- There are only two secular scenarios which make sense
for Saddam: he has to launch before US forces are fully settled, meaning
in the next several days, or he has to resign, passing power.

- If he doesn't launch in the next several days, Bush knows
he has him. What China knows we can't tell because the Chinese congress
is obviously having a major debate as to what road they are going to assume.
The US is obviously playing all their internal cards in China seeking that
it adopt the new world order agenda. Greed applies to Chinese business
players as well as everyone else. What must be understood is that this
dedication to the course is predicated for years on knowledge that those
participating will only keep or enhance their wealth for the indefinite
future. Those in power enjoy the same plateau of guarantees. Ipso facto,
sovereign interests take a back seat to the personal agendas of those participating.

- If Saddam has made a resignation deal with Putin, he
might as well have made it with Bush. All the players except China and
Syria are aligned with Bush because they dare not be on the wrong side
of the equation. Russia has been a US property since Yeltsin achieved power
in the coup against Gorbachev.

- Special Analysis: The $64,000 question is whether China
is in or out of the new world order. If the Chinese congress due to economic
realities and benefits decides to stay in and defer conflict, if there
is to be one, for the future, they are in the new world order and Saddam
is finished and Bush gets world domination and control. It would seem that
the answer is obvious: that they are going to be out, but the US has planted
seeds for 30 years in China, and those that blossomed from those seeds
are there arguing for US interests. Jiang Zemin and others for the old
guard who understand what is at play and at stake for China, argue the
dynamics platforming the movie The Emperor and the Assassin.

- Our take on it is as follows. First, the new world order
agenda is anti-G-d and thus always to us represented forces aligned with
evil rather than good. Many participating were only pawns and puppets themselves,
serving their ego, wealth and power. The new world order also operated
under masks of world peace and prosperity, working for the environment,
all false facades to capture those whom they would one day victimize. The
only agenda in the new world order was world domination and control where
the world would face corruption and abuse at levels even those participating
could not foresee. Thus on both the secular and religious planes we have
been staunchly against it, keeping our eye on the facts not the words and
promises. The facts are that this new world order crew could not even handle
the drug epidemic in this country, allowing the victimization of our children
on every dimension and plateau, including education. If they can't take
care of our children, we certainly will never endorse letting them con
- The problem is the character of the men controlling world
governments. Give us one good man with courage and character and he could
change the world. However, our ears never hear such a man speak out against
what is transpiring in the world in front of our eyes. As we said, the
new world order is quite clever. They endorse free and open elections as
long as the candidates in both opposing parties are under their control.
That is what Israel has represented since Oslo and what the US itself represents
today.. When Rabin was assassinated, we were waiting for men and women
of courage to undercover the truth about his assassination and thus the
truth of the infiltration into the infrastructure of a sovereign country,
who needed to find a solution with her Arab neighbors based on a common
faith and belief in G-d. However, Oslo, never allowed it to happen and
only vested Israel with tainted governments and leaderships which has left
Israel on the verge of collapse on any one of several dimensions. Every

- Israel's future is cental to the future of the US. Is
it too late? In the days ahead, we will have the answer. Will G-d give
us another chance? If He does so, will anyone recognize that it is G-d
intervening for another chance? Or is it back to business, on Bush's un-American
agenda intending to mold nations into his image for the future?

- Let us point out something very important. In our brief
history in universal time, a child growing up in a wealthy home, with all
the conveniences of modern times, is no where likely to be a more happy
child than one growing up in the adverse conditions in the Arab/Islamic
countries. In matter of fact, our experience with men in this country of
enormous wealth, who came from humble backgrounds, is that they align their
happiness with the days aligned with poverty over the days aligned with
wealth. In the latter condition, they have many friends, for many not one
earnest friend, whereas in the times of poverty, all their friends became
their life long friends. We trust we made a point here of life way beyond
the spectrum of any agenda seeking world domination and control. One involves
an environment where a child can find G-d, the other a controlled one where
a child's heart and mind will be manipulated, never allowing him to properly
recognize He exists.

- We are watching markets and events with keen historical
interest. We note that the oils are stable, the metals are stable, with
US troops moving to the Middle East and the Chinese Congress hammering
out China's new leadership. If one relays the first impression over it,
one would have to say that the markets are reflecting that the US is control.

- Ironically, yet notably, when we relayed that the US
was in control over the dissolution of the Soviet Union, the markets were
more volatile than they seem today. We therefore have to conclude that
this is the quiet before the storm. When the markets do move, it will be
a swift move, with few able to do much about it.

- We also this morning in seeing the movements in the markets
have considered whether the US infiltration in China has been more successful
than we first thought. First, when Jiang Zemin had his plane bugged, it
represents the need for either the US or his enemies to obtain useful information.
This information is put into the bank until now. When Jiang Zemin tries
to control the next government, those with the information kept in storage
unleash it to undermine him. When coupled with those committed to the new
world order, having become Chinese pawns and poodles, rewarded handsomely
for their new important insights, it creates a formidable wall to help
stop Zemin and the old guard.

- However, China has been around a long time, and China
has not modernized to the extent that these offensives to control leaderships
and policies can take successful hold. Have no doubt about it, this is
what is taking place, and with the market rising during this period of
serious deliberation and decision, it would indicate that President Bush
is being told that those aligned with NWO interests are holding their own.

- However, the Chinese military and intelligence groups
have a lot to say about this new dynamic and without question they are
wary about the loyalties about those who profess to radically change internal
direction in China. What they argue is again that China has been the beneficiary
of US policies to engender trust by China for the US and to engender influence
with China, through the business community, which has increased its political
influence during the past decade.

- However, in China, which country had no reservations
in mowing down students a decade plus back, has no reservations in overnight
eliminating all those who might be perceived as pawns and poodles of the
NWO regardless of their economic importance to China and its future in
such regard.

- Thus, this deep secrecy in place in China, and the lapse
of time before hearing anything clear or certain, to us, can indicate the
possibility of dramatic action by Jiang Zemin, who perceives those bending
to NWO enticements and designs as those who are willing to bow to the dominant
state in The Emperor and the Assassin.

- When one turns on the national news, you wouldn't think
anything important at all was going on in China these days. The fact that
everything has come together to meet China's new leadership determinations
was no accident whatsoever.

- Conclusions: What SenderBerl does not like seeing and
realizing is that foreign leaders are so committed to assuring their own
re-election; that no major changes take place where possible; that they
work arm in arm in creating an environment most favorable for each other
and their NWO agenda. To use the facade of the UN as a backdrop for the
Congressional elections; to have undermined the Democrats by using Clinton's
own technique of reaching out to corrupt those in the opposing party; all
suggest high levels of abuse and corruption indicative of the danger of
the current times.

Japan was completely a. neutralized and b. undermined by the US in accordance
with interpretations made. The US prevailed. The US prevailed over the
Soviet Union showing us how we were willing to take down the person we
set up as the platform (Gorbachev: TIme Magazine's Man of the Century),
to assure domination and control in Russia. The US was also able to completely
infiltrate infrastructure in Israel, where the entire country moves to
the whims and wishes of the new world order road map. Israel is so tied
up that even when it recognizes that it may prove to be expendable into
the unfolding equation, it is stuck, every leader knowing the punishment
for anyone thinking of acting as though he were leading a sovereign state.

- When you think about it for a moment, all these major
successes were accomplished by Bush 41. Now, he is campaign manager and
consiglieri to his son, Bush 43, President of the United States. Whereas
in 1992, Bush 41 would not listen to James Baker who said we need to take
1992 by hook or crook, Bush 43 now has no such equivalent consciousness
of guilt, because from where they sit, the entire ranch is at risk, and
they are serving the nation when they save themselves.

- Incredible as it sounds, the Bush family is not even
on the highest rungs of the new world order true leadership ladder. Those
out in the open are usually nothing more than pawns and poodles themselves.
We remember when people questioned Bush 41's selection of Dan Quayle. We
asserted that he choose Quayle to limit his own removal from office; Bush
no doubt not discounting that the message sent to Reagan could also be
sent to him.

- The NWO has come a long way since then and so has Bush
41. He directs his son, who is loyal, loving and obedient to him. While
it is nice to see respect between father and son, this country wasn't much
at seeing families becoming quasi dynasties in the United States of America,
and the danger of the course is clearly seen here.

- While Al Gore himself is fully NWO aligned, Bush 41 is
particularly tough on seeing the NWO agenda dominate the world. From our
perspective, Israel, should have woken up to reality a long time ago. We
supported for many years the efforts and writings of Barry Chamish in connection
with the Rabin assassination. Now, in 2002, most of Israel subscribes to
what Barry Chamish has written about the Rabin assassination. However,
has it translated into an investigation for the truth which would clean
house inside Israel? No. This gives courage to those in the US intent on
never having 9-11 investigated.

- The bottom line is that we only saw one political representative
pick up the National Security Strategy, throw it to the floor and stomp
on it: Senator Byrd. No one else condemned it to the American public. Likewise
in Israel there are many that know the truth behind the Rabin assassination.
How many of them speak up for it?

- With men and women lacking the courage to speak for truth,
the future cannot be good whomever wins or however the world now unfolds.
Again, our long time contention has been that G-d intervened in WWII. Bush
41 knows it. He knows that the German axis was at one time quite close
to winning the war. However G-d intervened so that the American axis prevailed.
We were a country steeped in religious tenets and values. Now in the next
conflict, we no longer are such a country. Thus, our position has been
that it is unlikely for G-d to intervene for then He would be subscribing
to a course diluting Him to the nations of the world. Thus, the paradigm
of power could shift to where it may have been long ago but for His intervention.

with Chinese insights and advice cannot miss that there is a declared war
against Islam. That is the way Bush is acting, and now Putin cannot hide
it. This therefore has to be close to igniting the Islamic world to full

- BRUSSELS, Belgium (AP) - A day after Vladimir Putin's
outburst over Islam and human rights in Chechnya after an EU-Russia summit,
the European Union distanced itself from the Russian president's "robust"
language, saying it cannot stop him from speaking his mind.

- At a post-summit press conference Monday, Putin said
Chechen rebels want to kill all non-Muslims. When a reporter questioned
the Kremlin's crackdown in Chechnya - a sensitive issue also raised by
the EU at the summit - Putin became agitated and suggested the man become
a Muslim and come to Moscow for circumcision, an Islamic tenet for all
males. "If you want to become an Islamic radical and have yourself
circumcised, I invite you to come to Moscow. Our nation is multi-confessional,
we have experts in the field," he said in response to a question from
a reporter from the French daily Le Monde.

- The exact meaning of his comments were not immediately
clear to neither the 450 journalists nor the senior EU officials at Monday's
press conference as interpreters could not keep up with Putin and did not
translate fully what he said. As a result, there was a little coverage
in European media Tuesday of Putin's outburst. An audio tape, translated
by The Associated Press on Tuesday, showed Putin using highly undiplomatic
language. EU spokesman Jonathan Faull, who was not at the press conference,
said if Putin had been crude then that was "entirely inappropriate."
Gunnar Wiegand, another spokesman, said it was not the job of EU officials
to take responsibility for comments foreign dignitaries made.

- He acknowledged, however, Putin used "decidedly
less robust" language when speaking at the summit of the war in Chechnya
and human rights there. The Russian leader, a former KGB spy operative,
said Chechen Muslims want a Caliphate - or Muslim state "on Russia
soil." He said Islamic "radicals have much more ambitious goals"
and that is to kill all non-Muslims but also many Muslims. "They talk
about setting up a worldwide Caliphate and the need to kill Americans and
their allies," Putin said. He added, "They talk about the need
to kill all ... non-Muslims, or 'crusaders,' as they put it. If you are
a Christian, you are in danger. "If you decided to abandon your faith
and become an atheist, you also are to be liquidated according to their
concept. "You are in danger if you decide to become a Muslim. It is
not going to save you anyway because they believe traditional Islam is
hostile to their goals."

- On Tuesday, EU officials said they made "strenuous
efforts" to get Putin to sign a joint declaration on Chechnya where
Russians are accused of using heavy arms against civilian populations.
The Russian leader refused because it would have contained a reference
to human rights. The Russian daily Kommersant said the EU-Russia summit
"ended in a serious scandal" because of Putin comments which
Kremlin aides said were in response to a "provocative question."

- Gazeta.ru, a leading online publication, quoted unidentified
Putin aides as saying the president was tired and angry for being peppered
with Chechnya questions. Putin owes his quick rise in the Russian power
structure to his tough handling of the Chechen war, which is sharply criticized
by many in the West. Putin said Russia was fighting international terrorism
in Chechnya, not an independence movement. He called Chechen fighters "religious
extremists and international terrorists" whose impact has spread far
beyond the borders of Chechnya.

- He pointed to last month's hostage-taking in a Moscow
theater by Chechen rebels. Special forces troops stormed the auditorium
after three days, pumping a knock-out gas into the theater to disable the
rebels, all of whom were killed. At least 128 of the approximately 750
hostages died, most of them from the effects of the disabling gas. Putin
praised Russian handling of the crisis and said other nations must adopt
a similarly tough stand against terrorism to prevent further incidents
like it and the recent bombing of tourist nightclubs in Bali where about
200 people died.
