentary knowledge of genetics know that once
the genetic sequencing in broken or interrupted in the RNA and DNA, it
cannot be reinstated or patched up with any "vaccine," especially those
containing harmful adjuvants like Thimerosal/Mercury, Aluminum, and
Formaldehyde, and even more so, not on the scale that Gates' coronavirus
has inflicted damage on almost all of the 193 nations.

These sad folks are dumber than the corporate clone executives who are
greedily counting on big profits for Wall Street and the European
financial markets from their dutiful investments in Gates favorite vaccine
corporations, like Rumsfeld's Swine Flu corporation, Gilead, Gavi, Eli
Lilly, Merck, etcetera, all part of Washington's lobbying complex, Big
Pharmaceutical USA, #1 for cash outlay.

Brief Gates Timeline:
2015:
Gates announced that with the world's population soon to reach 9 billion,
"we can get that down by 10-15% by vaccinations."
2016: patented coronavirus in the UK, patent # WO2016 012793 A1.
2017-2018 Gates coalesced his investments and those of others in vaccine
corporations.
2018-2019 Gates constructed 7 vaccine factories to make his
yet-to-materialize COVID 19 vaccine, which of course, in truth, will never
happen.
2017-2018 Weaponizing the virus further in USA National Laboratories in
New Jersey and in North Carolina, with the final tweak in the Wuhan
Virological Laboratories in China.
2019 The "planned accidental release" of Gates' patented virus.

This spring, I published in the Santa Fe New Mexican newspaper a short
editorial about the obvious need to create a UN Secretary General's
Pandemic Board of Inquiry.
I was shortly thereafter asked to present it to the UN Security Council
which I did by video in May 2020.
The purpose of the UN Secretary General's Pandemic Board of Inquiry as I
envisioned it would function best was to:
1) establish basic evidence and implications of the planned scamdemic and
subsequent power grabs, all of which would be determined dispassionately
and fairly, and then made available to all members states needing such
evidence.
2) to prevent USA-China conflicts.
The stifling indifference of the 5 permanent members representatives was
astonishing, frozen in the intransigence and complacency that derives from
their thermonuclear capabilities.
The Japanese Hiroshima and Nagasaki victims with whom I worked at the UN
Special Session on Disarmament in 1977 had a term for this indifference:
JIKOMANZOKU, "best translated as a heightened form of complacency."
The last UN Board of Inquiry was in 2019, focused on Russia's Aleppo
bombing, but the scale still needed now is far more extensive.

I drew a new Line of Demarcation between the 175 nations without
Bioweapons and those that do: USA, RUSSIA, CHINA, FRANCE, UNITED KINGDOM,
CANADA, GERMANY, LIBYA, SOUTH AFRICA, ZIMBABWE, ISRAEL, IRAQ, IRAN, SYRIA,
JAPAN, and NORTH KOREA, recommending that the other 175 immediately cease
all purchases from the 18, in order to protect themselves from the
biological weapons nations which must be isolated, to further their own
economic development.
This is a potent and vas nucleus of a workable pacifist economic strategy
which needs much more discussion and development to be best achieved.

USA recently announced plans to produce 30 more plutonium pits per year at
the Los Alamos National Laboratory, to spend $13 billion to "modernize"
its arsenal. a sign that they USA is indifferently preparing for potential
all-out thermonuclear war (perhaps to cover its mistakes or to obviate any
international responsibility from this planned scandemic, if it comes down
to that?)

I presented Gates and Rumsfeld to the International Court of Justice in in
July 2020, asking only for:
1) an Injunction to stop Gates in all jurisdictions with his recently
purchased World Health Organization, a vehicle to drive his plandemic
profiteering, a way to legitimize same.
2) an Administrative Order to USA Food and Drug Administration
Commissioner, Stephen Hahn, to rescind Aspartame/formaldehyde as an FDA
approved artificial sweetener.
The 14 judges considered the submissions, presumably discussed them, but
took no actions, because I am person, not a nation. It was apparent to me
that my submissions were discussed by some or all of the 14 judges.
That Court does have advisory capabilities, which might have occurred
privately.

Then, the same day, the International Criminal Court asked me to authorize
having my ICJ filings transferred, including as well some amicus curie
letters from African nations victims of Gates' genocide, plus one from
Sara Cunial, member of the Camera di Diputadas in Italy's Parliament. She
represents Rome in that Parliament, and Rome is where the 1948 Convention
to Prevent Genocide was ratified.

Article 2 of the Rome Convention on Genocide specifies the definition, and
Gates and Rumsfeld fit them almost perfectly:
Killing members of a group
Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group
Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to
bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part
Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group
Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.

Rumsfeld and his Aspartame Plague will be removed from some nations, all
16,000 manufactured food products and 10,000 pharmaceuticals containing
aspartame/methanol/formaldehyde, but USA's decision rests with Maryland's
Chief Federal Judge, James Bredar in Baltimore, who is considering various
submissions to make a decision.
