As the former Chairman of the Newwtown School Board and with Keith Alexander
Cc: on all these e-mails makes me wonder why he would commit Perjury
during my CT FOIA Hearings on June 3, 2015?
Under CT FOIA I am requesting from you all copies of e-mails and written
communication between you and the School Superintendent Janet Robinson
regarding the selection of 26 children and the teacher from Sandy Hook
to sing at the Feb 3, 2103 Super Bowl in New Orleans.
Any and all communications from you as the School Board Chairman with
any parents who had serious concerns about this trip from them and back
to them regarding the Super Bowl Trip on Feb 3, 2013 with your responses.
Any and all communication you and the school superintendent had with
the CT Choir Teacher who supervised this Super Bowl Trip when they sang
on Feb 3, 2013. Copy of those children agenda while on that tript.
Any and all communication between you and Donna Page the school principal
at Sandy Hook at the time this trip was approved by the School Superintendent
since Donna Page in her own e-mail states that she had nothing to do
with that trip. How is that even possible when the children are
from the Sandy Hook Elementary School Choir and introduced by CBS Sports
as the Choir from Sandy Hook Elementary School?
Do you not take responsibility as the Chairman of the Newtown School
Board along with Janet Robinson for making that trip possible?
Provide copies of all and any e-mails or letter communication between
you and CBS SPorts and provide copies of the contract you signed with
them in allowing this event to take place.
Provide copies of all e-mails and letters from the former School Superintendent
Janet Robinson with the NFL and CBS Sports and copies of signed contracts
that you and the superintendent signed in allowing these 26 children
from the Sandy Hook Elementary School to participate in New Orleans
per your own school board policies.
I have also enclosed some very disturbing pictures that you might want
to share with Mr. David Wheeler and his friend Benito Vasquez as it
it appears he is impersonating a Federal FBI SWAT team member along
with another person named Benito Vasquez impersonating a Federal ATF
agent on Dec 14, 2012.
They say I am old and that I do not know what I am talking about, but
one thing is for sure two people impersonating Federal Agents is a serious
problem.
Please process my CT FOIA request and my attorney Kay Wislon will issue
you a check.
