I
can just hear people groan when they read that title. This nation
is weary of dirty politics, the incompetence of the Outlaw Congress
to fix the mess both parties have shoved down our throats,
endless scandals and 24 MILLION Americans out of work because
of the incumbents in Congress. Vigilant Americans in all
fifty states of the Union are equally fed up with the incompetence
of our state legislatures for their failure to implement constitutional
solutions to crush the totalitarian agenda coming out of the District
of Criminals, as well as protect their citizens from the coming
monetary collapse.
A
couple of very important facts:
1.
Members of our state legislatures and the Outlaw Congress are the ones
who make the laws killing private industry, killing our sovereignty,
gun restrictions, killing millions of jobs by "free" trade
treaties, federal and state income taxes and the list goes on.
2.
Judges at the state and federal level have been out of control for many
decades. Activist black robes who care nothing for the U.S. Constitution
or state constitutions.
Federal
judges are left on the bench by a cowardly Congress for political
reasons. State judges elected by the people continue to get reelected
when they should be thrown off the bench because the electorate
pays no attention to what's going on in the courts. Higher judges
like state supreme court justices are political appointees who reign
over us like kings and queens while our legislatures ignore their outrageous
decisions.
Oh,
once in a while, good people who've had enough rise up and remove elected
officials (sheriffs, lower court judges, members of school boards, city
council) to send a clear message: You cannot govern without our consent
and we no longer will tolerate your actions. A couple of governors have
been recalled, very rare. But, Gray Davis' replacement in California,
Arnie Schwarzenegger, was just another disaster.
In
2010, a historical event took place that received little media attention:
Three Iowa Supreme Court Justices were thrown off the bench by the people.
Those three morally bankrupt judges sided with the myth called "same
sex" marriage. The people told them to start looking for a another
job. It took boots on the ground, but the voters rightfully kicked them
off the bench.
Of
course, there was the usual whining: "In the end, the aggressive
campaign to misuse the judicial retention vote, funded by out-of-state
special interests, has succeeded," Drake University Law School
Dean Allan Vestal said. "The loss of these three justices is most
unfortunate, and the damage to our judicial system and the merit selection
of judges will take much to repair."
Wrong.
The people of Iowa have every right to vote out any elected official
who bows to destructive social agendas pushed by special interest groups.
The ballot box can still be a powerful weapon -- if the votes are counted
properly. The people
of 19 states have the right to recall elected public officials at
just about all levels if an individual has violated their oath of office,
made bad decisions or has conducted themselves badly. It's called we
the people. Of, by and for the people if only the people will
reach out and grab the opportunity. That means pretty much
giving up any life as millions of us have for decades to once and for
all turn this around before America has taken her last gasp.
I
don't want to hear it's all over. It isn't. People should read Samuel
Adams: Father of the American Revolution by Mark Puls. Read the
history of what patriots suffered to birth this republic. They
did it with far fewer tools than we have today. The Revolutionary
War spilled millions of gallons of blood. We cannot, we must not let
up for one minute in this fight. They didn't and we won't.
Despite
the massive rage across this country in 2010 and 2012, the American
people voted back almost all the same incumbents to Washington, DC,
and then expected something different to happen. Go look
at the reelection percentages for every election cycle back to 1964.
Nothing changes because the bodies only change just enough to fool the
American people into believing change is coming: smaller government,
less spending, blah blah, blah.
There
are 435 members of the U.S. House of Representatives. Kicking out 50
or 60 isn't going to get the job done. It has to be 250 or more. Not
one of them deserve to remain in office. That means your incumbent.
I don't care if he/she is pro-life, against sexual deviants and supports
the Second Amendment. So were thousands of real constitutional candidates
who get crushed by the Republican Party machine to keep RINOs in office.
Countless
constitutional candidates running against career Republicans in the
U.S. House who are solid on social issues are shunned by organizations
like the powerful NRA. They supported my opponent, Wally Herger, even
though I have been a staunch supporter of the Second Amendment my entire
life. Herger, a gutless know nothing who sat in the California Legislature
for 14 years, then on to the U.S. House for 26 years. He voted for every
job killing treaty and every bill to kill the Bill of Rights. He didn't
go to Congress a millionaire, but he retired as one.
Not
one of the socialists and communists who belong to the Democratic/Communist
Party USA and not one from the Republican Party should get reelected
next year. Oh, sure, a few of them make the right noise on some scandal
or issue, but as a whole, the entire Republican controlled House of
Representatives NEVER touch the solutions:
May
24, 2012: Electing New Band Aid
Pushers (America did)
"On
May 18, 2010, I wrote a column titled, Re-electing the Band Aid Brigade.
The point I was making is the American people scream and yell about
the job the Outlaw Congress is doing, but come election day they continue
to elect the same incumbents over and over and over. In 2010, a whopping
86% of incumbents in the Outlaw Congress were sent back to continue
destroying this nation. Well, it's not my incumbent at fault, it's the
Democrats! Or the Republicans! They continue to reelect the very same
people who never propose constitutional solutions, only more Band Aids.
Conservatives continue to support the Band Aid pushers to conserve what?"
Congressman
Randy Neugebauer [R-TX] doesn't represent me because he's nothing more
than a career politician who votes for unconstitutional spending every
day of the week for the past ten years. He looks like anyone's grandpa,
but make no mistake: he's just warming a seat in the U.S. House and
wouldn't know what the U.S. Constitution said if James Madison stood
in front of him and read it word by word. His web site, under
issues, is the same bland nothing because he believes all the voters
in the 19th District, including me, are as ignorant as he is about the
disabilities of our monetary system and the restrictions placed on Congress
by Art. 8, Sec. 8. Tragically, many are and vote for him every primary
because the challenger couldn't get enough volunteers and money to get
in front of the voters in a big way.
Go
look
at the chart in this column and then tell me the Republican
Party is the party of less spending, smaller government. Unless
and until voters get educated on the critical issues the Outlaw
Congress (see
list in this column) refuses to address, the same incumbents
are going to win their primaries early next year. If you think
we're in trouble now, a year from now Americans by the tens of
millions will be in shock. Mark my words, it's coming.
The
same applies for the state capitols. The Texas State Legislature has
career politicians just like the Outlaw Congress. It was critical we
get the 'opt out' band aid up for a floor vote regarding our war against
the dangerous 'smart' meters. While not the solution, it was the first
step. Sen. Kel Seliger, "my" state senator is the one who
blocked the bill going to a floor vote. His office told constituents
to stop calling as 'smart' meters were not a priority. The health of
his constituents and all Texans is not a priority? Seliger needs to
be thrown out of office next year. That's just one example, but there
are many in our legislature who let down the people of Texas big time
this past session. They're now gone until Jan. 2015 and not
one of the most important issues was even addressed: a constitutional
sound money bill, reconstituting the constitutional militia, the Seventeenth
Amendment or booting Agenda 21 and the UN out of our state; they sent
a worthless resolution to Congress on Agenda 21. Shame on all of them.
How
do we get them out?
Well,
you can put a bumper sticker on your car that says: Throw out all incumbents!.
Might as well stand on the Golden Gate Bridge and spit in the wind.
People can call Rush or Hannity and vent, which accomplishes nothing.
Americans must understand the Democratic/Communist Party USA and Republican
Party are machines. Well oiled, well funded machines who fight
to keep power. They don't care about you and me - except at
election time. Lawrence Sellin says it well in his piece: Rebellion
USA
"The
Republican Party is inept and impotent and cannot provide the necessary
political opposition to the crimes and unconstitutional policies of
the Obama regime or stand against the rampant voter fraud which is now
polluting the electoral process. There is a report claiming that the
Republican Party signed a legal agreement with the Democrat Party in
1982 not to pursue suspected vote fraud. If there is no guarantee of
election integrity, then elections become only window dressing for tyranny.
"Barack
Obama is an illegal President and un-indicted felon. Congress, the American
media and the courts are engaged in a criminal conspiracy to conceal
their complicity in perpetrating the Obama fraud on the American people.
Law enforcement and our elected officials have chosen to risk the survival
of the country rather than risk the truth...
"The
US no longer has representative government. Members of Congress seek
election not to uphold the Constitution and serve the American people,
but to obtain power and to use that power to accrue professional and
financial benefits for themselves and their major supporters. All the
traditional means for the American people to seek the redress of grievances
have now been blocked by a corrupt government composed of a self-absorbed
permanent political elite unaccountable to the American people....
"A
county by county battle is the means by which the American people can
restore the Constitution, establish responsible fiscal policies and
take back control of the political process and the government. Patriots
need to organize locally outside of the party apparatus to exert political
pressure and prepare for armed defense, if necessary. No county officials,
in particular the Sheriff, should be elected or maintained in office,
who do not fully honor their oath to support and defend the Constitution."
First,
we must not check reality at the door. The Democratic Party's political
and social ideology is 100% in lockstep with the agenda of the Communist
Party International. We can forget booting poltroons like Sheila Jackson
Lee, Mad Maxine Waters, John Conyers and that whole 'black' caucus because
their districts are predominately black and would never vote for a constitutional
candidate of any race because they've been bred to government dependency
and care nothing for the U.S. Constitution. They neither understand
self-reliance, freedom or limited government.
The
same applies for caucasian members of the Outlaw Congress like Nancy
Pelosi, Steny Hoyer and Rosa DeLauro (a whack job). They're the uber
"progressive liberals" who steal the bread right out of your
mouth to give to someone else who feels it's their right to take that
which was earned by you. They all support murdering unborn babies in
the womb. They all support sodomy and the spread of HIV/AIDS. All with
the D next to their name.
Republicans
in the Outlaw Congress have been selling out this country for decades,
yet the people of their districts continue voting them back in office
- with a little help from electronic vote fraud. Speaker of the House,
John Boehner - his votes have helped kill millions of jobs:
U.S.
Congress, Obama/Soetoro Are Anti-American Jobs
"The
Republicans also talk out of both sides of their mouths about creating
jobs. As you read this column, please remember that a whopping 82% of
incumbents were allegedly reelected in November 2010. The American people,
drowning in Congressionally created debt, massive foreclosures and no
jobs, were so happy with the Outlaw Congress, they voted back 82% of
the same people who destroyed America's three critical job sectors -
manufacturing, industrial and agriculture through "free" trade
treaties. It is NOT the job of the General Government to create jobs.
It is the private sector which creates jobs that actually produce something
and now hanging in shreds thanks to the Outlaw Congress over the past
two decades."
If
we don't stop the push for amnesty in the Republican U.S. House,
America will be gone in five years. We will be nothing more than
a balkanized disaster. (Balkanized: to divide (a country, territory,
etc.) into small, quarrelsome, ineffectual states.) Not to mention
millions more jobs that belong to Americans will
go to reward liars, cheats and thieves (illegal aliens). It
should be a no brainer for the Republican controlled House to
simply refuse to play Barry Soetoro's (Obama) game and reject
any new immigration "reform". But, look out! The golden boys of
the Republican Party, Boehner, Rubio, McCain, Cantor, Ryan. Flake
-- they're working feverishly to sell out our beloved republic
for the last and final time. They aren't putting Americans
first, they're championing liars, cheats and thieves. So are thousands
in our state legislatures who steal from us to give to illegal
aliens.
While
tens of millions of Americans define themselves as independent voters,
the reality is there are two major parties. True, millions of Republicans
are fed up with the Republican "leadership" in this country
and if any amnesty goes through, many will walk from the party. But,
to where? That will be another column.
Right
now, let me say again: If we don't start NOW with identifying viable
candidates for Congress and our state capitols - ESPECIALLY our state
legislatures - we're toast. The first primary next year is here in Texas
- less than nine months away. Let me tell you what
happens because I ran for Congress twice. I know how the machine works.
Right NOW both parties are working to keep their incumbents in office
at every level. Sending your congress critter or state rep or senator
a letter next September telling them you'll vote them out of office
in November is akin to raising the dead. It's too late.
Both
parties have an incumbent in the primary. Challengers try to unseat
an incumbent. Unless it's another Anthony Weiner, regardless of how
corrupt and crooked an incumbent is, the party and ignorant voters will
support him/her. Like Charlie Rangel, D/CPUSA (Democratic/Communist
Party USA). His constituents are the dependent ones who still believe
they're victims and need mother government for hand outs for which they
did not labor.
It's
not easy to run for public office. It requires a huge amount of sacrifice,
both time and money. It also takes thick skin because a challenger is
attacked by the media (if a constitutionalist) and their own party.
I know here in Texas, some tea party groups are already working to persuade
viable candidates to run in the primary. If there is no challenger,
the same liars, crooks, cowards and thieves in the Republican Party
will win their primaries. Then come November, Republicans will
go to the polls and vote for the only choice - the incumbent.
You
see? A vicious cycle. That's why the primaries are so important. That's
why ALL of us have to network in our counties with groups like tea parties,
9/12 groups and your local Republican Party county chapter. Tell the
local power players you will NOT support the current incumbent. If we
are ever going to get courageous, principled individuals in Congress
and our state houses, it has to start with the primaries. It
has to start with boots on the ground to get volunteers and financial
support for a challenger. It ends with a hand recount. Vote
fraud is very much in control of our elections.
Yes,
it can be done. While they've been pretty useless, 28 tea party Republicans
were elected to the U.S. House in 2010 because voters their districts
were determined to get rid of RINOs. Sadly, most of them caved on the
first vote to not raise the debt limit. All of them have zero understanding
of the "Fed" or the income tax, so we should expect something
different from them? If they don't understand the problem and how it
started, how can they possibly have a solution?
Challengers
have such a treasure trove to defeat incumbents in 2014 at both the
federal and state level. Not just Obamacare. They also have a nation
of enraged Americans sick to death of being raped in taxes for trillions
of dollars in wasteful spending that has NOT stopped with their incumbent.
The same goes state reps and senators. What they should have done they
haven't done all the time they've been in office, so it's time to get
someone qualified to get the job done who isn't afraid of the next election.
Ignorant
voters is a major problem. Candidates: tell voters the truth. Stop treating
them like card board stick ups. Are Americans Really This Stupid? is
a column I wrote in June 2012. I pointed out it was all over for November;
go look at the numbers in the
primaries. When November came, the same rotten incumbents went right
back to Washington, DC., because they won their primaries. Challengers
have to educate the voters so we don't have another Are Americans
This Stupid? in 2014.
Those
of us who have done the research and studied issues like the central
bank know the problems and we know what has to be done to fix them.
I spent three years educating the district I ran in and had no complaints
about telling the truth. Vote fraud robbed me of a primary win as it
has thousands of candidates over the past few decades. Thanks to the
Internet, voters who actually care about the truth are learning how
we've been betrayed and why we must work to throw out as many bad incumbents
in the state houses and the Outlaw Congress in the upcoming primaries
humanly possible or we're really going to be in bad shape.
I
know time is an issue; I sound like a broken record. But, for me, it's
priorities over importance. Again, we go back to who makes the laws?
Congress and the state legislatures. Who makes local ordinances and
regulations? Your city council, mayor, county board of supervisors.
Who carries out enforcement of laws? Your county sheriff. All elected
by the people. Boots on the ground. Start networking because YOUR primaries
will be here before you know it.
If
filing deadlines are missed, your viable challenger to an incumbent
is out. In some states a candidate for Congress must file their
paperwork one year in advance. So, if you have Tom Smith going
up against your career incumbent in the U.S. House and he doesn't file
before November 4th, it's all over. This
web site gives filing dates as well as primary dates; some still
be be set. If you're not sure, call your Secretary of State's office
and ask for elections. They will give you the dates and how to get your
paperwork to file as a candidate. At the congressional level you also
have to file with the Federal Election Commission.
Is
there a challenger for offices in your state and Congress? Call your
Secretary of State's office and get the list of candidates who have
registered. You would be surprised at how many have no challenger. You
can also find out who is running against your incumbent at the state
and federal level and contact their campaign and volunteer. Your incumbent
will have them out in force early next year. We must do the same for
challengers if we're going to get them elected.
Here
are a couple of resources to help everyone. The two party machines have
it down to a science, now challengers need to learn how to win.

How to Win Any Election
Tips

The
more boots on the ground, the less of a burden for the candidate and
volunteers. Breaking up the work load makes it easy when you have 1,000
volunteers instead of only 100. I'll tell you something else: Even though
I was cheated by vote fraud and it was grueling at times, I met hundreds
and hundreds of good, decent people who wanted the truth and I gave
it to them.
That's
how our numbers have grown over the years - by speaking, debating, getting
the information out there to thinking Americans. Now we just have to
get millions of Americans to understand that time spent in office (I'm
experienced!) doesn't mean diddley squat when the incumbent is incompetent
or only cares about the next election. Give challengers a chance
because it was citizen candidates who ran our colonies, then state legislatures
and Congress. I would say Patrick Henry and others did a pretty
darn good job.
"Dan
Scott. Barely a week ago I heard you rail for two hours about independence.
Mr. Hardwick, how many times have I heard you speak of freedom at my
father's table? Half the men in this church, including you father, and
you, Reverend, are as ardent patriots as I. Will you now, when you are
needed most, stop at only words? Is that the sort of men you are? I
ask only that you act upon the beliefs of which you have so strongly
spoken and in which you so strongly believe." -- 17 year old Ann,
from Mel Gibson's movie, The Patriot.
