- Why would the 10-year old doctors' report state:
-
- "fractures of the first lumbar vertebra as well
as several thoracic
- vertebrae, fractures of both sacroiliac joints and
- both knees and ankles, multiple rib fractures,
- and a compression fracture of her thigh" -
-
- and then absolutely nothing be done about it?
-
-
- Apparently it wasn't until a hearing in 2003 that attorney
Pat Anderson decided to check into Terri's old medical records - which
also doesn't make sense...

- The radiologist's name who read the 1991 bone scan is
"W. Campbell Walker." Oddly, there is no one licensed in the
State of Florida with that name. I did, however, find that he's on the
2003 medical board of Manatee Memorial Hospital:
-
- W. Campbell Walker, M.D.
- 745-7574 Fax: 745-6891
- c/o Radiology Depart.,
- 206 Second St. E.,
- Bradenton, FL 34208
-
- The actual bone scan dated 1991 can be seen here:

-
- Here's another one saying the fractures were attributed
to "brittle bone disease" and that the statute of limitations
had expired.
