than Muslim ideology, are the secrets of Hezbollah's success. Hezbollah
enjoys authority and commands unwavering loyalty among Shi'ites because

one, which is that many people in the Shi'ite community, mainly at the
grass-root level, rely on Hezbollah for charity and welfare.
