- Germar Rudolf, a German physicist who fled his homeland
to avoid imprisonment for publicly disputing Holocaust claims, will be
deported soon from the United States to Germany, perhaps as early as Monday,
November 14. That,s the word from his attorney, announced in a notice distributed
on November 8 by Michael Santomauro (RePorterNoteBook@aol.com).

- Rudolf, 41, is a publisher of revisionist books and
periodicals, He has been incarcerated since his arrest in Chicago on October
18, 2005, by US immigration authorities. He and his wife, who is a US citizen,
are parents of an infant daughter. He faces years of imprisonment for violating
German laws that criminalize skepticism of official Holocaust extermination
claims.
