CONFIRMATION

Since this graphic was posted 11-10-00, there has been considerable controversy regarding its authenticity. We received it without attribution, but from a reliable source. Now, the original article which accompanied the graphic has been located, verifying the information found in the graphic.

The original article is located at http://www.usatoday.com/news/vote2000/pres08.htm though the graphic has since been discontinued. It was apparently published but removed when the story was archived on the 9th. It was also likely printed in USA Today, as we have reports that the graphic was seen on CSPAN's Washington Journal program on the 9th or 10th, being displayed as a printed graphic in the newspaper.
