J'Accuse!

With apologies to author Emil Zola with regard to the matter documented in history as his statist renunciation memorialized in "The Dreyfus Affair," I find it necessary to adopt his approach in renouncing the government of George W. Bush and the so-called "Republican" Party of the United States!

As a life-long Republican, and one that voted for George W. Bush in 2000 in hopes of initiating the renunciation of the globalist agenda of the New World Order consistently imposed upon our constitutionally-limited republic via the international policies of the administration of former President Bill Clinton, I must now revisit all constitutional parameters violated by the anti-American administration of George W. Bush and his "Republican" Party.

Bush has recently vociferously articulated his right as the sole ruler of America, in his recently acquired role as a "war president," to override any and all provisions of the United States Constitution and its first ten Amendments, the Bill of Rights.  American foreign policy is now based upon a unilateral renunciation of formerly accepted international treaties and laws, and the domestic rule of law of our Nation regarding the treatment of prisoners of war, the distinction between armed combatants and simple honest and law-abiding innocent civilians of unjustly targeted "enemy" states, and the use as well of internationally-banned instruments of inhumane weapons of mass destruction.  Bush also reserves the "right" to suspend the individual freedoms of law-abiding American citizens.

Bush's order to carpet bomb the Iraqi town of Fallujah for the crime of murdering four $1,000-a-day mercenaries he employed to spread "democracy" to the Iraqi people after his efforts targeting "weapons of mass destruction," "regime change," and the need to alleviate the world from a terrorist-initiating nation, are no longer supported by either any modicum of truth or legal justification.  It is clear to the entire world that the only terrorist-initiating nation is the United States of America!

Bush has frantically justified his injustices as a "war president," but chooses to ignore the increasing evidence that this war is completely unjust!  As reported by the government-leaning National Journal and the Washington Post, Bush was apprised by his own CIA only ten days after 9-11 that Saddam Hussein and Iraq had nothing to do with 9-11.  Bush's former treasury secretary, Paul O'Neill, has described in detail Bush's obsession to attack Iraq from the very first day he assumed the Presidency of the United States!

Bush's demand for fraudulent intelligence falsely connecting Saddam and Iraq to 9-11 has been documented by the records of the British Government in the "Downing Street Memo," as reported by the Sunday London Times on May 1, 2005.  The intelligence documents originating in Italy were proven as highly incompetent fraudulent efforts ascribable as such by American intelligence experts in less than one hour of examination!  Yet Bush cited Iraqi "yellowcake" acquisition in his constitutionally-mandated State of the Union message in 2001!

Constitutional scholar and legal professor, Jonathan Turley, a liberal Democrat, said on FOXNews during the Clinton impeachment proceedings, that all that needs to be proven to justify impeachment of the president is if it can be shown that the president lied to the people.  The failure to produce Saddam's WMDs, the failure to end the Iraqi war after "regime change" was accomplished, and the carpet-bombing of innocent, unarmed, and non-combatant citizens for "murdering" Bush-hired mass-murdering assassins and killers, demonstrates clearly the Bush administration's aversion of the truth, the facts, and the basic human decency established as justice.

Bush demands his right to suspend the principles of our Nation's rule of law based upon the fact that the nation is at war but that war was initiated by his lies to incite our people and their representatives in Congress to wage an unnecessary and totally senseless war.  Saddam and Iraq were never a threat to the United States!

Working the "logic" backwards, it seems that ALL the claims that Bush is making are so very heavily dependent on the horrors visited upon Americans on that Tuesday, September 11, 2001.  Considering Bush's claimed right to torture and maim children, arrest anyone he pleases, initiate unjust laws that sacrifice our young in Bush-initiated imperial military adventures against nations that never even contemplated or executed military actions and threats against our nation, I can only come to one conclusion: the Bush administration itself planned, conducted and successfully executed 9-11 against its own people to legitimize its despotism and tyranny directed at the world at large and the people of the United States of America.
