- Succinctly said, China may convey the need for a pause
in the Montgomery County murders. This too would convey a message. Let's
review.

- On October 3, 2002, we interpreted the need for China
to escalate domestic terrorism. Keep in mind that there is a constant state
of terrorism taking place here connective to West Nile Virus. We saw an
elevation in bioterrorism. However, when we heard about multiple murders
adjacent to Washington D.C., we immediately linked it to China concluding
that it needed to impose an immediate message onto President Bush, something
effectively and subtly done via the Montgomery County random murders. The
message was sent: America is highly vulnerable to immediate attack on its
shores, creating a state of national chaos and panic, economic and political
collapse, at will, should President Bush pursue military action to gain
presence in Iraq and the Middle East.

- So do we think the Montgomery County murders were what
softened President Bush? What we think is that Clinton and Barak were ready
to turn over the West Bank and Jerusalem to Arafat. Our warning was that
by doing so, it would open an irreversible portal to the abyss, forthwith.
In an action that defies secular analysis, Arafat rejected it. On the religious
plane, G-d intervened to harden Arafat's heart to reject it. This was G-d's
ever-present willingness to plug the portal. Likewise here, President Bush
moving into Iraq would also open an irreversible portal. With very very
very few people understanding it, the Montgomery County murders can be
soon seen to be the dynamic closing the portal.

- China has rebuilt itself, created a new infrastructure
to lead the world for the future, all by the hands of the arrogant design
of the new world order leadership. China knows too what has gone down here
in the United States of America. They know that Senator John Warner who
consumes the floor of the Senate to speak for the new world order agenda,
traces his roots back to English aristocracy. Without a free open and aggressive
press, the American people don't read about how many in political power
join him in having royal blood running through their veins. Those who had
their nexus to G-d and religion stood up against the English aristocracy
and founded this country with precepts and principles that were good.

- No founder of this nation nor anyone having a nexus to
G-d and religion could issue a document such as the National Security Strategy,
a document openly supporting world domination and control with dictatorial
intent. China's leadership must have opened champagne bottles, toasting
President Bush, for issuing the document because it irretrievably has thrown
the rest of the world into China's waiting arms. The new world order's
Oslo design in the Middle East united the Arab world. The President's National
Security Strategy has united the world to stand against American new world
order imperialism. There is no logic or reason for the President to have
issued it the way he did, and thus we conclude that it was evidence of
G-d's intervention because it changed dynamics predicating we believe the
Montgomery County sniper(s).

- Let's connect the dots here. Originally, the focus was
the conflict in the Middle East between Israel and the PLO. Israel has
been a country colonized essentially since 1992 by Bush 41. The new world
order infiltrated its infrastructure mainly through having bought lock
stock and barrel Shimon Peres. When Rabin had second thoughts about what
he was doing, he was removed from office. The expected replacement was
no one other than Peres, which triggered our involvement that carries on
till today. Peres thereafter lost his bid for high office for the fifth
time, but still carries on as the true leader in Israel. The very existence
of Peres and Oslo never permitted Israel to reach a true or genuine peace.
The true dynamic in play is that Oslo is to make Israel a nation among
nations, which removes the Jewish people from G-d. We have seen Israel
become a nation quite distant from G-d under Oslo, where secular Jews disdain
and throw stones at the religious Jews, with the help of the new world
order crew pointing to the religious Jews as responsible for Rabin's assassination.

- While Barry Chamish has done an outstanding and courageous
job of bringing forth evidence that the person behind bars did not commit
the crime and where the true murders can be found, the control of the Israeli
infrastructure does not respond to truth but to new world order directions.
One of the mistakes however made was that they banned his book, and by
doing so, helped bring his message to nearly all of Israel. However, once
the new world order controls infrastructure, then the truth doesn't mean
much, and Israel needs G-d's intervention. Thus, we have explained the
route to invoking it, but while the new world order controls infrastructure,
the blemishes with the religious leadership operates in the same manner
to suppress recognizing truth and pursuing the correct course to resolving
the situation.

- We were able however to forecast that Israel despite
its military would succumb to the Arab nations around it; when Barak defamed
G-d's Name before the world went unrebuked publicly by Jewish religious
leaders (Barak's intent to give up the West Bank and Jerusalem), compounded
by their silence and inaction when he said that El-al would fly on the
Sabbath and the government would encourage stores to open on the Sabbath,
Barak following orders given to the poodle and pawn of the New World order.
These failures on the part of Jewish religious leaders opened the portal
where Israel finds itself in the mess it is in today.

- Thus, likewise, for America as well. When the Congress
is replete with representatives who see what is taking place, but they
are not willing to sacrifice and/or show courage to challenge the truths
evident to them, not readily evident to the vast majority of Americans,
they are opening the portal to the abyss for America as well, since it
openly pursues a route distancing itself from G-d. What prior generation
of Americans would have sat and tolerated the pagan influences allowed
to imbue this country's youth; with a government standing intentionally
impotent to the drug epidemic which sweeps the schools of America without
challenge? This is a sign that the leadership doesn't care and a leadership
that doesn't care has no connection with G-d or the best interests of America
or its children other than those cases where there exists mutuality of
interests.

- Now, we are not sure, but we are starting to see something
we find hard to believe: Bush 43 may have concluded that due to the message
from the Montgomery County sniper(s) that he is not so anxious to go into
Iraq to preclude immediate escalation of domestic terrorism (we thinking
that the oil cartel would propel him into Iraq regardless of the domestic
consequences). Perhaps escalated domestic terrorism was seen by Bush 43
as psychologically damaging to the nation in front of the elections, so
we are not sure if Bush really will in fact continue to resist the oil
cartel (Cheney must be having steam coming out of his ears). Just consider
the consequences pre-election of two sniper incidents within a narrow time
window both with 223 casings in two different counties. The message of
course is that if Bush 43 intends to pursue the NSS, this basic level attack
on America gives him a platform to see the folly of his ways.

- What happens if the Montgomery County sniper(s) are shown
to be mentally deranged individuals or the like (see footnote below)? Well,
we don't believe so, because the incident arose literally hours after we
interpreted an escalation in domestic terrorism as a message to President
Bush. This could not be that coincidental! Further, a deranged person is
not as strategically haphazard and disciplined as the sniper(s). One shot,
no more. Highly professional and disciplined with consistent accuracy.
No known mistake to date. Now, that Bush has backpedaled on military action,
further confirmation would come from the fact that there is a pause in
the murders. It would be attributed to the intense manhunt, but if there
is a pause, attribute it to the message we interpreted sent to President
Bush, whose recent talk responded to it by showing a retraction in arrogance,
interpreted by the world community as a pause in the rhetoric for military
war in Iraq. Again and again, China will do what it must to offset US presence
in Iraq or causing China to lose its gains in the Middle East.

- Conclusion: If we are proven to be on target, our effort
to highlight being correct (aside from all we have been correct about)
is to convince you that there is ONLY one road for true and genuine peace.
The days of military conquest are over. Even the nuclear bomb has been
rendered antiquated. Man can now wipe himself out efficiently and effectively
on a grand scale without causing radioactive damage to the planet. Man's
advancement in technology, while finding the willingness to turn his back
on G-d, will be the means to his own end. Israel sits with its head between
its knees relying on man (US and new world order) to platform a solution
and peace for Israel (new world order conquest of the Middle East, something
we profess will never happen). Israel will never achieve peace to allow
it to permanently separate itself from G-d to further defame G-d's Name
to the world when its very purpose was to honor Him. If the US and Israel
do not wake up to the underlying messages of today's events, China will
continue to emerge and the US will soon face the economic collapse and
other woes Israel itself has faced.

- The solution is simple and available. Keep rejecting
it and one day the portals opened will not be plugged. Regardless of whether
they are plugged, the trend for the US and Israel is negative (even if
Bush 43 achieves capture and control of Iraqi oil, the success will be
transient and only a platform for global war). Return to G-d's central
role for the US and Israel and without logic or reason things will change
for the better.

- If the sniper murders again, will this dissipate or dilute
our message or point? If you think it does it only attests to your willingness
to find anything to discard truth about what is taking place today. Man
can make mistakes, one after the other, and man looks to man for salvation
and resolution of his problem(s). The slightest thing is perceived off
center about the need to return to G-d and it was a waste of time to even
think something like that could represent truth. However, we would venture
to say that even if we prove to be correct about the Montgomery County
murders, even interpreting for the first time since 9-11 immediate new
domestic terrorism by China, we sadly think you will still not honor the
message YOU not President Bush are given. This is why we fear for the future.
Man remains resistant to finding G-d, only looking for Him when all is
lost. Perhaps that reality can change, allowing us to give our children
and theirs a good future.

- This does not fit our profile. Moreover, it is inconsistent
with no evidence or notes from the array of previous shootings. Moreover,
it is inconsistent with the discipline shown by the sniper(s). To us, it
is misinformation. If there are no more sniper attacks, will the government
produce a sniper for public consumption to bring closure? Didn't a person
turn himself in the first day claiming responsibility for the sniper shootings?
Incredibly, there is no shortage of people who thrive to take responsibility
for what happened for the public attention and focus. Thus, we are not
hedging, but preparing for government closure if President Bush cancels
the intent to take on a military presence per the NSS document. In our
opinion, he may have to abandon it, the new world order leadership ruing
the day he released it (sometimes we like to fantasize and think he did
it intentionally and willingly to undermine the new world order interests).
If however President Bush continues forth with serving the oil cartel segment
of the new world order crew, then escalation to our minds is certain.
