In an effort to suppress free inquiry, the first weapons are distortion, noise, and ad hominem. If and when these weapons prove futile, heavier artillery such as threats of physical violence and death must be deployed. </FONT></P> <P><FONT SIZE=+1>Below are carefully crafted death threats sent to me by U.S. Air Force missile-technician and intelligence opera- tive Ronald Lewis. It is a legal death-threat because he says others, not he, are probably going to kill me if I don't stop my inquiry into U.S. military culpability in the witnessed missile shoot-down of TWA flight 800. </FONT></P> <P><FONT SIZE=+1>When you wonder why Navy crew are not coming forward, just remember that most people want to live and want their loved ones to live. Also remember that properly worded death threats are perfectly legal to issue. As the well-known reporter Sarah McClendon revealed to us on the Diane Rehm Show, White House guards routinely issued death threats to press reporters prior to press conferences -- an act which can be perfectly legal. What is a legal death threat? For example, if I tell you: "Do X or I believe other people are going to kill you," that's legal. If I tell you: "Shut up, or I'm afraid someone may shoot you in the head," that's just as legal as this death threat issued by Ronald Lewis to TWA 800 researcher Ian Goddard: </FONT></P> <P><FONT SIZE=+1>The more he [Ian Goddard] pumps out talk of "murder" [by the govt], the more likely he makes it that the next one might be his. </FONT></P> <P><FONT SIZE=+1>Translation: If you don't shut up, you'll be killed. The fact that a threat is a threat and not friendly advice can be clearly conveyed via the context of delivery, and context is also perfectly legal. </FONT></P> <P><FONT SIZE=+1>So it's perfectly legal for the U.S. Navy to tell Navy crewmen that if they admit to shooting down TWA 800, they or their loved ones might get killed. Indeed, such a legal threat is what I got from U.S. military operative Ron Lewis for my inquiry into U.S. military culpability in the TWA 800 crash. </FONT></P> <P><FONT SIZE=+1>WHAT IS MORE </FONT></P> <P><FONT SIZE=+1>Intel-op Ron Lewis not only exploits the use of legal death threat, but his death threat also outlines the perfect murder cover-story: Ian Goddard was killed by the Iranian terrorists that shotdown TWA 800 because Goddard outlived his usefulness to the Iranians, who cut him off the Iranian-agent payroll by execution. </FONT></P> <P><FONT SIZE=+1>Obviously I don't have to watch my back for Iranian hit-men to kill me because they are simply another twisted fabrication of military intelligence. Their problem is how to kill a private investigator and not make it appear to he was killed by the suspects he was investigating. The most logical course is to frame the investigator as a suspect -- as an enemy agent -- kill him and crank out the cover-up story that it was done by those all-pervasive enemy agents.
