- Wow - These picks, fresh from my roof top, were taken
at 11am this morning. The views are to the east toward Maryland, south
down 16th Street - you'll notice the Washington Monument in the shot -
and west toward Virginia.

- It started as a beautiful day here in the nation's capital,
but I'd advise those who are sensitive to the spray to stay indoors today
if you can.
