- Terri is in Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater (where
Michael works!!!). There is a hearing going on right now in front of a
circuit judge whether the Gov's injunction stands. Michael is also suing
the Governor!! So, there is going to be a show-down between the judicial
and legislative areas.

- BayNews9 reports she is on IV hydration now but the feeding
tube has not been reinserted. That isn't a problem yet because she couldn't
be fed via the tube for a while anyway until she is hydrated and stabilized.

- Bill O'Reilly did a good report on it. He had on a member
of the Fl. legislature who had introduced the bill. They discussed the
way the courts across the country are making law instead of being judges.

- The local news showed demonstrators outside the hospital
telling the hosp. to feed Terri. What concerns me is why she is at that
hospital - I hope someone is with her all the time to protect her from
Michael.
