At least one possible pulsed weapon test may have taken place between 10:15 EST - 10:30 EST on September 11 in western NY, just southeast of the city of Rochester. This event took place while a heavy rain storm passed through the area. At approximately 10:30PM, a fast magnetic pulse interfered with stereo equipment in a way not seen before. It caused an internal speaker relay in a Kenwood high end surround sound stereo to click twice over the time span of about one minute.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS

* No lightning or thunder was present at the time

* A nearby computer did not crash or show any ill effect

* Television picture did not shrink during either click

* No click was heard in the stereo speakers, which also serves as audio for the television

* No previous clicking has been heard before, over the many years the stereo has been in operation

* Lights in the room did not dim or show any ill effects

Was the rainy weather a cover for a weapons test? This is still unknown.

What also made this event remarkable was that a perfectly functional 26" television suddenly developed a color purity problem. Purity is the correct registration of red, green and blue stripes on the faceplate (screen) with respect to the electron beam. Behind the faceplate of every CRT is a metal shadow-mask, which registers each color dot in the correct place. This metallic (and magnetic) mask is precision mounted inside the picture tube before the faceplate is sealed on, and must never become magnetized. When it becomes magnetized, large areas in images on the screen will have incorrect colors. A short hum is often heard for about one second whenever most CRT computer monitors or CRT television receivers are turned on. This is the demagnetizing coil around the picture tube being demagnetized to prevent color purity problems. In electronics terminology this is known as degaussing.

Variations on shadow mask designs are used in CRTs made by various companies. It is noteworthy that in the room at the time of the event, there was also a CRT computer monitor. The television receiver CRT which suddenly developed the purity problem was facing almost exactly due North. However, the computer monitor was facing due West and was positioned at a 90 degree angle with respect to the television, and about 10ft. away. A color blotch immediately appeared on the television when the event happened. On the computer monitor, nothing happened. Since the computer monitor was perpendicular to the television, this would strongly indicate that a magnetic pulse(s) came from a North or South direction. At the location of the event, no lightning strikes took place nearby anytime between 10PM and later. Over the time period of about one-half hour, television receiver operation returned to normal.

SOLAR

Current solar charts of GOES satellites which are updated every few minutes were also examined. Solar activity at the time of the event was almost flat line and extremely quiet. An hour later, these same charts were still reasonably flat. We cannot rule out that GOES data may have been suppressed in these charts, which might otherwise be used to support the above observations. No X-Ray spikes such as those in the recent solar anomaly were observed.

NUCLEAR EVENT TIME WAVE

A time wave is yet another possibility about the strange electromagnetic event which was observed. Nuclear detonations may cause space-time distortions which could send a ripple BACK in time from 9/14 to the evening of 9/11/07. The ripple-distortion in time could disrupt local space-time at the quantum level, and for unknown reasons may not be observable everywhere. The two relay clicks might be indicators of two nuclear detonations.

As described above, the magnetization of one CRT and yet not another one nearby sitting at a 90 degree angle appears to indicate a direction to the pulse, or perhaps the direction of a time distortion. It is unlikely that everyone noticed this disturbance, as many will simply write it off to bad weather. Further, the CRT which showed the purity color distortion happened to be aligned almost perfectly to magnetic North. This may be an indicator that a distortion in the Earth's magnetic field has also taken place.

TIME JUMP

Is it possible someone or something has protected the entire Earth using a time or dimensional jump? Although this is a relatively new field of study, it would stand to reason that such a jump would momentarily distort space-time. If the Earth is used as a resource for other races as numerous UFO visits appear to show, these beings would have a vested interest in protecting the Earth from damage by humans. A radioactive Earth would probably be of no value to them, as it would be to us. If this is true, a nuclear event will never be allowed to take place at anytime, or at least until the Earth is no longer considered a resource by others. Althought the idea of time-jumping the entire planet sounds fantastic or even impossible, it may be common technology for sufficiently advanced races.
