- When we think of the ways men spend their short pilgrimage
here-really only several decades, we can better understand the depravity
of our times. The intent seems to be annihilate, decimate, rape, pillage,
poison, plunder, rob, and terrorize. Lovers of self men seek without finding,
the ever elusive Utopia-lost Atlantis. All delusionary and futile. A lie
to themselves.

- TV is our teacher far into the night. Mind numbing-mind
robbing it advises to buy everything within sight. Anxious, depressed,
fearful? There's a pill to set things right. Mammon gotten through the
sweat of our brow or from ill-gotten gain, sees us at gambling Mecca's
of laser lighted greed, or at the local convenience store for that Power
Ball promise of a life of ease. Gladiator arenas are filled with the masses
giving a thumbs up or thumbs down to their favorite team. Cruises, fantasy
worlds, exotic vacations, mountain top resorts with their artificial snow,
marinas filled with yachts, trophy homes, health clubs, the theater, opera,
symphonies, exclusive shops, golf courses, country clubs, private jets,
exclusive dining; all for those who play the Game according to the rules
of might makes right-greed is good-only the ruthless, cunning, and manipulative
will win.

- So little time and so much to do. Leaving the "masses,
human resources,herd", to their distractions of pleasure, materialism,
and sensationalism, the Masters of the Game are about taking all the winnings.
No Walmart junk for these big spenders, their Game is money counted in
the billions, and perverse power in seizing whole lands their resources
and their people. How much is enough? A silly question when it comes to
evil's insatiable greed.

- What madness in a world with such suffering, need, and
deprivation has man's monies and genius used not for love's abundance and
service to mankind and the protecting a jewel of a planet; but on mindless
weaponry to shred, melt, and shatter humanity? Acoustic bullets that result
in blunt-object (that means person) trauma. Effects range from discomfort
or death. A Curdler Unit; a device plugged into to a sound system to produce
a shrill, shrieking, noise to irritate and disperse "rioters"
(protests) which has a decibel range just below that of the danger (?)
level to the human ear. Infrasound; very low-frequency that can travel
long distances and penetrate most buildings and vehicles. Creates biophysical
effects: nausea, loss of bowels, disorientation, vomiting, internal-organ
damage, or death may occur. By 1972 an infrasound generator had been built
in France. When activated it made the people in range sick for hours.

This directional device emits two ultrasonic frequencies that when mixed
in the human ear become intolerable. It produces giddiness, nausea, or
fainting. The Photic Driver: A crowd-control device that uses ultrasound
and flashing infrared lights able to penetrate closed human eyelids. Potential
for epileptic fits because of stroboscopic flashing effect. Psycho-Correction:
A technology invented by a Russian scientist that involves influencing
subject visually or aurally with imbedded subliminal messages. Foam Sticky:
Superglue-and quick setting foam insulation. Impossible to remove without
a liquid solvent. Used in Somalia. Colored Smoke: Caucasians are said to
have a greater repugnance to brilliant green smoke, whereas Blacks and
Latins are declared to be most adversely affected by brilliant red. Citizens
when confronted with a strong concentration of colored smoke feel, instinctively,
that they are being marked, or stained, and therefore lose anonymity.

- Tear Gas Invisible: Invisible tear gas cannot be seen
by rioters once it emerges from a grenade or mechanical dispenser, and
therefore has a greater psychological panic-producing effect. Police Jacket:
Jolts anyone who touches it. Biodegrading Microbes: Microbes that turn
storage tanks full of aviation fuel into useless jelly. Such microbes can
be tailored to degrade almost anything, even concrete and metal, so their
potential use could be extensive. Genetic Alteration: The act of changing
genetic code to create a desired less than lethal but long term disablement
effect, thereby creating a social burden. Neuro-Implant: Computer implants
into the brain that allow for behavioral modification and control. Pheromones:
The chemical substances released by animals to influence physiology or
behavior of other members of the same species. Could be used to mark and
target individuals and then release bees to attack them.

- And so this is how man spends his genius-talents-gifts
and monies (well our monies). Little wonder that billions go unaccounted
for lost in the maze of unaccountability. Imagine if all this evil energy
were directed towards not destruction but life-liberty and the pursuit
of happiness? Imagine these billions for a real energy policy, decent housing,
medical care, organic farming (not chemical agri-farms), schooling (not
social engineering), modernized factories, living wages (so that women
could stay at home not off to work or war), upgraded schools, responsible
waste plans, and our infra-structure etc. But then evil doesn't create
it destroys. Evil gives no thought to the other's needs or suffering. Evil
can only invent in its depravity that which despoils and brings to ruination-whole
lands and their people. Paradoxically evil of this magnitude ends in destroying
not only others but themselves. But then evil without conscience has no
capacity for compassion only control and in the end insanity.
