Bipartisanship
The Key To Self-Destruction

By Jim Kirwan
12-16-10

'Bipartisanship' has been used to justify almost every single criminal action that congress has taken; in the name of falsely crafted and totally artificial agreements that in reality amount to the outright SURRENDER of the American way of life.

In the pyramid above, "Compromise" can be seen for what it is; which is the evernarrowing downward staircase that ends inside the upside-down point of this upside-down world, where everything is black and where there is virtually no way back to the world of sanity and possibilities represented by the Challenge that life presents us all with, almost every day.

This country was a Republic that once prided itself upon the very many and quite different points of view held by its' citizens. But as the "two-party-system" began to enshrine itself at the center of government; the number of types of public opinion shrank miserably into the loathsome and lying cast of two supposedly different views, that are in reality, only two halves of the same policy. This has been the governmental key to the outright destruction of anything like a representative Republic, in which the democratic approach and all the freedoms we once enjoyed, have now been murdered by legislative fiats of the congress and Executive Orders that began to end the Republic; with the taking of the White House by George W. Bush, in 2000.

Whenever anything serious comes up the very first concern of every politician seems to be the "need" for "Bipartisanship" despite the fact that what this really means is that no one in government is representing any opposing views, to what this government is trying to dictate to the people.

When a nation is as deeply divided as this one is: To speak of the need for "bipartisanship" is to council SURRENDER to the moneyed interests that own over 90% of this place, and goes against the eighty-plus percent that stand to 'lose-everything' to the ongoing coup that has seized the USA and is currently dragging us all off the cliff and into the abyss, of what has become self-destruction by forced-compliance with indirect government dictates.

One key to understanding just how fatally screwed, we have all become, is clearly seen if we just look at the insanity of massive tax-cuts for the wealthiest among us-during the most expensive series of wars that this country has ever been involved in. We have spent trillions upon trillions on these wars, which we cannot afford, and yet instead of shouldering their share of the burdens which this level of costs requires: The filthy-rich get off; not just Scot-free, but in addition they get tax-BREAKS as well!

Did this nation lose its mind completely; or is this a criminally-designed way to funnel the profits from the wars directly into the war-chests of the all-too-wealthy and the corporations that also pay NO taxes? So how could this public possibly sit still for this gargantuan theft of their own money; while at the same time allowing the same group of people that failed the nation on 911 to continue to steal and lie from that day to this, with absolutely no responsibility being accepted, by any of them, for this situation that has turned common sense upon its head? In WWII it would have been unthinkable to grant tax-breaks to the rich, for any reason because the nation knew that it was at war. But now apparently no one seems to know that we have killed over two million civilians in Iraq, displaced another 2 million and severely wounded two million more (as of two years ago). Yet because this 'war' has actually not been acknowledged for the international War-Crime that it is, few Amerikans have ever even cared. This is because "you cannot win a war-crime." (1)

These 'wars' are not what they claim to be and never have been. They are part of The War-on-Freedom: Their target has always been America, its political system and its people. However there have been many oversights that have gone unnoticed since this crime began with 911.

Washington D.C., known more these days as the "district of criminals" commits so many crimes each day as a collective body that a moratorium on government should be declared until we can clean this nest of globalists, these kissers of corporate butts who seem more determined to protect their own private interests than protecting our country from obliteration by global cabals.

As congress moves forward with plans to end our sovereignty, as they collude with foreign interests to take our jobs, to destroy our culture and to subject us to international laws and agreements harmful to us as a nation, we need to remember who we are. We are not globalists; we are Americans. We are not "citizens" of some new world We are not a collection of mindlessly identified numbers and codes, biometric identifiers, or mindless sheep that don't understand what is being done to our nation.

We are the greatest We are the greatest society to have ever existed. WE ARE AMERICANS.
The greatest threat America faces on a day to day basis are those who masquerade as protectors and defenders of the American people.
D.C. has long since ceased to be of any value to the public although corporations and the obscenely rich find a home away from home in this ten square mile district.

We are also standing on the edge of a precipice and if we don't stand up and collectively demand a return to, and an affirmation of, who we are and what has bound us together for more than 200 years, we will be driven over the edge into an unimaginable abyss.

As congress continues its daily deluge of anti-American legislation, its un-American activities, bear in mind that just because congress said it, doesn't make it so. Consider this opinion of the Supreme Court:

The general misconception is that any statute passed by legislators bearing the appearance of law constitutes the law of the land. The Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the land, and any statue, to be valid, must be in agreement. It is impossible for both the Constitution and a law violating it to be valid; one must prevail. This is succinctly stated as follows:

The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law, is in reality no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates from the time of its enactment, and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it.
An unconstitutional law, in legal contemplation, is as inoperative as if it had never been passed. Such a statute leaves the question that it purports to settle just as it would be had the statute not been enacted.

Since an unconstitutional law is void, the general principals follow that it imposes no duties, confers no rights, creates no office, bestows no power or authority on anyone, affords no protection, and justifies no acts performed under it . . .
A void act cannot be legally consistent with a valid one.

An unconstitutional law cannot operate to supersede any existing valid law.
Indeed, insofar as a statute runs counter to the fundamental law of the land, it is superseded thereby.
No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it.
-- Sixteenth American Jurisprudence, Second Edition, Section 177. (late 2nd Ed. Section 256)

Keep this in mind when your friends and family, or your elected officials tell you that "it's the law, you have to." If that law is arbitrary to the constitution, if it renders you subject to illegal or unconstitutional laws and acts it is in fact, null and void.
Keep this in mind when the courts rule in favor of corporate interests knowingly violating the rights and protections afforded the people as described in the Constitution. Almost without exception, every law that has been passed by one administration and congress after another in the last twenty years has substantially violated and reduced the rights of Americans.

One of the gravest mistakes made by Americans today is the mistake of assuming that because congress passed a piece of legislation and the president signed it, the violations of rights and liberties, the assaults on the American people under the guise of [national security] or other created crisis are justified or legal.

You have guaranteed rights only so long as you defend them from encroachment by the government."(2)

We can see in the governments' ruminations surrounding the Wikileaks distraction: Their plan to use the criminalization of thoughts to indite Pvt. Manning, as a co-conspirator with Assange, in order to permanently eliminate whistle-blowers of any stripe in the future. What we must do now is to cut all funding to Israel, and remove all those with Israel-American dual citizenship from any role in the US government at every level and in all cases. There are enough talented Americans that this nation does not need to employ foreigners to do work that should be reserved for Americans only. (3)
