The LBGT Government is the totally unnecessary fifth wheel.

If we were to live the Constitution,

Instead of just quoting it, we would have no need

Of the 30,000 to 40,000 new laws

That are added to our nightmares every year!

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited to it to the States, are reserved to the states respectively or to the people.” The 10^th Amendment was ratified by three-fourths of the States on December 15, 1791.

Everything being done to us now comes directly from this government’s continued violations of this and the other nine Amendments to the US Constitution.

Just as selling out our laws and our nation to the United Nations has been a continuing crime against every American: All of this follows on the theft of our money, just over a hundred years ago, thru the Rothschilds bankers who say they own the Federal Reserve and consequently all our money. The LBGT government is now claiming all our property, our food and water as well as the air we breathe because we have refused to fight them over any of these crimes against the Constitution and everyone living here ­ until now!

The Constitution was designed to guide the functions of the States and the people through their state governments, so that the direct line of power would remain clear and effective. Once the Feral government decided to supersede States Rights in favor of the illegally formed U.S. Incorporated, a for-profit private corporation: Then all of us were sold to the dark-side which has included everything that’s now playing itself out in and around Bunkerville Nevada.

Fifty three other ranchers have already been forced out of business in Nevada, because neither they nor the State of Nevada choose to fight the endlessly-illegal feral agencies. If this government was legal, and every appointed agency did its job then we would not need the dozens upon tens of dozens of agencies to enforce every period and comma in the now tens of thousands of laws and agencies that claim “legal authority” over every citizen they seek to enslave or kill in this nation today.

The first thing we need to make clear is ­ who owns this land? That’s really not clear. We have a federal judge that says the United States owns this land. We have the United States Constitution that says Nevada owns this land.

So this is where I’m at… Let’s talk about my grazing fee… who am I supposed to pay my grazing fee to? Constitutional sovereignty of Nevada that owns this land?

No. The one I get the grazing fee bill from is the United States government. I don’t recognize them having any jurisdiction or authority over this land.

I do not have a contract with the United States government.

Every add-on, self-appointed regulation or deceptive game of fixed-roulette that we’ve allowed to alter virtually every law, as defined in the Constitution, is an affront to our ability to realize a workable and viable world inside these once public owned United States. The catch 22 being that when something is owned by any private-corporation, it now trumps the legal right of every American, to own anything every time. The courts, the legislature and the administration have all sworn oaths to the enemies of the United States, and are traitors to the idea and the laws of this nation, and it’s clearly been this way for the entire time I’ve been involved in politics which has been for most of the last fifty years.

The symbol that tops this article stands for the original “sun” which predates all religions and idioms along with the supposed “right to rule” over all other human beings.

Originally when the earliest civilizations began experimenting with governments; those experiments limited government to very basic tasks, which had to be monitored. But once governments began to takeover full control over so many societies then they had this contradiction in terms, in which an entirely opposite system of control would allow the controllers to plunder each and every society. Because as long as the unicycle of legitimate society has more than one designated “ruler” then it can never do the work of guiding any society to anywhere except into the total slavery designed by those that made their world possible in the beginning.

Today we have the bloody and totally insane outlaws that have taken over Israel, supported by the slave-state of the USSA, in their mutual bloodlust to capture the remaining 5% of the planet as slaves, after they finish murdering the 95% of those who still live here.

The Bureau of Land Management, whose director was Sen. Harry Reid’s (D-Nev.) former senior adviser ^[1], has purged documents from its web site stating that the agency wants Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy’s cattle off of the land his family has worked for over 140 years in order to make way for solar panel power stations…

The first segment of the document pulled by the feds from BLM.gov.

Deleted from BLM.gov but reposted for posterity by the Free Republic ^[3], the BLM document entitled “Cattle Trespass Impacts” directly states that Bundy’s cattle “impacts” solar development, more specifically the construction of “utility-scale solar power generation facilities ^[4]” on “public lands.”
“Non-Governmental Organizations have expressed concern that the regional mitigation strategy for the Dry Lake Solar Energy Zone utilizes Gold Butte as the location for offsite mitigation for impacts from solar development, and that those restoration

activities are not durable with the presence of trespass cattle,” the document states.

The second segment of the document pulled by the feds from BLM.gov.

Another BLM report entitled Regional Mitigation Strategy for the Dry Lake Solar Energy Zone (BLM Technical Note 444 ^[6]) reveals that Bundy’s land in question is within the “Dry Lake Solar Energy Zone and surrounding area” which is part of a broad U.S. Department of Energy program for “Solar Energy Development in Six Southwestern States” on land “managed” by BLM.
“In 2012, the BLM and the U.S. Department of Energy published the Final Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (PEIS) for Solar Energy Development in Six Southwestern States,” the report reads. “The Final Solar Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement assessed the impact of utility-scale solar energy development on public lands in the six southwestern states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah.”

“The Approved Resource Management Plan Amendments/Record of Decision (ROD) for Solar Energy Development in Six Southwestern States implemented a comprehensive solar energy program for public lands in those states and incorporated land use allocations and programmatic and SEZ-specific design features into land use plans in the six-state study area.”

Back in 2012, the New American reported that Harry Reid’s son, Rory Reid, was the chief representative for a Chinese energy firm planning to build a $5-billion solar plant on public land in Laughlin, Nevada ^[8].
And journalist Marcus Stern with Reuters also reported that Sen. Reid was heavily involved in the deal as well ^[9].

“[Reid] and his oldest son, Rory, are both involved in an effort by a Chinese energy giant, ENN Energy Group, to build a $5 billion solar farm and panel manufacturing plant in the southern Nevada desert,” he wrote. “Reid has been one of the project’s most prominent advocates, helping recruit the company during a 2011 trip to China and applying his political muscle on behalf of the project in Nevada.”
“His son, a lawyer with a prominent Las Vegas firm that is representing ENN, helped it locate a 9,000-acre (3,600-hectare) desert site that it is buying well below appraised value from Clark County, where Rory Reid formerly chaired the county commission.”
Although these reports are in plain view, the mainstream media has so far ignored this link.

The BLM’s official reason for encircling the Bundy family with sniper teams and helicopters was to protect the endangered desert tortoise, which the agency has previously been killing in mass due to “budget constraints.” ^[10]

Finally this all comes down to what people can still do, about any of this. We can forget about today’s self-declared best & brightest: You know them as the girl-boys in dirty cut-offs and flip-flops who haunt the yuppie-café’s as if they are the new guardians of a world where there are no problems which techy junk can’t solve. But none of their money-chasing creations will ever provide the clean-water or the uncontaminated soil, never mind real plants instead of the GMO dominated food supply. “They” are the same crowd which refuses to show-up in any form of protest be that written or physical, because “They don’t want to chance ruining the rest of their precious little lives” that have never accounted for anything of substance.
