- There is a story that just surfaced that depends upon
information that comes from 'WHOIS.' As it happens I am experiencing some
of the same treatment in the corrupted system of WHOIS myself.
-
- The story in question is 'WHO' is funding the Occupy
Wall Street Movement.
-
- "On the 15th October 2011 begun the worldwide action.
For the first time in history, upwards of 15 million people in sixty countries
marched together for a "global change". Their official website
is:http://15october.net/
-
- Someone decided to find out who owns that domain name
by visiting this site:http://who.godaddy.com/ (This is a database with
a searchable list of every single domain currently registered in the world).
-
- As you can see from the print screen i took, before the
18th October the registrant was
-
- "Paulina Arcos
- 866 United Nations Plaza
- Suite 516
- New York, New York 10017
- United States"
-
- Well... Who the hell is she? I Goggled her name and i
couldn't find many infos, but i found out that she is Francisco Carrion
Mena (permanent representative of Ecuador, chairman of the special committee
at the UN) 's wife. Okay. I thought i had no more things to discover. The
UN were behind this movement, that's it.
- Well, i was wrong... While reading a book ("Freemasonry
and Secret Societies" by Epiphanius, edition "Controcorrente"
April 2008, page 620 ), i found out that the unofficial Lucis Trust's address
is: 866 United Nations Plaza New York, and this information appears just
on two books: the one i was reading, and on "Die Netzwerke der Insider"
by Peter Blackwood.
- Wait a minute.... This must be a joke.
- ...but here it comes the unbelievable part: On the 19th
October, the WHOIS Information is been changed!!!
-
- Wait a minute.... This must be a joke.
- ...but here it comes the unbelievable part: On the 19th
October, the WHOIS Information is been changed!!!"
-
- That story continues here. (1)
-
- In my case there has been a fraudulent
corruption of the facts surrounding questions that arose about WHOIS on
the account that I've had with Network Solutions since the1990's when my
site hosting was established.
-
- Computers then were not what they are now. I know very
little about the technical side of websites, but I had a close friend who
was very capable and she agreed to help me get started. She set up the
site and we applied for and managed to get Network Solutions to host the
account. At the time they were the primary in that field and they were
good. I pay for this service monthly on my phone bill. I've been doing
this, uninterrupted now, for over twenty years. If I had missed any payments
they would have dropped me like a hot rock.
-
- Last week during a routine check of information that
is needed to maintain accuracy for WHOIS, I discovered that my username
and password had been changed (by Network Solutions). When I tried to access
my account I was told that I needed to go to the account, enter my username
and make whatever corrections needed to be made. I tried to do this but
was denied entry because the account entry page informed me that there
was "no record of Jim Kirwan anywhere within the Network Solutions
system." That in effect, I did not exist.
-
- I tried calling them they hung up on me three times whenever
I tried to speak to a representative. They sent me an email that required
me to reapply for ownership of the site that I own. I filled out the form
and sent the data twice by FAX (required), and twice by email. The email
was required because the FAX was illegible when it came to printing my
California Drivers License photo which they said was illegible. Apparently
the Driver's License photo was good enough for the State of California
which serves over 32 million people, but not good enough for Network Solutions
that still uses outmoded FAX machines to provide answers to serious questions;
precisely so that they can claim that "information" is illegible,
and that therefore they can deny whatever is received, by them, because
of this supposed fact.
-
- I refuse to accept their decision to remove my site www.kirwanesque.com
from their hosting program, because they have failed to do what their part
of the contract requires them to do: To keep and maintain accurate and
up-to-date information, and to host the site. I have paid these people
to do this for over twenty years, without interruption. I have changed
the account information twice since it was established. The last change
included adding my webmaster to the account so that she could update it
and add the daily articles to it. And over the last nine years the webmaster
has posted well over 1,000 articles on that site, there is a dated archive
that proves this beyond all doubt.
-
- If I am not who I say I am; how can Network Solutions
explain the payments made to them for so many years: payments which they
accepted willingly until last week? For that matter if I had not successfully
changed the information to include the webmaster, and my current address
& phone how could she have posted successfully the one thousand plus
articles? But now Network Solutions has decided not to answer the questions
I am raising here about the rejection of my attempt to prove to WHOIS both
who and what I am. Instead they are maintaining that only the initial information
is correct and that this is all they have ever had? This is criminal!
-
- Given my own experience with this corrupt organization,
I think perhaps whatever WHOIS might be saying now about others might need
to be verified by independent sources, before simply accepting "their"
word about any of the information they supposedly have to "prove"
anything about anyone!
-
- In my case they repeatedly told me that a person that
was listed on my site, and who has been gone from the address shown for
over twenty years was indeed the owner of my site. And that whilekirwanstudios@sbcglobal.net
is my email address; that is not the same thing as KIRWAN ART STUDIOS,
which is the name that was used when we opened the account. That name was
taken when it came time to get a new email address, so Lisa and I came
up with kirwanstudios. Apparently this was a bridge too far, for Network
Solutions to be able to cross. I've been living in the same place now for
over thirty years and it is not the address that Network Solutions shows
on my account. I sent them copies of phone and utility bills to prove my
residency, but apparently that made no difference, as far as Network Solutions
is concerned I still live at Lisa's old address, because that is what they
"show" on the information (Information which they were charged
with keeping accurately and up to date).
-
- They also denied that I was the person on my California
ID, because they claim that they could not see the picture clearly. I sent
them to the site to see a current photo but they refused to go there. So
I faxed them an enlarged Driver's License (four times the size), and a
photo of me that was also much larger than the one on the site I
got this answer.
-
- "ID Illegible
-
- Your photo identification is illegible.
-
- Incorrect Letterhead
-
- Your request must be printed on company letterhead or
stationery that matches the account holder name and address that we have
listed in our records.
-
- The account information we have on file is:
-
- Account Name: Kirwan Art Studios
- Account Address: 722-C Shotwell Street San Francisco,
CA 94110 US
-
- If you do not have company letterhead, please fax us
a copy of your business license.
-
- NOTE: If the address on your letterhead or business license
is different than the address listed above, please supply a current utility
bill that matches the company name and address, as shown on your letterhead
or business license."
-
- I had a business account at the time I opened the website
that has since lapsed from inactivity; but no one needs to have a business
account to have a website. I do have letterhead stationary that I haven't
used in years, because I use the net. It lists my address, phone and website
address, along with my professional name. I sent Networks Solutions all
of that but as you can see they chose not to accept it. You be the
judge about the credibility of the WHOIS system of identification that
can be changed with a keystroke at a moment's notice. . .
-
- What happens to my account with Network Solutions hardly
matters, I will get on with my life, I simply want the world to know that
what goes on behind the scenes, on the web, is NOT necessarily what is
true in the real world. In the case of this potentially very important
news story regarding WHOIS behind the funding ofOccupy Wall Street, I think
that we might still not yet have the complete story!
