- The article on your web site 'No Black Reparations Without
Black Repatriation' by Gregory Krupey is an outstanding example of the
'Whiteness equals Rightness' type of thinking that all too often goes unacknowledged
and unchallenged in colonized lands.

- Krupey's observation that Black struggles for reparation
are to do with power politics is perceptive; but what is more telling is
the anger, hatred, and denial with which he responds to calls for reparation.
Obviously he is well aware of the inherent power in being white and seems
to feel extremely threatened at the thought of having to share any portion
of this power with peoples he describes in such derogatory terms.

- Krupey's descriptions of peoples other than white Americans
locates those peoples within the subject positions of conquerored, inferior,
and so on. This is an ugly form of racism. His racism is also apparent
in the way in which he stereotypes the peoples to which he refers. Most
insidious of all is Krupey's recourse to 'blaming the victim', not only
for his or her enslavement but also for all that is dysfunctional in contemporary
American society as well.

- To argue about historical players with a view to apportioning
'blame', etc, only to their descendants is reductionist and misses the
point entirely. Krupey's thinking appears to be grossly restricted by Western
notions of 'history' and linear time. And to focus on the enslavement of
the past is to lose sight of the ongoing subjugation of Black Americans
today through practices such as institutionalized and personal racism.

- As something of an aside, calls such as Krupey's to repatriate
Black Americans to Africa could logically be extended to a call from the
peoples of the First Nations to have all non-indigenous Americans dispersed
back to Britain, Europe, etc. How would white Amercians feel about being
shipped off to England or Ireland, for example? Such a concept rapidly
becomes untenable and quite ridiculous.

- In any case, attitudes such as those displayed by Krupey
are arguably every bit as effective in marginalizing and disempowering
Black Americans as were the attitudes of the slave traders and owners of
old.

is that occasionally displaying controversial articles for people to examine
is far better than to have them censored and hidden. There is worth in
reading such...and that is accutely demonstrated , indeed, by your articulate
and measured response.

to spend and do find his use of 'creative prose' self-indulgent. He might
have fared better in prosecuting his position with a more restrained use
of language.

is a fantastic job that you do providing news and some of which is not
"mainstream". I also enjoy the artwork featured.

- I applaud your courage and dedication to the truth, unfettered,
in posting articles such as No Black Reparations. If I wanted controlled,
leftist pablum I would read the New York Times. I recognize that the site
and Mr Rense needs be circumspect and that is wise.

- "It has now become acceptable to discuss black crime,''
writes Mr. Ed Koch, former Mayor of New York City. I'm not sure this is
a compliment to those of us who have been doing it for years -- Patrick
Buchanan, Samuel Francis, and especially Professor William Wilbanks of
Florida International University, to mention just a few. But we welcome
Mr. Koch into our midst nonetheless.

- In fact, the significance of black crime is even greater
than Mr. Koch realizes, for without it, the level of violence in the United
States would not be appreciably greater than that of the European nations
with whom we are most often compared.

- As the chart at the bottom of this page shows, Americans
as a whole are more violent than Europeans: twice as likely as Frenchmen
to commit murder and more than five times as likely as Germans to commit
robbery. However, as is clear from the separate calculations for American
blacks and whites, it is very high rates of violent crimes by blacks --
eight times as high as whites for murder and more than ten times for robbery
-- that yield this result.

- These figures actually overstate the white crime rate,
since the FBI's Uniform Crime Reports classify Hispanics as "white.''
About 9 per cent of the population is Hispanic, and jurisdictions that
treat them as a separate category report that they are two to six times
as likely as whites to commit murder and robbery.

White Americans, who have easy access to guns, are less likely to kill
each other than are the British, who are almost completely disarmed. Would
gun control be so widely advocated if America were less violent than Britain?

- This comparison with Europe suggests that the United
States has neither a unique "culture of violence" nor inadequate
gun laws. It has a high rate of violent crime because it has a large number
of violent black criminals. Let us hope Mr. Koch will agree that it is
now respectable to say so.

- Reparations have already been paid to blacks in the blood
of White soldiers, both Union and Confederate, killed in the Civil War,
and an entire section of our country devastated and uprooted in that unnecessary
war. No other country ever went to war with itself to free slaves of an
alien race. None in Africa ever will.

couple hundred years of Christian missionary zeal, rape masquerading as
colonization, and the corrosive bigotry of white breaded and busily arrogant
persons such as yourself.

- Reparations have been repeatedly paid since the passage
of the 1964 Civil Rights Act that essentially made negroes wards of the
state, a Federally-protected and favored minority, through such anti-White
programs as welfare/workfare, affirmative action and set-asides, quotas,
Headstart, school integration, housing laws, and innumerable other grants,
loans, subsidies, perks, and preferential treatments aimed at moving negroes
en masse (instead of as individuals, as was expected and demanded of Whites)
into "equality" and prosperity. That the vast majority of negroes
have failed is proof that even with an unfair advantage they are incapable
of succeeding in a White society, and the reparations now being proposed
would be a colossal waste of money.

norm and NOT the exception for them in this country.

- More African slaves were imported into, and died on plantations
in Brazil than in the United States. There is no attempt to sue Brazil
for reparations because the people directing this hoax know that you can't
squeeze blood from a turnip, only a golden goose.

the only evidence of the turnip you allude to is what you obviously do
your thinking with.

- Most African slaves were literally sold down the river
by other Africans, if not enemy tribesmen, then their own tribal chiefs
and relatives. (Slavery is still practiced in many parts of Africa.) They
were then sold to Europeans and Americans directly or through Arab intermediaries.
Most slaves that were brought to the American colonies, and later the United
States, came under the British, Dutch, or Portuguese flags. A significant
number of the slave traders were Jews. Similarly, most White Americans
did not own slaves, and the ancestors of many current White citizens of
the USA were not even resident in the country until after the Civil War
and the end of slavery. Why should the latter pay for the former's actions?

- ***ROTFLMAO! One idea that the "African Slaver"
never entertained was that the captives were anything less than MEN. Your
*honored* relatives wrote them off as animals and sub-humans, bred them
like cattle, and used them to warm their Monticello beds! And I'm sure
an _insignificant_ number of these slavers were Jews, but Jews never used
their Torah as justifications for their actions like the Christians used
their bibles. The British, Dutch, or Portuguese outlawed slavery very early
in the 19th century compared to their American counterparts who let easy
wealth cloud rational sensibility and preferred to go to war over it (and
assassinate a couple of Presidents by the way -- Taylor and Lincoln) rather
than give up their easy lifestyles procured on the blood, sweat, and tears
of people they had subjugated. Finally, the "latter" _should_
pay because they reaped the unethical benefit provided by the unscrupulous
that went before. Reparation in kind will NOT happen only because there
are too many of your lot in the biggest white boy club in the history of
the known universe: the Congress of the United States, but affirmative
action and redistribution of income through _non-regressive_ taxation will
go a long way towards evening up for logical reparations that are NOT likely
to be paid. The threat to those concepts is the likely cause of "Reparation
bruha" presently enjoyed.

- Similarly, those White Americans who did own slaves were
a small number concentrated in one section of the country, and augmented
by both "Native American" and "free men of color" (mulattoes)
who also owned African slaves. There were also, contrary to conventional
wisdom, Whites who were slaves. Why not focus the demand for reparations
on the heirs and descendants of the former group and include the heirs
and descendants of the latter group in the share of the proposed booty?

of your skinhead pamphlets, Mr. Krupe. Your creative interpretation of
the history of American slavery is self-serving, irrational, and inaccurate.
The number owning slaves is not descriptive of the number of slaves owned,
native Americans never worked out as slaves because it was too easy for
them to disappear back into the bush to a local native American society
and support structure denied to the too easily identifiable blacks, "free
men of color" were few and far between and impressed many times back
into slavery at the whim of the ubiquitous southern sociopath, and a white
indentured servant was still a man or a woman, could marry whom she or
he pleased and not be bred like livestock. And they would be freed eventually
from their servitude.

- Contrary to negro mythology and the claims of reparations
activists, America was not built on the whip-lashed back of African slave
labor. The overwhelming majority of black slaves labored in the fields.
They did not pioneer the land from wilderness into farms and towns, they
did not build the roads, bridges, canals, railroads, and skyscrapers of
our great cities. They did not mine the coal, gold, silver, copper, and
other minerals. They did not smelt the ore and stoke the furnaces and pour
the molten steel to create the infrastructure of America's industrial base.
They did not work in the factories and turn out the abundance of products
that made this country's economy the envy of the world. They did not invent
the automobile, the electric light, the camera, the radio, the airplane,
the television, the microscope, the computer, the rifle, the sewing machine,
or anything else you care to mention with the exception of peanut butter.
They did not win this country by blood and arms, striving with and defeating
the British, the Indians, the Mexicans, and anyone else who stood in our
way. They picked cotton! And where you can cite exceptions, this insignificant
minority was paid for their time and trouble just like their White compatriots.
White men built this country, not African slaves.

south was the envy of the world (an economy produced by the unpaid efforts
of a non-white class) there appeared suddenly on these cotton bolls the
dreaded boll weevil... Overnight the economy collapsed with the death of
king cotton. It was through the diligent scientific efforts of ONE black
man who discovered HUNDREDS of uses for the lowly peanut -- from fuel to
food and everything in between (peanut butter... indeed) that provided
a new cash crop eclipsing king cotton in every way. Here in Enterprise,
Alabama they have erected a monument in the middle of town to the savior
of the south and the inventor of that new southern economy. The monument
is predictably not George Washington Carver whose efforts saved the non-insousient
South, but to the insect that destroyed King Cotton. Here in Dixie they
would still rather put up a monument to a BUG than a black man. Give it
up, Mr. Krupe. Blacks built more of this country than you seem willing
to give credit to.

- Those negroes who have managed to become millionaires
through their dubious "talents" would also receive reparations,
making fat cats like Michael Jordan, Michael Jackson, Ophra Winfrey, Bill
Cosby, Prince, Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, Colin Powell, Spike Lee,
and any hip-hop thug you could mention even richer than the free enterprise
system and the bad taste of millions of people, White as well as black,
have already done.

all the damage their very presence in this country has caused. Black athletes,

has caused a degeneration in the morals, taste, and self-identity of White
youth, resulting in the pathetic creature known as the 'whigger".
Black crime rates have sent the US crime rate above the national average
of any other civilized (i.e., White) society, with the exception of South
Africa (same problem, more of it). Interracial rape is almost entirely
black male on white female, and contrary to the liberal media's propaganda,
interracial "hate crimes" are overwhelmingly a black-on-white
phenomenon.

hellholes of poverty, crime, and decay. Example: downtown Detroit looks
like downtown Beirut. No conventional war produced that disaster area,
only the slow-motion guerilla race war that occurs wherever negroes move
into any area. It is no coincidence that the gradual and general decay
of American society in all areas, from manners to sexual morality to drug
addiction to welfare statism to street violence to sadistic crimes to ever
more vulgar "entertainment" and ever more cacophonous "music"
has risen (rather, fallen) in tandem with the progress of civil rights
legislation and the increasing negroization of American culture. If you
think a civilization can be built and sustained on jazz, blues, bas'etball,
and drive-by shootings, you can support reparations. If not, you must oppose
them.

I'm just going to have to take the latter over the former, and I'll take
it with LITTLE trepidation. _Your_ attitude is simply THAT egregiously
repellant.

- Reparations are not a moral or ethical issue, they are
power politics. Most White people sense this even if they haven't given
it much thought. Do you really think that those influential interests pushing
for this legalized blackmail of White America don't have an ulterior motive?
Even Jesse Jackson knows that putting this vast amount of money in the

to enforce reparations for negroes could well prove the spark that finally
ignites a race war, or an armed uprising. If reparations will be paid,
we Whites will be compensated in return: all negroes who accept reparations
must be required to surrender their American citizenship, and repatriated
to the lands of their origin, without possibility of return. It is, after
all, the logical outcome of African-American pride and the demands for
reparations.

in a foreign land was the primal catastrophe that has crippled the black

- In reference to the piece carried on April 4th. Why are
you carrying this trash from an obvious Neo- nazi?. As an African American,
I find the lies, and outright racist attack outrageous!! This kind of sh*t
I can expect from the more than 400 racist white supremacist web sites;
but I didn't expect it here. I've been forced to not visit Rense.Com anymore,
or shop at any of the sponsors on this site. It was my favorite site until
today. White America need to wake up!

our troubled times. We are, indeed, trying to wake up 'white America' ...
