- I read your articles published on the Rense web site
with great interest and I would like to tell you of an experience of my
own. I have never seen any mention of it in any of the web sites dealing
with this sort of thing, but it was well attested at the time.

- Between 1973 and 1980 I lived in Dundee, Scotland. In
about 1977 or 1978 I was walking to work one late summer morning. It was
early and the sun was still quite low in the sky. I happened to look up
and saw a silver, metallic disc in the sky above. It was quite prominent
because the sun, being so low, was reflecting off it. There were no markings
on it that I can remember and I should not like to hazard a guess at its
height

- At first I presumed it was a helicopter or a weather
balloon but as it seemed to be silent and totally static I began to realize
that neither of those options was likely. Every fifty yards or so I would
take another look and then eventually it was no longer there. I had not
seen it go and was rather puzzled by it. When I got to work I mentioned
it to one of my colleagues. He immediately passed me a copy of the local
morning paper, the Dundee Courier (<http://www.thecourier.co.uk>www.thecourier.co.uk),
and in there was quite a prominent article about it.

- Evidently there had been a number of these things flying
around all night. Dozens of people had been watching them. The local police
had been informed and had seen them. The RAF at Leuchars had been informed
and, I seem to remember, had sent up a couple of planes to investigate.
They reckoned they couldn't see anything!

- This, of course, was nonsense. If a few dozen people,
including the police, could see these things with their own unaided eyes
from the ground then it is quite obvious that the RAF with all their sophisticated
surveillance and detection equipment would have been able to see them and
track them with no trouble at all.

- If you want more details I would suggest you get in touch
with the Dundee Courier and read a copy of their original article. It was
pretty comprehensive. The Dundee police and the RAF might also be able
to help from their records.

- Trowbridge Falls, Thunder Bay Ontario Four Witnesses
Watch Round Object

- Full Description of event/sighting: A bunch of us rented
a camp site at Trowbridge Falls, just outside of town. We were sitting
on the picnic table and I noticed a white light in the sky. It was bright
from me to notice because it was day light still. I pointed it out to my
friends and we all stared at it while. It moved very fast in different
directions, not like a plane's maneuvers and we all stared at the object
for about 5 min then it flew off.

- Newfoundland Major UFO Sighting

- HBCC UFO Research Note: I have another report in audio
on the site, please look in the audio section of the website. I will be
placing more audio reports up there as well. Including the NTV news clip,
in audio as well. Also a report will be added shortly with photos of one
person's idea of what the person believes caused the event. This sighting
by multiple witnesses is still unexplained.

- Date: January 16, 2005
- Time: 4:47 p.m.

- On Sunday, January 16, 2005 in Valleyfield, Newfoundland
on a clear day Jim and Rod Howell were traveling down the road when they
spotted a diamond shaped object in the sky. The men pulled their vehicle
over to the side of the road, got out and watched the unusual sight. Jim
said they observed the object for approximately 2 minuets, it was about
300 feet in altitude off the ground and moving slowly towards the northeast.
Jim describes the object as being shaped like a diamond or an old fashioned
box kite. It had blue and white coloring and it was black on it's bottom.
The object measured roughly 15 feet in length and 8 feet across. There
was no sound heard coming from the unknown object.

- On Sunday, January 16, 2005 the object was seen in the
community of Dover, Newfoundland and a week prior to this incident the
same object was witnessed in Marystown, Newfoundland on January 12, 2005.
What ever this thing is, it appeared to be making it's way north across
the Island.

- Brian Vike at HBCC UFO Research has been talking with
Constable Vicki Colford from the RCMP detachment in Valleyfield, Newfoundland.
She has been extremely helpful and is also looking for answers to the many
reports that have been reported to her and myself. Constable Vicki Colford
also has contacted NAV Canada, Environment Canada, Search and Rescue for
Newfoundland and the media told her about the US Department of Commerce
National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration which were up from the
United States and carrying out some testing in the area. All these agencies
told the RCMP they had no aircraft flying in the areas on January 16, 2005.

- Constable Vicki Colford also mentioned that NTV news
interviewed Jim and Rod Howell and herself for the 6:00 p.m. television
news which aired January 19, 2005. Also VOCM radio news Newfoundland ran
the story and took calls from eyewitnesses on their nightly open line radio
program on the same date as above. The RCMP officer told me that possibly
after the story had ran on the news they might receive reports from different
areas across Newfoundland which may give a more accurate tracing of the
direction the object traveled. She went on to say it was seen in Dover
at approximately 3:30 p.m. and her location in Valleyfield at about 4:47
p.m. If the object did keep traveling along on it's straight flight path
it would have traveled through Grander and beyond.

- RCMP Constable Vicki Colford mentioned that Jim Howell
knew right away the object wasn't an airplane, parachute or anything easily
explained. Vicki Colford tells me she was stumped after she took the report
and after receiving a number of reports from area residents she is still
stumped as to what this thing is.

- Constable Vicki Colford said 10 people in Valleyfield
witnessed the object, two people saw it in Dover which is about an hours
drive north from Valleyfield and Vicki Colford received a call from another
RCMP Constable from Marystown who told her he took a call from a witness
who observed the object in the Marystown area on Wednesday, January 12,
2005.

- Burin Peninsula, Newfoundland

- Date: January 12, 2005
- Time: 7:00 a.m.

- A husband and wife of Grand Bank, Newfoundland witnessed
an object around the Burin Peninsula area.
- The couple were travelling to St. John's last Wednesday,
when they saw the object near Red Harbour on the main Burin Peninsula Highway.

- The retired Newfoundland Power employee, says they had
just topped Red Harbour Hill about 15 kilometers north of Marystown around
7:00 a.m. Wednesday morning, January 12, 2005. They were heading North
on the Main Highway when the object appeared from the east. The witness
says they didn't see the object go off into the distance. He said it was
there and then it was gone. Similar to the sighting in New-Wes-Valley.

- Full Description of event/sighting: We just came back
from sliding and I looked up and saw a round ball of light, it hovered
for a few seconds then took off really fast and disappeared. It was too
early to be a shooting star because it wasn't dark out and there were no
other stars or street lights on.

- Hello, the answers to your questions are the weather
conditions were a clear night and some clouds in the sky with no wind.
the UFO was located in the east and somewhere in-between. The entire event
lasted about 5 seconds in total time observed. The appearance of the UFO
is the shape was a round ball of light and I can't specially say how high
it was and it had no sound what so ever.

- Sandy Cove, Newfoundland

- Another reported sighting of an unidentified flying object
on the island. A gentleman in Sandy Cove was with some friends when they
saw, what they thought was a weather balloon on Sunday afternoon. He says
the object rose through the sky, then descended into the tree line, eventually
landing on the ground. He says a few minutes later the object took off
into the sky again.

- Full Description of event/sighting: Hi Brian, I heard
this fascinating story today from my neighbour and his son in-law. There
names are Jim and Rod.

- Yesterday Jim and Rod were driving home west of Valleyfield
and through town when they noticed an object approaching from the southwest
going northeast. It was around 4:47 p.m. and not quite dark. The object
was very visible to the naked eye. It was moving at a fast rate of speed,
from the right side of the vehicle and in front of the truck. The object
was about 300 to 400 feet above ground. It was a round object, approximately
8 to 10 feet in diameter and about 15 feet high. They described it as being
like a huge "paint can", completely round. The color was a bluish/red
and it was seen for about a minute or more. It passed in front of them.
It flew over the water from the right and over a follows house. It then
flew over a hill and down again and out of sight. There was no sound coming
from it and no tail/trail following behind like a meteor would appear to
have. There were absolutely no wings on it. They knew what they saw and
when they arrived home they phoned the RCMP to report their sighting.

- I was told today that the RCMP did go to the site where
the incident took place and looked around. As far as I know there was nothing
witness by the RCMP.

- They have no explanation of who or what it was. To me
its a classic UFO case.

- This is a funny thing because my friend (name removed)
who's Jims brother brought out our local paper for this week (The Gander
Beacon) and there's a story of a UFO case that happened in March of last
year. Coincidence, I guess you could call it. So, I've decided to send
you this story and I'm sure you will want to follow it up. You can contact

I read all kinds of stories and I am fascinated by it all.

- North of Pickle Lake, Ontario Six Lights Lined Up At
Tree Top Level

- Shape of objects: Oval, with six yellowish lights on
the side.

- Full Description of event/sighting: We were on our way
back to Wapekeka, via a winter road. We were about half way between Pickle
Lake and Kingfisher Lake, when I noticed lights just above the treetops
to my left. First I thought it was a low flying aircraft but it was moving
too slow. So I asked my girlfriend if she sees what I'm seeing, and she
said yes. She, in turn, asked her nephew if he sees anything and he said
yes, that he observes the lights. We continued driving and talked about
what we saw when we noticed some kind of light ahead in the woods. This
area is kind of hilly and the road is very winding in some areas. We were
coming up on a hill when ahead we saw bright lights in a line, six in all,
in the woods. I thought the lights were coming from a semi, but we didn't
see any semi tire tracks in the snow. we kept heading towards the light
thinking that it was a truck of some sort, as we got closer that's when
the road turned the opposite direction so we just continued driving home.

- In response to your questions, I submit the following:
It was a clear night, the UFO was slowly moving above the treetops west
of the vehicle, slightly off to the side but not directly over head, one
thing I forgot to mention, is that our vehicle started to act strangely
in terms of the engine seemed to be rattling around, when the UFO was closest
to us. The area is all woodland area with clearings from old forest fires.
There are no airports or airforce base in close proximity. There are no
- military/research installation of any kind. It's just
a winter road that is usually open for traffic from about mid-January to
mid-March every year.

- Lakeside, California Sightings Continue

- Brian, I've been gathering information from some of my
neighbors who want me to report a sighting for them. I've heard that one
man actually has some video footage and I'll contact him as soon as possible.
I've been looking up into the sky every night and keep seeing an orange
colored object that at first appears to be a star. A friend of mine that
lives close by has been asking me to spot it for her and then she looks
through her binoculars and always says that's not a star, that it is moving
and changing shape and colors to an orange red, green and blue. I still
get the chills every time I see an orange colored object in the sky and
I've still got the feeling that something big is going to happen, just
like the night when I said that I didn't know why I felt that way but I
just knew that it was going to come back, and then it did as soon as I
stepped outside my front door.

- I still don't sleep well at night. One night last week,
I was so exhausted I could hardly keep my eyes open and was thinking of
how close that light was to me on March 6th, when I thought there was something
hovering outside my bedroom window. I have white vertical blinds covering
my bedroom window and they were completely closed. I swear I saw something
that was bright orange with black square windows moving outside my window
and thought I was literally losing my mind. I was so frightened that I
curled up in a fetal position and covered my head with a blanket. I finally
fell asleep. I wish that you weren't so far away and that you could see
for yourself what our neighborhood has been experiencing. As soon as I
get everything together, I'll be sending you another report.

- North Las Vegas, Nevada Object Changes Shape

shape!

- Full Description of event/sighting: I was lying out in
the afternoon sun fully reclining back looking at large white puffy clouds
against a bright blue sky when I noticed a bright white round object.Just
as I noticed it some white clouds moved over it, then suddenly it dropped
down below the clouds then appearing to be very dark in color and not round
anymore but elongated with two large protrusions out the forward moving
end. I continued to watch the object for close to 45 min. and at that time
it was stationary above the house (I still needed the binoculars to see
the shape). Then as I watched I could hear jets coming out of Nellis as
they frequently pass overhead. I kept the binoculars focused on the object
to see what it would do as they passed over and as I watched the object
became invisible and as soon as the jets passed it reappeared. I know this
sounds really weird and I have tried to justify it somehow. Although the
object just seemed to disappear and I didn't see the object go behind any
clouds as the jets passed I thought ok maybe the jets were so close to
it that somehow they made a thin layer of clouds go around the object and
made it appear invisible. "If" this was the case then I came
close to seeing a midair collision above my house. Please let me know if
you have any reported cases similar to mine. Thank you.

- Last night a star like object appeared low in the western
sky and flew east over Vernon downtown. It was no higher than the small
planes fly when they fly out of our airport. This star light object was
flying about the same speed as the small aircraft
- do. There was no sound when it flew over my home. I am
out every night to see another of these globes. I have sighted one a night
since my last report of the bright light. They start as the size of satellites,
then increase to a star size and look like moving stars, and then they
suddenly burst into a pure white and very bright light. It looks like Venus
does in the skies lately.

- I will be out tonight and even though the clouds are
moving in, the other night one of the star like objects was at cloud level
and brightened before it went into the next cloud.

seemed to be a cylinder-shaped accompanied by a too small to determined-
shape object flying randomly underneath it.

- Full Description of event/sighting: My husband and I
were driving along down the Paradise Valley Road and looking southeast
from the car window. I noticed a helicopter about half a mile away from
us in the air, stationary to one spot. I thought to myself "what are
the heck are they looking at?". My eyes started wandering around and
saw this odd looking, very shiny what seems to be a familiar looking object
that I saw in the sky around the same area with the cousin of mine late
2004. I was yelling at my husband, telling him what I just saw and to park
the car. We parked about 1/5 mile from where I saw the helicopter. We parked
on the side of the road, I looked again southeast from where we are at
and it wasn't there anymore. I was irritated because I thought I have missed
it, but when I looked further down West to my right, the object was there
accompanied by another very star-like object prancing underneath the big
slanted object -- the exact direction where the Navy Base is. I went back
inside the car, my husband couldn't get out of the car because of the incoming
traffic on his side, I kept on pointing at the sky until he saw what I
was seeing.
