- He was so furious with Terri's brother and sister for
OBEYING the law and trying to feed her during his April 2001 feeding tube
disconnection order, that he denied them visitation rights for five
months.

- Judge Greer has no authority under Florida law to deny
Terri Schiavo food and water by mouth. The Florida police are afraid to
do their duty and prevent Terri from being unlawfully put to death, so
we had better do ours.

with Terri's present legal right to be fed by mouth! It is time to demand
that the laws on the books be kept. What right does Michael Schiavo and
Judge Greer have to deny Terri the right to eat food and water by mouth
right now? None! Judge Greer and Michael Schiavo have no legal right to
prevent Terri from being fed by mouth right now!

- Terri swallows her saliva, so swallowing is not

the issue. CONTROL is the issue. Who decides whether Terri lives or dies:
The law, which is no respecter of persons, or the judge, who is biased
in favor of Terri's death?

side. The judge is required to obey the law, but instead, he is breaking
it. He is also aiding and abetting Michael Schiavo as he uses his
guardianship
position to neglect and abuse his own wife.

- Judge Greer deserves to be prosecuted for denying Terri
food and water by mouth because it is not lawful to do so. He is not afraid
of destroying his career for obviously breaking laws and permitting Michael
to break them because he is doing exactly what The Plan calls for.

- We had better stop being manipulated by The Plan and
begin to insist that the law that states that it does not condone a
"deliberate
act or omission to end life" be obeyed. George Felos is trying hard
to make it seem as if refusing Terri food and water by mouth is the same
thing as allowing her to die a natural death, but this is not what the
law actually says. The "natural process of dying" does not
include
withholding food and water by mouth. Read the statute and ignore the
rhetoric
of "right to kill" advocates.

if their hand-picked judge is permitted to violate the law on the books
and deny Terri Schindler Schiavo food and water by mouth.

and watch our government. If it means someone has to sue Judge Greer to
get him off this case, then they had better do it. It is evil to permit
him to single out this woman for a cruel death that is CLEARLY illegal.

phony excuse that Terri might choke does not make the law null and
void.

eyedroppers of water or soup! And she must, or the people who are denying
her food by mouth must be punished for breaking the law.

to target for death. The police and the media will go along with us,
too."
