Hello Jeff - Here are the case numbers for HAV for WVa One state has thousands of cases. Ky also very hard hit last year and this year. Wonder why? Illegals, feces in the streets, yeah that could have a lot to do with the rise in AMERICANS GETTING THIS DISEASE. I should say DISEASES WITH AN S All sorts of foreign diseases but then again we said this would happen. We did not see this prior to the influx of UN refugees and illegals, Now Americans are getting Hepatitis A and Chagas in large numbers across the US. This increase in cases has primarily been among injection and non-injection drug users, homeless or mobile individuals, and those who have been recently incarcerated. Viral sequencing has linked cases from Kentucky and California. West Virginia has passed California and Michigan for 2nd on the HAV case number list. With the 1031 number in West Virginia and Kentucky's 1425, these 2 states have reported 2456 cases.
