- 5-Mile Prairie In North Spokane, Washington A Large
Disk

- Date: Late 1960's
- Time: N/A

- Message: In the late 1960's my two brothers and I were
playing on a field below 5-Mile Prairie in north Spokane, WA. when we saw
what looked like a large disk moving horizontally across the sky, toward
the cliff-edge of the prairie about 300 feet higher than our position.

- When the disk got close to the edge of the cliff, it
stopped, then rose upward until it was clear of the cliff, then continued
on its previous heading.

- We were very excited and immediately ran home to tell
our Dad that we had seen a flying saucer. He responded "No, you didn't
- it was an airplane". We knew it was not an airplane, so we told
him so. He then yelled at us that it was an airplane, so we stopped talking
to him about it and went back outside. We never saw the object again but
we still all remember quite clearly seeing it, and what it looked like.

- Halifax, Nova Scotia A Disc Shaped Craft With Blue
Lights

- HBCC UFO Research Note: I have replied to the witness
to see if I can get the date and time of this sighting, or at least a rough
idea when this took place. I believe I have a couple of reports of something
similar happening over Nova Scotia hospitals or nursing homes.

- Location of Sighting: Hovering over a hospital in Halifax

- Full Description of event/sighting: This sighting happened
about 8 years ago, and I am now 16. Do not push this aside as just a false
tale, because I speak nothing but the truth.

- I remember it just like it was yesterday. It was a dark,
but clear night. I was sitting up getting my Asthma medication because
I couldn't sleep, I had a hard time falling asleep. As my medication was
almost finished, I looked over to my left and there was a disc shaped craft
with blue lights around the perimeter. It was hovering over the VG, and
I could tell it wasn't a plane or helicopter, merely because it didn't
make any sounds or anything.

- I called my nurse "(name removed)", and she
rushed in and I told her what I seen. She looked over to see what she could
find, "There's nothing there," she replied.

- Since that day, I Have always been amazed by space,
aliens, and pretty much everything to do with UFOs and the like. Take into
account that I speak nothing but the truth, and I know this was not a dream,
and I was not hallucinating. I wasn't that sick.

- I am searching in my mind, but the date that stands out
the most was August 7th, but I don't think that was it. It was in August,
I believe, because it was the summer time. And the name of the hospital
I was staying in was the IWK hospital, and the hospital that I seen the
disc hovering above was the Victoria General hospital. Any other stories
reporting this incident would be quite helpful. It was of the year 1998.

- Ajax, Ontario Two Unusual Balls Of Light

- HBCC UFO Research Note: The witness states in his report
that there were other witnesses to the unusual sighting of the two balls
of lights which mad strange maneuvers in the sky, plus coming to a hover.

- Time: Approx: 1:30 a.m.

- Message: Thank you so much for having this sight. Now
I know, I may only be a little crazy. My sighting took place in the
late '90s. Maybe '98-'99. Late summer early fall. It was approximately
1:30 am and my friend and I were heading westbound on Steeles (Tauntan
Rd.) coming back into the city from Ajax. At around Altona road we
noticed a ball of light in the sky. At first we thought it was an
old smoke stack that was out in that area. But as we kept heading
west so did the light. The entire time it stayed on the south side
of the road. Just as we passed Ninth line we noticed a second ball
of light. This one appeared to be doing dips up and down behind the
trees.

- Eventually, they both started doing these up and down
movements. We finally hit Markham Rd. (highway 48) and the lights
seemed to be heading southbound so we followed them. At times they
would move very fast and at other times it appeared that they were slowing
right down. I know that other people witnessed this event because
at one moment around Finch Ave. the lights stopped moving and hovered in
the sky. The cars that were on the road stopped and some people even
got out and watched. The lights then moved very quickly in a southbound
direction until they eventually disappeared. I have not heard of
any similar accounts until finding your web site. We always hear about
these sightings in the U.S. but very rarely do we hear about them in Canada.

- Full Description of event/sighting: Hello Brian, I was
just on a trip to Colorado from the 27th to the 31st. On the day of the
27th I arrived early in the morning in Denver and my friend and I went
to a rooftop bar for lunch and some drinks. I had brought my Canon Powershot
4 Megapixel Camera and took many pictures during the trip. I noticed on
this picture, which I cropped out myself their is a either a cylinder or
saucer shaped object in sky behind me. I would say it is a plane but if
you look their is no contrail or what you would normally see with a silver/aluminum
passenger jet. You can zoom in on this and it looks odd to me. I had previously
e-mailed you after my last trip to Colorado where I had e-mailed you a
picture of a silver orb that was in one of my pictures. I thought you might
be interested in it. Tell me if this looks out of place or odd to you.

I was facing north which would be towards the boulder area. And the object
descibed is identical to the decription here if you zoom in, fuselage biger
on both sides and 1/3 smaller in the middle try zooming in and comparing
the reports.

- South Nashua, New Hampshire A Long Thin Metallic Bar

- Full Description of event/sighting: I was traveling south
bound on the Daniel Webster Highway at about 10:40 in the morning. I stopped
at the set of lights just before Cumberland Farms and Allen Mello Dodge
car dealer ship in the south end of Nashua N.H. The weather was nice so
I had my window down as I traveled to the Pheasant Lane Mall. Just as I
stopped I looked out the window (drivers side which was down anyway) and
noticed a metallic glint of sun off of a long object at about my 10 or
11 o'clock position. Distance was hard to determine as well as elevation.
I'm a pilot and tend to always look at the sky and try to identify planes.
I assumed that I was catching the reflection of a small aircraft banking
to turn and the reflecting sunlight was coming off the leading edge of
the wing.

- As the object continued to bank, slightly, the reflecting
sun light faded and all that remained was a long black object that was
at about a 45 degree angle to the horizon. It was not a plane turning and
it descended slightly in the direction it was angled and then appeared
to either vanish or speed away until it was no longer visible. Again I
cannot confirm distance or altitude. I do know that what I saw was certainly
no aircraft I have seen. I am writing you this to see if their were any
other reports in that area that day. I wish not to have my report, if it
is confirmed, put up with my name however. I am a pilot, like I said, and
do not wish to have any problems if you get what I mean.

- Waterhen Lake, Saskatchewan UFO Rises Out Of
The Water (Daylight Sighting)

- Date: July 25, 2006
- Time: Around 2:30-3:00 p.m. (afternoon)

- Message: Hi there, My family has vacationed at Waterhen
Lake in the Meadowlake Provincial Park in Saskatchewan for more than 25
years. We returned this summer along with my wife's family for a
week long vacation that consisted of tubing, skiing and fishing.
Prior to us leaving Winnipeg, my wife had searched the web to find
a good phone number that our daughter could contact us at in case of an
emergency since our daughter was not going to be coming with us.
My wife was surprised to find numerous reports that appeared to document
bizarre sightings of strange lights coming out of Waterhen Lake.
She printed off one of these reports made by an independent researcher
from Lloyminster and took it along to show the other members of the family.

- On Tuesday (July 25) afternoon, around 2:30-3:00, my
son (he is 13 years old) and I were swimming on the beach in front of the
M and N Resort when my son yelled to me, "Dad did you see that?"
-
- He then quickly added, "What was that?"
I asked him what he had seen and he described it as a yellow round object
consisting of two disks with an orange colored center. He said that
it had come out of the water and flown rather erratically in a vertical
and sometimes horizontal fashion. When I asked him where it had come
out of the water and how big it was he said that it was hard to tell but
that it had been in the northeast corner of the lake and quite a distance
away (possibly a km or two). He was rather shaken up since it defied
any natural explanation that he could think of. He had overheard
us talking about the reports of "UFO" sightings at Waterhen Lake
but had not read the article that my wife had taken along. Later that evening
we gave him the article and he was stunned to read that the description
of the object from other sightings matched his sighting completely.
The description that best described his was two "Frisbee like shapes,
yellow and orange in color".

- I am sending this to you so that you can add to your
list of sightings. My son has developed a real interest in the paranormal
and this has resulted in us having many very interesting discussions.
The day after my son's sighting I talked to one of the owners of the adjacent
Tawaw Resort and he agreed that the sightings at the lake are simply bizarre
and beyond any simple explanation. The mystery continues. Sincerely. (Witnesses

- Columbia, South Carolina Object In A Stationary Position

- Date: July 28, 2006
- Time: 10:00 p.m.

- Location of Sighting: Downtown Columbia SC.

- Full Description of event/sighting: Not the first time
I or this group has seen this object. It's been in our skies off and on
for about two months now in varying locations. It appears as a "star"
or "planet" until you try to figure out which one it is. Then
you realize nothing celestial is in that part of the sky. So best we can
assess via binoculars is that this object appears to be able to maintain
a stationary position for up to six hours. It appears as white light with
closer inspection revealing red, green and sometimes blue flashing rotating
lights around it. We have seen it low in the sky in the northwest, high
in the sky in the northeast and high in the sky in the south. I have never
seen it " just appear" or move. It is totally stationary and
gives you the creeps when you realize it's there.

- Halifax, Nova Scotia Translucent Dark Orange Object

- Time: Approx: 11:30 pm - 12:30am

- Location of Sighting: Spryfield, we were in a path area.
- Number of witnesses: 3
- Number of objects: 1
- Shape of objects: Round.

- Full Description of event/sighting: Me, my mother and
her friend May got the idea to hide from May's daughter and her
friends to try to scare them in the path. We were hiding in some bushes,
when I thought I noticed a balloon floating in the air. It had string on
the bottom, and it started floating up into the trees. I then fixed my
attention on something moving in the sky.

- It was translucent, it was a dark orange colour and it
was moving at quite a speed. I don't think it was a balloon, merely because
of the speed it was moving. It was fairly high up, and chances are the
balloon wouldn't have made it that far and my mother exclaimed "Oh
my God! What's that?! Is it a balloon?". That was the weirdest thing
we seen that night, and the weirdest thing I seen in a long time.

- It was roughly about 300 - 500 feet in the air. It then
went into the distance, and vanished. It was heading in a northwest direction
from our standpoint.

- Full Description of event/sighting: I was heading towards
US36 on Church Ranch Rd when I saw an object in the skies heading towards
the mountains. It was shaped like a fuselage of an airplane and at first
thought it to be such. It was very large and difficult for me to determine
just how distant it was. I would guess 2-4 miles. I consider it larger
than the biggest of airbuses. I kept looking for a tail fin and tail wings
but could not locate either. It was the same for the major wings. This
object was segmented into 3 segments. The fore and aft segments were of
the same size and color ( silverish-white ). The segment in the middle
was approximately 1/3 of their size and white. That would be the part where
one would expect to see the major wings of an airplane. I never saw them
materialize into wings from my perspective. Other vehicles were around
but as usual none was looking up.

- I was traveling the entire time and observed it for 1-2
minutes. It appeared to move a little faster than the largest airplanes
I have seen at about the same distance. I am going to guess that this object
was about 40 degrees going mostly East to West. The strangest thing about
this sighting is that I became disoriented after watching it and I feel
that on occasion since then I still have periods of disorientation or confusion,
if you will, in my work that is not normally present.

- Creston, British Columbia A Silver Cigar-Shaped

- Time: Approx: 4:00 p.m.

- Message: On July 29, 2006 my sister and I were swimming
in a remote area near Creston. About 4:00 pm we saw a silver cigar-shaped
craft fly overhead. It had two smoke trails, but we could detect
no wings and no noise. It was much lower than the usual jets that
we see flying over here, and it was going in a completely different course
and direction than the jets fly (heading south toward the Idaho border). My
sister said maybe it was a blimp. Not sure whether there are such
aircraft in existence, but if not, then it must have been a UFO!

- Time: 4:25 a.m.

- Message: I was outside smoking a cigarette on July 30,
2006 at 4:25AM on the Southside of Chicago. I looked at the sky to see
if the sky was clear, and it was a clear sky. I saw some stars that looked
dim because of the lights coming from downtown Chicago. All of a sudden
I saw bright light that was moving very slow in the sky. At first I thought
it was a air plane, but it did not have any flashing lights under it.
It did not have any sound, so I knew it was not a plane. That bright
light was moving very slow for 10 seconds before that light faded away.
Once that light faded away I knew that it was a UFO.

- One Mile West Of Sikeston, Missouri A Half Moon

diagram of what was observed. Always something to keep in mind when filing
a sighting report, if at all possible it would be so very helpful if anyone
can draw a rough diagram of what they saw, in relation with the surrounding
area. This gives a better idea of what is actually seen. The diagrams do
not have to be fancy at all, just an idea of what the objects look like.

- Mr. Vike, On July 31, 2006 I was on my way home
from work when I noticed a half moon shape object a dull red color to the
right of me I was going west the object started on the right side and went
to the left I seen the object for about five minutes it really puzzled
me and it was low to the ground just so that I could see it above the tree
line about forty -five feet.

- Lethbridge, Alberta Black Stick Objects Forming A "V"
Pattern In The Sky

- Date: August 1, 2006
- Time: Between 8:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

- Location: Lethbridge, Alberta (North side of town)
- Number of objects: 4

- HBCC UFO Research took a telephone call from a fellow
who resides in Lethbridge, Alberta. He stated that on August 1, 2006 he
was at home and out on his deck talking to a friend and
he was watching the storm clouds moving through his area. He was wondering
and hoping to see some rain from the clouds as they have not had much in
the way of rain for the last while. The witness said something very unusual
caught his eye. It was a long cigar shaped black cloud off
to the left of the cloud bank and lower in altitude. (which he indicates
in a diagram he made)

- As he watched and looked away for a few seconds then
back again at the unusual dark object, he noticed there were a total
of three of these dark objects off to the left of the main cloud bank.
His best description would be that these three objects were perfectly straight
sticks and black in color. The next weird thing that took place was
that one of the long stick like objects moved independently and towards
one of the other objects and then forming a "V" pattern and he
said they were just hanging there in the sky by the larger cloud cover.

- Eventually the man went running for his camera which
was in his car, and still looking back to keep his eye on these strange
objects, he noticed another black stick like object which now made a total
of four sitting in the sky. This latter object moved to join the other
single object and again formed a second "V" pattern. The
two "V" shaped formations were side by side with the second "V"
pattern slightly off angle with the first "V".

- He opened the door of his car, grabbed his camera and
when he turned around expecting to see the two "V" patterns in
the sky they were gone. They just up and disappeared !

- After the event had finished the fellow sat talking
with his girlfriend for approximately 20 minutes when two jets flew over
within approximately two minutes from one another and then a third jet
followed the same flight path the other two had taken which was directly
at this cloud bank, or where the two "V" formations were. The
jets stayed parallel from each other as they crossed the sky. (Photos
of the contrails are in this report).

- HBCC UFO Research asked the gentleman if they were military
aircraft. The witness said he could not be sure due to their high altitude.
The witness also told me that two of the aircraft returned following the
same flight path they originally were traveling. Same parallel lines could
be noted due to their contrails. All these jet aircraft were seen in a
five minute time period.

- The guy's girlfriend was very excited about seeing
so many aircraft fly across the sky at almost one time. Like the fellow
said, Lethbridge isn't a very busy place. The witness told me there
was a little bit of light behind the two stick shaped "V"
patterns. A flare of light he said.

- South-West Guelph, Ontario A Large Orange Ball

- Date: August 2, 2006
- Time: 9:45 p.m.

- Full Description of event/sighting: We were watching
a very violent August thunderstorm when my father noticed orange lightening
in the South-West over the rural Guelph area. We soon realized that it
wasn't lightening, but a very bright glowing orange ball over the tree
line. The ball would remain stationary and exceptionally bright for several
minutes, then suddenly stopped. This on/off pattern occurred for approximately
12 minutes. It was a clear round object with the orange colour of a flare.

- We speculated that it may have been a chemical fire or
that a hydro transformer had been hit by lightening. A review of the local
news this morning reveals no fires or explosions in the area the previous
day/night. It was very bright and any fellow storm watchers should have
seen this event. I'm hoping you receive other witness accounts to collaborate
our odd sighting

" Rivira " also referred to the same incident last Sunday and
they carried a picture claiming to be a foot print of an alien. That picture

- Brian Vike: HBCC UFO Research was formed due to the interest
I have in the UFO topic. This going back many years from watching Sci-Fi
movies, etc. I later got into astronomy and belonged to two different organizations.
One being in the United States called the American Variable Star Observers
and the other The Royal Astronomical Association of Canada. Actually I
was going to focus mainly on investigating UFO sightings from here in British
Columbia, Canada. But due to the large amount of sighting reports that
came in, I soon moved HBCC UFO Research to covering sightings worldwide.
Of course the idea is to try to solve the many cases that arrive here.
Most are explainable, and then there are the ones that leave me scratching
my head. Right now I am taking HBCC UFO Research International with hopes
of offering people a better service.

- Proof Tracey: At this point, all we can do is offer our
opinions, theories, thoughts on life beyond this planet. Keeping that in
mind, & going through your archived reports & comparing that to
more recent years, it seems the UFO reports are on the rise. Do you think
UFO activity has increased in current years, or do you think it is just
a matter of more people coming forward with what they have witnessed, as
when in earlier years, they might have seen something, but not come forward
in fear of ridicule?

- Brian Vike: I certainly do believe UFO activity has increased
and is increasing every year. I guess the population is growing each and
every year by millions, more folks to possibly observe something. Also
I do believe that people are becoming more open minded to the idea that
there may be life out there somewhere. But of course, if there is life,
do they have the means to travel the great distances to get here? Always
more questions than answers it seems. The internet has become the tool
of choice by many filing reports, it is easy to file a report, plus they
still can keep in the shadows from others, who may ridicule them, but the
ridicule factor is still here and we loose a lot of reports due to people
not wanting to get involved.

- Proof Tracey: Brian what advice would you give
to someone that has encountered a UFO, but is hesitant or embarrassed to
report it?

- Brian Vike: My advice to anyone who has been witness
to a UFO sighting would be, look around for someone in the field you can
hopefully feel comfortable with. Someone who will protect your privacy
at all costs. Not passing your personal information "to anyone"
for any reason. Matter of fact I have run into just this, other UFO people
believe my privacy policy is wrong to some degree and believing I should
pass a witnesses private information along to them so they can look into
each reported sighting, this of course without a witnesses prior permission. But
due to my privacy policy, which is strict, I will not give out any witness's
information. I state this on my site and follow my own guidelines. If we
want people to file a report, then we better respect these people
and get permission from each of them to pass their personal information
along to someone else. I believe this is one of the most important areas
of UFOlogy. Speaking for myself, anyone who sends their UFO report to HBCC
UFO, they can be assured that their personal information will stay here
with me. Also people shouldn't feel hesitant or embarrassed about filing
a report, if you see something then I would suggest reporting it. Like
yourselves, I am looking for the answer to what you saw, and I am sure
you also would like to have an answer. Plus millions are seeing unusual
sights, you're not alone.

- Proof Tracey: Could you give us your personal definition
of UFOlogy?

- Brian Vike: I guess my definition for UFOlogy would
be trying to solve the large question, is there life out there and are
or were they here.

- Proof Tracey: what got you interested in UFO research?

- Brian Vike: My love for astronomy and the unexplained
is what pretty much got me into UFOlogy, I like a good mystery. Plus if
hard evidence could be provided to say they are here or visiting our planet,
this would be earth shattering news.

- Proof Tracey: Have you ever encountered a
UFO?

- Brian Vike: Yes I have been witness to a UFO; certainly
it was and still is an unexplained event. This sighting took place here
where I reside, in Houston, British Columbia and was witnessed by others
and excellent video footage was taken. When one watches something
such as I did that is so unusual, it really can be a life changing experience.

- Proof Tracey: Looking back on some reports sent
to you, & taking into consideration, that there are several different
types of reported UFOs, what are your thoughts on whether there may be
more than one type of life beyond our galaxy?

- Brian Vike: There is the possibility of there being more
than one kind, or type of life form out there. We hear stories on just
this topic all the time. But once again, these are stories related to us
and as it stands right now, I have no proof to back up any of these claims
people make. Until we do receive the hard evidence, we will still wonder.

- Proof Tracey: Brian, are there any current projects
you are working on that you would like to share with our readers?

- Brian Vike: I haven't anything big in the works; I am
slowly putting together a yearly magazine which will carry only the best
of the best cases. I am also trying to put together a documentary, having
the best of the best cases told. Other than this, just keeping busy with
looking into the many reports I receive.

- Proof Tracey: In all the years of reports you have received,
what are some consistencies & similarities that you have found within
these reports? I.e. no sound when UFO was present.
-
- Brian Vike: Of course there are a number of different
objects/crafts being observed, but still there are similarities. You noted
about the sound, most unknowns witnessed seem to not produce any sound.
Lights on objects are similar in color or shape. Many objects around airports and
military bases look close to being the same shape and having the same features.
I guess there is a good variety of them out there, but still many carry
the same similarities.

- Proof Tracey: In the past, I have watched documentaries
that have dealt with USOs (Unidentified Submerged Objects) Have you received
reports of USOs?

- Brian Vike: I may have received maybe two reports
on USOs, many above water, but not much has come in where a craft is observed
going in and out of a body of water.

- Proof Tracey: what drives you to keep going with
your research?

- Brian Vike: Basically trying to find the answer, are
they here! Also I really do enjoy listening to someone tell their story
of what they saw. This can be amazing.

- Proof Tracey: Can you tell us a little bit about
The Vike Report?

- Brian Vike: The Vike Report is the actual eyewitness
retelling what experience they had, either a UFO sighting or a Missing
Time event. I placed 127 of these audio reports onto two CD which I have
for sale on my website. I had them free for everyone at one point until
there got to be so many MP3 clips that I had to remove them from the website
due to the clips taking up a ton of bandwidth. But these are the eyewitnesses
telling me their stories in a telephone interview.

- Proof Tracey: Any advice for the avid sky watcher?

- Brian Vike: Any advice I would give to a sky watcher
would be when observing something strange, make notes. Try to remember
as much detail as possible about what you saw. If others are with you,
please have them file a report as well. Someone always sees something just
a little different and their information is so helpful. But the main thing
is to have the date, time and as much detail as possible. Anything that
may be left out, I will write the witness back to see what other information
they may not have provided in their report.

- Proof Tracey: Do you have any reports that have
really stuck with you, & why?

- Brian Vike: Gosh yes, I have a number of report or cases
that I am still baffled over. One for example is the * Missing Time case
out of Kelowna B.C. It really is frustrating when one spends so much time
and can't get the answers to solve the mystery. There was and still is
lots of physical evidence to say something weird happened that night. Many
witnessed watch objects in the sky that night and even in the area where
the missing time took place. But to this day, this has to be one
of the most frustrating cases for me, all due to never getting answers
from the ones who would know. If it military or some other official. There
are also many more cases like this I haven't a clue over as to what happened,
or I should say what caused the event.

- Proof Tracey: Many of our readers might be intrigued
to know, that in addition to UFO reports that you also deal with Bigfoot
sightings as well. Along those lines, you yourself have taken an active
role in the past in the hunt for Sasquatch. Have you collected any significant
evidence?

- Brian Vike: I really enjoy the Sasquatch/Bigfoot topic.
I will certainly investigate a report if it should come into me. I do have
some good reports from different areas. But as for significant evidence,
no I really don't have this. I do have photos of areas where the critter
was alleged to have been seen, alleged droppings of the critter. But no
hard evidence.

- Proof Tracey: What are your thoughts on whether or not,
a Sasquatch species might possibly exist?

- Brian Vike: Sasquatch like UFOs, they have been seen
for years and years. Our native people talk about the Sasquatch for generations.
Same goes for UFOs, I guess if I am to believe in the possibility of UFOs,
then I should have an open mind to Sasquatch.
