Depression is a neurotransmitter imbalance of serotonin and dopamine in the limbic subsystems of the brain.   Deficiencies of post-synaptic inhibitory neurotransmitter such as GABA are deficient with anxiety and cannabinoid receptors that reduce over active brain activity and inappropriate sleep wakefulness and aggression or lack of insight and frontal lobe inhibition of inappropriate behavior. Fatty acids DHA EPA omega 3 sources, Vitamin D, Molybdenum, Acetyl-Tyrosine, and many other supplements have been trialed including CBD Oil for reduction in severity or prevention of depression. Anti-stress hormones, CNS Magnesium, blocking NMD-Aspartate receptors, and elimination of food allergens and excitotoxins in diet have been used to reduce limbic seizures that cause depression.

Repair of the metabolic blood-brain barrier, reduction of brain free radicals, improvement in astrocyte and microglia mitochondrial generation of ATP and NADH in higher oxgenated high pH environment prevents brain cell death and reduction in energy metabolism that could lead to loss of action potential and balanced harmonic holographic non-localized neural networks coding sensory input and determining appropriate motor and behavioral outputs.

Normalization of cortical frequency matching and voltages tested with Lexicor external scalp electrode, platelet bioamine levels reflecting neurotransmitters, fatty acid profiles, free radical levels, food allgery IgG antibody titers, and stabilization of thyroid, adrenal and male and female hormone levels lead to more stable normal mood.

Primary reduction of brain cytokines, free radicals, stealth pathogens, activated invading immune T lymphocytes and Macrophages, reducing autoimmunity and normalization of energy metabolism, myelination of saltatory nerve conduction, and restoration of frequency phase matching of e.g. visual and motor cortices to learn new tasks.   Myelination support, energy support, and blood brain barrier support are essential to healthy non- depressed brain actvitiy.

Blood brain metabolic barrier healing, energetic astrocyte metabolic and mitochondial support, neurotransmitter rebalancing, reduction of seizures in the mood limbic nucleii, remyelination of frontal lobes, and restoration of CNS parasympathetic autonomic balance promotes normalized mood, reduced anxiety, reduced psychosis, normalized serotonin and melatonin and sleep restoration.

Depression can be triggered also by electrotoxins from cell phones, smart meters, wifi networks, Gwen towers and simple cellular DNA jamming electrotoxins from appliances and telecommunications, the latest and worst are 5G Networks and home or business propagated network wide EMF pollution.  Protection from these sources and resetting cellular redox promotes normal brain and CNS metabolism and normalized non-depressed behaviors.
