- Dear Mr. Vike,

- These are pictures of my left knee. I have had these
scoop marks since I was 7 years old. I'm 56 now. I lived in Evansville,
Indiana at the time (1956). I went to bed uninjured and awoke with these
scars. The largest was slightly infected, so my mother applied some medication
to it and the infection cleared up rapidly. Neither wound hurt in any way.
They were not tender. In all these years they have not changed. Feel free
to use these photos as you see fit.
