In my February 8, 2021 column, COVID-19: Request Investigation at State Legislatures Health/Science Committees, I requested, as well as dozens of concerned individuals who signed onto my letter, that committee do two things. We the People must know the truth regarding the actual existence of this ‘novel’ COVID-19 coronavirus and second, the actual number of cases and deaths.

In that column I explained what exhibits would be included in the package I had prepared for members on that committee. Our Howard County GOP Club paid for those packages to go certified mail to all six selected committee members. So far, only three of the green signature cards have come back. As soon as the other three come back, I will calendar for two weeks and then we start making calls to their offices.

Follow up is absolutely critical. I wish I had the same option as when I lived in Sacramento less than ten minutes from the state capitol, but not so now. It’s a six-hour drive to Austin. But for those who do live close to your state capitols, you, friends and family can follow up in person.

YOU need to do the same in your state as I outlined in my column above. The letter is reprinted in ADDENDUM D below. You can tailor it for the Health Safety or Science Committee in YOUR state legislature. NOT email. We need tens of thousands of the packages I sent (see my column above) piled high on their desks because they can’t be ignored. Don’t assume someone else will do it. Our country and the lives of tens of millions of Americans were brought to their knees over nothing but lies.

It is work, but I’ve done the work for you, just print out the exhibits (about 28 pages and then your letter). As I said in my column, the people of this country have been terrorized by the media, career criminal, Fauci and the liars at the CDC for over a year. Americans have allowed fear to rule their lives and will continue to do so until the truth is flushed out.

I have never once said this COVID-19 was a hoax. At first, like a hundred million others in this country, I didn’t know exactly what was going on other than we were told this new killer coronavirus was sweeping the country. Panic was everywhere. I’m sure you remember early last year. We can all remember videos of hospitals and first responders trying to cope with so many dying. But, dying from what? Some epidemiologists and infectious disease experts say it is a very bad influenza.

I wrote my first column on COVID on February 17, 2020, over a year ago. Since then it’s been countless hours trying to find truth. The Internet has been drowning in disinformation, click bait headlines and outright lying by the CDC. In my June 20, 2020 column, COVID-19: Lies & More Damnable Lies, I said it’s time for a forensic audit regarding the actual numbers of people who died from COVID-19 since death certificates citing COVID-19 were being manipulated for profit.

By the end of December, I became convinced the so-called ‘novel’ coronavirus has not been verified by any scientists, labs, government health organizations and specifically, the CDC.

No Governments Have Isolated COVID-19 Virus–What Does That Mean?, Dec. 28, 2020

This would appear to be insanity or embracing too many conspiracy theories based on nothing. After all, so many humans around the world have died from that virus. Wars over whether or not Hydroxy or some other treatment method is effective. What about testing for that virus? I mean, the CDC early on set diagnostic testing for that virus using a PCR test. So, am I crazy?

No, that’s where the reading, research, learning how a virus is scientifically discovered and so much more took a ton of time. Once I became convinced this was a reasonable, serious question that must be asked, that’s when I proposed to members of our Howard County GOP Club: We need to take this to our state capitols. To the committees that deal with health safety and science.

Forget Congress. How many committee meetings were held on 9/11, Benghazi, Extortion 17, Russiagate, OKC, only for the guilty to walk, go on to lucrative book deals and speaking engagements. No, our state houses are closer to We the People and easier to throw worthless incumbents out of office every two years.

Those terrorized and traumatized by COVID-19 over the past year will not listen to me or you, but when a committee of elected public servants takes up an investigation it becomes more serious. Perception is everything. What we want is scientific confirmation either way. While I believe this particular coronavirus doesn’t exist, we need for our public servants to investigate and in the end, the truth will be the truth regardless of what I might think or believe.

This latest letter, ADDENDUM C, goes out today to the same committee members. If you feel as I do that this must be investigated, please use my letters, tailor them for your state committee and get as many friends and family to sign on. Just copy and paste into your word processor. The draconian agenda using COVID will continue until enough heat is put on state capitols to investigate and that means tens of thousands of letters, NOT email. 50,000 emails will get the same crap boiler plate letter. 50,000 paper letters piled on their desk changes everything.

Dolores Cahill received her Honours degree in Molecular Genetics from Trinity College Dublin (1989) and her PhD in Immunology & Biotechnology from Dublin City University (1994). I sent you and the other Reps and Senators a certified letter and package on March 3, 2021. The purpose was two-fold: Respectfully requesting your committees investigate why neither the CDC nor any research labs or government health agencies for 40 foreign governments have been able provide a purified isolates particle specimen proving the existence of this COVID-19 and a forensic audit of actual deaths.

This letter is a plea to stop all vaccine distribution in the State of Texas. Due to the despicable and heavy censorship of any factual data, research or injuries reported by Google, Twitter, Facebook and the disgraced MSM, most Americans have no idea what’s been happening since those COVID-19 experimental vaccines – have been unleashed on an unsuspecting public.

No, I’m not an “anti-vaxxer”, the favorite smear label vomited up by those with an agenda. I had three by age five and not another one since nor do I need any of them or flu or pneumonia shots. If people want to get a vaccine, that’s fine but they should also understand that in this instance, the COVID-19 shot is NOT a vaccine. Americans have the legal right to know they are getting an experimental drug. Hasn’t happened and that is a crime.

As you are aware, vaccine manufacturers have been buying the favors of both parties in Congress for decades giving them immunity regardless of the carnage they leave behind. Let me give you the most current numbers according to VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System), a government data base:

"Between Dec. 14 and Feb. 19, 19,769 reports were made to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) following immunizations with either the Moderna or Pfizer BioNTech mRNA vaccines (the only two vaccines given during the time period assessed).  The 966 deaths represent 5 percent of the total number of adverse events reports. Of those who died, 86, (8.9 percent) died on the same day they got the shot. An additional 129, (13.4 percent) died within one day. An additional 97 died within 2 days, and 61 within 3 days.

"A total of 514 (53.2 percent) died within a week. 173 died within 7-13 days. 106 within 14-20 days.  85 percent of deaths occurred in individuals over 60; below 60 there were five deaths among those aged 20-29; 8 aged 30-39; 20 aged 40-49; and 57 aged 50-59."  Epoch Times

“Fewer than half of the hospital workers at St. Elizabeth Community Hospital in Tehama County, Calif., were willing to be vaccinated, and around 20% to 40% of L.A. County's frontline workers have reportedly declined an opportunity to take the vaccine.” 

As you must know, those experimental drugs are not FDA approved nor licensed.  The U.S. isn't the only country showing the beginning of a mass tragedy.

March 4, 2021: 3 Dozen Cases of Spontaneous Miscarriages, Stillbirths Occurring After COVID-19 Vaccination Reported to VAERS: “Many cases of spontaneous miscarriages occurred in the first trimester, or the first 12 weeks of the pregnancy, with 25 occurrences after being immunized with a Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. While the four cases of stillborns occurred in either the second (weeks 13-27) or third trimester (weeks 28-40).

“In one case, a physician in Tennessee, at five weeks pregnant, suffered a miscarriage 13 days after being immunized with a Pfizer vaccine. The 31-year-old woman had no known allergies or medical history.

“While a 33-year-old Indiana nurse in her third week of pregnancy had a miscarriage five days after receiving her second Pfizer vaccine. She also reported that the adverse event caused a birth defect.

“And a 32-year-old woman in Virginia who was eight weeks pregnant reported having a miscarriage five days after being injected with the first dose of a Moderna vaccine in January. She had consulted with two obstetrics and gynecologists (OB-GYN) prior to receiving the vaccine on Jan. 14. She experienced abdominal cramping and vaginal bleeding two days later and had a miscarriage on Jan. 19. She had only been taking prenatal vitamins.

“In Michigan, a 35-year-old woman who was 28 weeks and five days pregnant said that the baby’s movements decreased two days after her first Pfizer vaccine in December 2020.” Both Pfizer and Moderna did not respond to a request by The Epoch Times for comment.

“Dr. Shelley Cole, MD, an OB-GYN and a member of America’s Frontline Doctors, says it’s concerning that a vaccine still in an experimental phase is being recommended to pregnant and lactating women and that science is no longer protecting them.

“As an obstetrician-gynecologist, it is a concern,” Cole told The Epoch Times. “We’re [now] throwing science and the scientific medicine method out the window and jeopardizing pregnancies and future pregnancies.”

That’s just a small sample. Medical examiners, pro-vaccine doctors and pharma companies who manufacture the current experimental drugs passed off as a COVID-19 vaccine all deny the deaths had anything to do with the shot. They always do.

Let me enlighten all of you about these deadly cocktails and experimenting on infants and children. There is a video documentary of REAL people telling their horror stories titled: The Greater Good – Real Stories of Vaccine Injury. Do look it up and watch. You’ll see a mom, a psychiatrist, who trusted her pediatrician and the vaccine.  Her two-month old baby died shortly after being given the jabs.  I wanted to cry watching her pain.  Looking at that beautiful baby now dead.  Heart wrenching. Vaccine manufacturers consider the dead “acceptable collateral damage” for “the good of all”.

While Congress has given immunity against lawsuits against vaccine manufacturers, you, me and the rest of the taxpayers are stuck with the payouts via a slush fund called the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program which compensates victims of vaccines. It’s similar to a ‘no-fault’ divorce. Without admitting a vaccine caused death or horrific medical damage turning your loved one into a vegetative state, settlements are quietly made.

The last figures available through 2018 for payouts: A whopping $4.5 BILION dollars for “safe” vaccines.

Let me sum this up based on my year-long research:

This country was locked down based on a theory originating from a 16-year old high school student (Laura Glass) doing a science project based on ZERO science. It has been a MASSIVE failure; 100% unnecessary if only governors and health officials had listened to non-Fauci/CDC approved scientists and doctors by the thousands both here and around the world.

Americans forced to ‘practice social distancing’ – Nonsense backed up by NO science - has been nothing but a control tool causing terrible psychological problems for Americans – especially children.

Forced wearing of face masks that over time has proven to be extremely damaging to a person’s health – especially children and has made little to no difference in people getting sick.

The CDC issued their diagnostic recommendation for testing using the PCR test we know does NOT test for viruses which is why the number of cases used to justify lockdowns and destroying the lives of tens of millions of Americans is bogus. I provided information on this in my last letter.

This is Fraud: 10% of Reported COVID-19 Deaths for Those Under 35 as Reported by the CDC Are Due to Poisoning, Trauma and Unintentional Injuries

Number of deaths from COVID-19 is a lie because to date, no one and I’m repeating myself here – no one has a purified isolates particle specimen - not even the most highly respected German Robert Koch Institute (RKI) who responded to inquiry with: “I am not aware of a paper which purified isolated SARS-CoV-2.” “Founded in 1891, the Robert Koch Institute is one of the oldest biomedical research institutes in the world.”

Ex-Medical Examiner: The “500,000 COVID Deaths” Number Is a Lie – “Now it’s “500,000 Americans have died of COVID-19!” which certainly is an attention-getter. It’s also profound COVIDiocy, writes an ex-medical examiner with more than 30 years-experience in death investigation. The number isn’t even remotely accurate. After outlining his impressive résumé, that man, Dennis McGowan, explains why he calls the way SARS-CoV-2 deaths are recorded “the big lie.”

This pandemic was forced upon America based on assumptions and consensus by doctors, scientists, health officials and politicians that there was in fact an identified virus detected using written in stone scientific protocols. They ALL assumed the CDC was making available a quantified, purified isolates particle specimen which has not happened to date.

Now that desperate Americans - scared to the point they can’t think rationally – are blindly lined up for one of the COVID experimental vaccines are we starting to see the results as months begin to go by. This, to me, is beyond distressing which is why I am asking you, each of you, to take this seriously. I would ask how many coffins will it take before – like so many times in the past – those experimental vaccines are suddenly stopped because the number of deaths becomes what you cannot ignore?

Once again, I ask: Are all these experts in infectious diseases, vaccines and scientists from around the world – are they all ‘right-wing’ conspiracy nuts or “anti-vaxxers”? I would also encourage you to watch a video by Prof. Dolores Cahill (bio separate page) as she warns that in the coming months and year or two down the road, we’re going to see tragedy. Just because she’s not Fauci/CDC/Google/Facebook/Bill Gates/Twitter and MSM approved does that mean she doesn’t know what she’s talking about?

As the Texas State Legislature does not have a science committee, I am directing this to you and your fellow committee members regarding COVID-19.

I've been in the trenches going on 31 years as a constitutional activist and investigative journalist with several published books on constitutional issues and solutions. I am a serious researcher.

Enclosed are exhibits regarding my research and COVID-19. Since all this science was new to me, it's been a lot of work learning about viruses. In order to identify a virus, strict scientific protocols must be used, which I will get into in a moment.

Wildly over-inflated number of cases and deaths

Factually proven since last March, COVID-19 was being listed as cause of death even when the deceased did not have a coronavirus. Deceased individuals who died from strokes, heart attacks, gun shot wounds, car accidents and the list goes on – death certificates show cause of death as COVID-19. It's fraud at its worst perpetrated by the liars at the CDC. We have to remember: The CDC only “estimates” cases and deaths. Unprecedented: The CDC announced at the end of 2020 they would not be 'estimating' cases of the annual influenza flu season. Why not?

PCR tests do NOT test for viruses.

A PCR test, scientifically does not test for COVID-19. A PCR test is a manufacturing tool and was never meant to be used as a diagnostic tool. This is why there are so many false-positives. The PCR test has been the gold standard from the CDC. All the “cases” are nothing but smoke and mirrors, period. There isn't anything close to a factual case or death count.

Using a PCR test is like a doctor telling his patient he's going to give him a test for diabetes but the doctor wants his patient to know the test doesn't actually test for diabetes. This whole COVID-19 has been a mess since day one and a cash cow for hospitals, Chinese manufactured masks and PCR test manufacturers.

Why is it elected officials, governors, mayors and health experts in every state relied only on what Dr. Anthony Fauci says? How many know Fauci was under investigation by the FBI throughout 2014 for swiping scientific research, covering up tainted vaccines, doling out lucrative federal grants to feckless cronies and a lot more. Guess who killed the investigation? Dirty cop, James Comey. Fauci is known as the Bernie Madoff of Science. But for his powerful connections like Bill Gates and others, Fauci would have been in a federal prison long ago.

Why is it elected officials, governors, mayors and health experts in each state from early last year ignored epidemiologists, virologists and scientists in this country and around the world regarding that alleged virus? Why were epidemiologists with decades of experience in infectious diseases and viruses calling SARS CoV-2 a bad flu?

His and so many others interviewed back in March were censored except for alternative media and are still being censored. Dr. Knut Witthowski's credentials are below in footnotes: “I’m not paid by the government, so I’m entitled to actually do science. There are no indications that this flu is fundamentally different from any other flu. The virus could be eliminated in weeks and herd immunity developed quickly if most people were allowed to lead normal lives.”

Hysteria was deliberately created by the DNC's MSM pumping out lies by the truckload on an hourly basis for political reasons. Monopoly big-tech giants immediately began censoring any scientific articles or interviews by the aforementioned while America was brought to her knees. If it wasn't Fauci/CDC approved, their decades of highly specialized expertise were labeled “conspiracy theories” and of no importance.

Here we are a year later and people are still being forced to destroy their health by wearing face diapers that scientifically do nothing to stop the spread of viruses.

Science and viruses

Neither the CDC or health experts or foreign governments (40 of them) have been able to produce purified isolated particles to prove SARS-CoV-2 exists. That is not a conspiracy theory, it is based on the evidence provided in the exhibits enclosed with this letter. What does that mean? None of them have been able to prove that virus exists. Without a purified isolate particle sample it simply does not exist.

How can that be? That's what we the undersigned are urgently requesting your committees do a complete investigation into this because you, me, the American people demand the truth. Ten days ago I watched a video that absolutely caused my jaw to drop. This interview on Jan. 23, 2021, was between an NBC reporter in Wuhan, China and Dr. Wu Zunyou, Chinese Center for Disease Control. In response to the reporter’s question about why they haven't shared data, Zunyou said, “They didn’t isolate the virus.” And, there you have it.

I know, the first question you'll have is what are all these people dying from? Jon Rappoport[1], an investigative journalist and reporter well over 30 years explains it quite succinctly in his column: COVID: If There Is No Virus, Why Are People Dying?

Let me also quote from his October 8, 2020 column, The Smoking Gun: Where is the Coronavirus? “The CDC says it isn’t available. The key phrase there is: “Since no quantified virus isolates of the 2019-nCoV are currently available…”

“Every object that exists can be quantified, which is to say, measured. The use of the term “quantified” in that phrase means: the CDC has no measurable amount of the virus, because it is unavailable. The CDC has no virus.

“A further tip-off is the use of the word ‘isolates.' This means no isolated virus is available. Another way to put it, no one has an isolated specimen of the COVID-19 virus. Therefore, no one has proved that it exists.” (Remember what the Dr. from the Chinese CDC said: “They didn’t isolate the virus.”)

“As if this were not enough of a revelation to shock the world, the CDC goes on to say they are presenting a diagnostic PCR test to detect the virus-that-hasn’t-been-isolated…and the test is looking for RNA which is PRESUMED to come from the virus that hasn’t been proved to exist.”

And there is the problem. Doctors, hospitals, politicians and health experts around the world have assumed proper protocol was used to identify this “new novel coronavirus”. A purified isolates particle sample is NOT purified when mixed with monkey kidney cells, fetal bovine serum, antibiotics, and antifungals.

Purified: To make pure; free from anything that debases, pollutes, adulterates, or contaminates: to purify metals.  Free from foreign, extraneous, or objectionable element.

The CDC has stated on their web site they do not have a quantified isolates sample of the alleged virus.  In order to identify any new virus a purified isolates particle specimen must be produced using science tested protocols. 

Request proof from the CDC they actually have a purified isolates sample available. If not, why not? 

We know that Koch's postulates are the decisive criteria for the scientific detection of a virus.  Was Koch’s used by the CDC to detect the SARS-Co-V-2?

Second, a forensic analysis must be done to determine exactly how many people died in Texas from this alleged virus alone – no comorbidities - and cross checked against death certificates.

Cross check death certificates for accuracy, i.e., in Colorado, one small town’s coroner discovered that 40% of COVID death certificates were issued where the actual cause of death was gun shots! 

All of this has been very upsetting to me and countless humans around the world who have been researching this very basic question. I wrote a column about this last week and let my readers know I was going to send this letter with the exhibits and encouraged them to do the same in their states. I said I welcome an investigation from your committees because we have to get to the bottom of this now.

Your committee can send this information to any university that does studies on viruses or any other infectious disease experts. I welcome it.
