Shadow Of Darkness Moves
Across The Horizon

Former Secretaries of State Henry Kissinger and Madeleine Albright testified before the Senate Foreign Relations committee hearing on Iraq in Washington, Thursday, Sept. 26, 2002, on Capitol Hill.

It is not easy to learn from mainstream media what these two NWO members said but we were able to extract it from an overseas newspaper.

Madeleine Albright, the US secretary of state under Bill Clinton, on Thursday accused some members of the Bush administration of an "irrational exuberance for this conflict" with Iraq.

Speaking before the Senate committee on foreign relations, Ms Albright said: "It is not an American trait to want war.

"And it is not a sign of sound leadership to understate the risks of war or to offer constantly shifting rationales - as this administration has - for undertaking such a venture," Ms Albright said.

Also appearing before the Senate foreign relations committee was Henry Kissinger, the former secretary of state.

Mr Kissinger also urged Congress to give the president the authority to use military force, but he raised concerns about the Bush administration's commitment to the principle of pre-emptive military action.

"It cannot be either the American national interest or the world's interest to develop principles that grant every nation an unfettered right of pre-emption against its own definition of threats to its security," Mr Kissinger said.

This morning's Washington Post is reporting:

Kerry told Powell "you are asking for blanket authority" and Feingold said "we are hearing shifting justifications for using force in Iraq."

Powell tried to placate them, saying the Bush administration was unlikely to use force except if Iraq continued to refuse to get rid of weapons of mass destruction.

SenderBerl: What is President Bush's aim in conducting the administration in the way it is proceeding? He goes out and publicly proclaims that he will intervene in whatever country he pleases to undermine the current regime, to install a puppet government, compromise the country's infrastructure, which results even in a split in the new world order group where Albright and Kissinger essentially are forced to warn Congress themselves openly and publicly that the current administration is out of its mind, an allusion made by Albright some time ago as we previously noted.

This represents a crisis far greater than Clinton ever offered and what he did weakened the infrastructure of our own country. Now, we see Powell being intellectually dishonest with the Congress, well knowing that the true covert US agenda is to capture the Iraqi oil fields as the platform to finance the new world order 9-11 agenda, recapture the Middle East, and obtain world domination and control.

Of course, while the result may serve US long term interests, even if it makes the US a world paria, Kissinger hints that giving Bush a blank check, what the oil cartel segment of the new world order leadership wants, will result in what China Daily yesterday hinted were yet untold consequences.

We don't scare easily but the President and his administration scares us in what they are doing and how they are doing it. Incredibly after we offered our analysis called Secular Resolution indicating that China may offer a reverse strategy supporting Saddam Hussein voluntarily stepping down and having its covert surrogate step into power in Iraq, reports were issued no doubt from the administration saying between the lines that it was pushing allies to urge Saddam to go into exile so that it can move first to have its surrogate take the helm in Iraq.

While the true battle is between China and the US, the way the administration is proceeding does not in our humble opinion serve our country's interests. When the world sees the administration as desperate, irrational and haphazard, without a well thought out strategy, laying a platform for serious consequences, it is best in our opinion if the US pauses and does nothing at all. While the consequences here are serious as well, it is not as serious as starting a regional and then possibly a global war, as we long have interpreted is the road the administration is pursuing.

Further, our analysis since the suicide bombings and Sharon going into the West Bank have proven out as completely true and accurate as the administration is now publicly bending over to tie in both Syria and Iran into the terrorist network, giving it specious but sufficient to its mind justification to attack both these countries as well.

Reviewing this segment, the analysis on our part was that the US always knew that its Middle East agenda could be undermined by suicide bombings. Thus, knowing that to be the case and then seeing it to be the case, the real agenda was to platform removal of all terrorists in the West Bank and then Gaza. This assignment was given to Sharon who gladly pursued it because he was given access to the US covert agenda which entailed that the US would then pursue regime change in Iraq Syria and Iran telling Sharon to his full approval and understanding that no peace could be implemented under Oslo unless those regimes were undermined and changed to caretaker governments (ironically as the US succeeded in doing in Israel itself).

Sharon was happy to hear the US willing to undertake such a bold course which could only benefit Israel's survival. However, what Bush did not tell Sharon, and what Sharon as a new world order pawn himself cannot understand, is that Bush did not seek just regime change, something the oil cartel could have accomplished long ago with reference to Saddam Hussein, but to take over Iraqi oil to make the US a player within OPEC to also help finance the remainder of the new world agenda for world domination and control (such a desperate need that it also was considering until the cat was out of the bag capturing Saudi oil fields). If anyone has any doubt about it, the President affirmed it by his National Security Strategy released September 20, 2002.

The little problem the new world order group has in this excessive ambitious strategy aside from the fact that it changes in the mind of the world and to the American people what the United States government historically represents and stands for, is that it seeks to dislodge China from its successes in the Middle East. President Bush hides from the American people the new world order agenda and the truth connected with it that it has no future unless China is a player in it. While China manipulated the US for decades of its intent to become a player in it, achieving for itself incredible benefits, operating against US interests (something the new world order leadership wants to avoid discussing), in 1999 through the movie Emperor and the Assassin it made its position known that it would not be and why it would not be a new world order player. Since the US is not quick to respond to a country that speaks in metaphor, it took the US three years, and Bush's two visits post 9-11 to Beijing, to understand China is so deft at its deceit and hangs a carrot in front of the new world order group so deftly that still today some new world order members believe that it might still jump on board. We however understood Japan in the 80s and now we believe understand China better in the first decade of the new century than those in the government charged with the responsibility of understanding them.

Thus, we were able to proffer that Hu when he visited Bush several months ago was nothing but a Trojan Horse and that he would not assume power in China. Now, it seems we were totally correct, with Zemin saying he would stay on. Now, that Zemin is coming supposedly to Crawford, word is out that he will retire and that the leadership baton will pass to yet another. Since Bush is in war mode, and the Chinese Congress meets in November, our money is still on Zemin staying in power. More importantly, China is fully prepared to respond to US efforts in Iraq and we have submitted that Syria and Iran have made a pack with China for Cheney who sits in his bunker praying for a terrorist attack to justify the capture of Iraqi oil and its resources may have his wish come true as he is intent to put the cart before the horse and have the President issue a command which will trigger the regional war in the Middle East. Our position is that Saudi Arabia and other OPEC members would prefer seeing the Iraqi fields torched before allowing capture by US forces and interests.

With all these dynamics in play, we believe a crisis warning is in effect, and since President Bush who we hoped might bend and bow to the religious resolution is committed to those who put him in office, and to the new world order agenda, refusing to admit that it cannot be in play without China, will bend the arm of Congress for the closest thing he can get to a blank check, and upon getting it China will conclude that he will attack; then, unless China beats the US at its own chess game of removing Saddam, the US will push to capture those oil fields, and in doing so it will flag the intent to undermine Middle East regimes and thus Israel will have little choice but to enter the fray and what we have feared, for the reasons we have feared, will unfold.

Wherefore, we plead with the Congress for the first time in recent memory to discharge its obligations under the checks and balances of our form of government and delay if not deny President Bush his intent to invade Iraq at this time. To be remiss to the positions of two former secretaries of state who display that there is reason for concern and thus examination of the administration's goals and course would be to deny the country the benefit of its fiduciary duties to the nation and its constituents. A poll reflecting that the President has the people's support for an attack is not a substitute for deliberate decisions by those carrying the obligations to discharge them for the benefit of the nation.
